Home of the $1200 oil change. The biggest concern most have…read morewhen considering taking a boat in for service is whether the issue will actually be efficiently addressed or whether it will be a money grab. I am here to save you all the hassle- THIS PLACE IS 100% A MONEY GRAB. I took my boat in - which I maintain myself, have changed the spark plugs, oil, filters, etc within the past 3 months - because it was not getting up to speed on the lake despite everything else seemingly working. I had 3 simple issues I wanted addressed: 1) try to find out why am I not getting full power out of the engine, 2) look over the wiring behind the console gauges and address shorts, loose connections and blown fuses and 3) repair loose cleat which I am unable to reach on my own and didn't have the nut for. Literally just need the right nut and a way to reach it, which I did not have but they certainly do. Immediately they called wanting to replace my bilge pump (have never had issues with it in 5 yrs and had it working the day before, doubt it was actually out) and to replace the brand new live-well pump which I had just bought and installed days before. I knew the problem was in the wiring, not the pump itself, which is why I asked them to look that over. So they replaced the bilge pump, probably spuriously. I told them to leave the live well pump alone since I knew for a fact it was brand new. They then proceeded to change the oil and the spark plugs, which, again, were recently changed, charged me a giant fee for a "lake test" where, of course, it was not fixed, and promptly told me it needed a new engine which they would do for $8k. I said not now, just fix the cleat and check over the console electronics and I would pick it up. The bill was $1,200 for basically oil change and spark plugs and repairing a bilge pump that, last I saw and over a 5 yr history with it, was working perfectly fine. The "labor" portion of the bill was like $800 for this. Did they fix the cleat at least? Nope- zero effort made there. Did they fix the wiring? Nope, zero effort made there. Still going to have to go through all the connections and fuses myself. Speedometer and indicator lights don't work, live well pump doesn't work. Wont be surprised if I get it on the water and find out the bilge doesn't work. The boat is in the exact same condition, or worse, than what I took it in at. I can't tell you who might actually fix your boat without trying to gouge you, but I can definitely save you time and frustration and tell you these people FOR SURE wont fix the boat and WILL GOUGE YOU.

terrible company had our boat on consignment didn't advertise it anywhere left it in the sun for…read moremonths and with water in it from rain even though we provided them a custom cover and the boat was in pristine condition when it was dropped off now has several issues due to their negligence. Buyer beware do not use this company and did not offer to correct the damages they caused due to the lack of using provided equipment to maintain cleanliness. this will cost alot to fix their carelessness. Buyer beware use at your own risk and if you want people who don't care about your property and enjoy causing damage. Also terrible communication.
