It's easy access for pulling in but it is a little tight once you get into the lot. There is a business across the street with a big drive area that you can pull into and back across but I'd suggest a spotter as this road can get busy depending on the time of day. It's an odd place for a boat repair as the closest lake is 8-10 miles away, but they are always busy. Check them out if you need this service.

My vehicle had several options, so I was asked to bring it by to ensure the proper equipment was ordered. Got there early and was done in 10 minutes. The proper hitch was ordered and arrived the following day. The next business day I dropped the vehicle off and it was done that afternoon. Sometimes I think people create their own drama and their attitudes lead to problems. I had no issues with J&I and would absolutely recommend them to others.

They were invaluable assets at Camping World and the only reason I drove from Tulsa to OKC to have my Airstreams serviced by them. They had the ability to prioritize Airstream service requests over other RV's, so this was huge for me to get faster service than the standard 2+ weeks quoted by the service dept of CW. I have CW a chance to service my Airstream once they had left, but that service dept is a shell of itself once the Airstream team left, and I will never step foot in a CW again. I'm so glad they made this move. Kristin and Charlie know their Airstreams and all other makes and models too. But Airstream is their thing. You can tell this is where their passion is. Everything they undertake is done with the utmost professionalism and care. They can get you out and back on the road and enjoying your rig faster than anyone else out there and worth it for me to drive 100 miles one way to have mine serviced by them. I highly recommend. Well, the deal changed by $149 and exceeded my limit. Kermit denied what he said on the phone. It wasn't really the money as much as the disrespect. I guess it makes a difference when the owner is not on site. In fairness he sent a text offering to accept a check for the original amount if I would come back. I already spent 3 hours on this, so I countered I would have a check ready if he delivered. No answer..... I'll include my original review from my previous visits below. Awesome Yanmar dealer. Carries Husqvarna too. Just used the service department. Just as awesome as Sales and Parts. Sad how things change.

He didn't just lay sealant on the old sealant; he removed the worn and cracked old original sealant and put new down. I can rest assured that this will last at least 8 years. He did a great job and took before and after pictures for me. the dealer wanted 5 hours plus materials--Sam undercut them by at least $150-$200.
