DJ and the guys at Norris Marine were awesome and beyond professional! Made the boat buying process the easiest purchase I've ever made. They were knowledgeable on all their boats in house from tournament fishing boats to wakeboard/surf boats they knew their stuff. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a boat, DJ will set you up right! Thanks y'all! read more

took boat in for a sensor repair and clear a check engine light. they called me and said it was fixed and I took it home same day I started it at home still had the exact same issue and a check engine light. they took it back a second time said it was fixed. once again got home same problem and I still had a check engine light. this time they said it was a completely different issue that the boat did not have before taking it to them. they quoted me a $1200 dollar "tune up" even though the engine had zero hours on it since a rebuild as well. techs have no clue what they're even looking at. I talked to an employee on the phone said the reason it is still running bad was because I needed new spark plugs even though they were brand new and hadn't even been on the water. read more

I was basically called a liar after reporting a part on my boat after I picked it up, and spending over $3K, was different than when I brought it in. read more

Terrible after the sale service! Will not return. See pics for details! Multiple attempts were made to try and let them make it right. They don't care and it shows. They only care about sales and getting their money. read more

Last year, we decided to buy a new boat from them after having a good experience with the service department regarding our old boat. We couldnt be happier with the service and the staff. They are professional and courteous. I would definitely buy my next boat from them. read more

Picked up my Moomba after service only to find someone else's gear in my boat. I then noticed that my boat was not strapped the way I left it, which made me wonder who was joy riding in my boat. The owner then told me to leave, walked me outside all the way to my boat and then proceeded to call my Moomba a poor man's boat, called the State of Texas a piece of S (I had Tx short on), called me a F'N P$&&@ as he walked away. This is definitely not the type of establishment I would ever visit again. read more

I recently bought a party barge from Tyler and DJ. I live in another state but purchased it for my daughter in Norman. They were extremely responsive and made the entire process smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend them and would use them again!! read more

After reading previous reviews of course I was a little apprehensive. Went in to look at a boat and my experience was polar opposite of previous reviews. The salesman was more than eager to help and answer any questions and was not a shopper stalker. We were able to look around without a lot of pressure. We decided to buy and the process was extremely smooth. Even buying out of state and the paperwork was a breeze. We've been wanting a new boat for years and glad we landed here. It was a great experience. read more

Before I begin, I have to say that many times I have tried to get a person on the line at the big box dealers in the City, and had no luck getting an answer. That being said, I have a Targa that I've had to get used to. I had an issue with the trim on my outboard not responding- after a five minute conversation with the desk guy at Norris Marine, we worked out why and what for. I haven't spent a dime with these guys-yet- but, every time I call (another couple of times about my trailer), they look up the part- give me advice, and I go and fix the problem myself. One of these days I will get in there to see these guys and pay them back (probably have to buy a new boat- lol). They're all knowledgeable and not pushy at all- they are building long term, return customers. I like their service and I suggest you give them a call. read more

I asked what their shop rate is and was told "we don't have as shop rate but this usually satisfies people when I tell them that if we look at your boat and you decide not to leave it with us for the repairs then we charge $140 just for looking at it." This after I told her that my old 1989 Bass Tracker just has a simple ignition problem. I hung up on the lady after asking for and getting clarification on that policy. Now I know after this experience and reading their other two reviews to never go in this place for anything ever. read more

I highly recommend Norris Marine because of salesperson, DJ. He had so much patience with this novice. I honestly believe he would have stayed there all night answering questions. If you're in the market for a boat, do yourself a favor, go to Norris Marine and ask for DJ. He'll treat you right. Christian and Josh, behind the counter, are great too. read more

The staff at Norris Marine are customer service focused in the sales department, management and service department. One of the best dealers you can work with. read more

Went in with wife to buy a boat. Help more or less just acted like we were bothering them. Took my business elsewhere.

I'm surprised their still open. I was shopping for my third new boat a Recently and had a terrible experience. I was ignored until I searched out a sales associate and requested assistance. His response, " I guess I can help you if your serious". I refrained my instinctual response. After he insulted me the second time within 5 minutes, I kindly thanked him for only wasting 5-10 minutes of my time. I had previously visited the store and felt a sense that I was inconveniencing the counter person. I've purchased a Cobalt R7 and enjoyed a wonderful experience in OKC. Won't set foot in the store again. read more

We bought a boat and trailer from a private party who originally bought it from Norris Marine. We called Norris Marine as we had a couple of questions and needed an MCO for trailer registration. Norris Marine was exceptionally helpful, courteous and professional, and provided the information we needed with a very quick response time. If I were a Norris Marine customer (we live in Texas), I would feel great about purchasing from Norris Marine as they don't only take excellent care of their customers but also down the line help with the items they sold. Thank you, Tyler. read more

The absolute worst business I have ever had to deal with, lie after lie and they continually give the run around. If you are considering buying a boat be prepared to have years of headaches unless your boat is perfect and never has any problems. read more

I just wanted to drop you guys a line and thank you for the professionalism we received at your dealership. Your service department is top notch! Unfortunately, we did not purchase our Party Barge from Norris Marine but wish that we did. Two months after buying our boat from one of your competitors we needed service. The dealer we bought from told us to make an appointment because they were three weeks out. We called Norris Marine and you advised to get it in quickly before the weekend. Not only did you fix the problem but your technician did it while we waited! That is what we call Professional Service! When we purchase our next boat it will be from you! read more
