The deal was going great the factory rep was there, Andrew was the local rep a the RV Show he was…read moreawesome to work with we agreed on said price and signed agreement: when I declined a host of warranties and said your interest is too high, I found other financing. On the day of pick up picked up a cashiers check to the amount the sales manager told us. When we paid the finance guy jacked up the price 900.00 we said whoa. No go and showed him the purchase agreement we signed and did not budge off that. The service staff were awesome and parts staff was awesome. We do like our Prowler Heartland rv trailer. Things just went cold when I said no to a ridiculous amount of warranties. And paid cashiers check. I did get a follow up call from Andrew and a heart felt apology for the odd cold behavior when settling up.
