I accepted expecting a check and to be on my way. Excuse after excuse and 3 months passed. I finally submitted small claims paperwork and what do you know? A week later my check showed up. I give this place one star due to the friendliness the staff here shows, but of course they want you to buy or sell. My husband and I traded in our camper on a consignment camper from their lot on 06/26/2025. It is now 07/31/2025, and our old camper has not been paid off yet, and the loan paperwork just got completed 07/25/25. Our first payment on the new camper was on 07/26/2025. We now have two payments to make on two separate campers, in which one we no longer have and is already listed for sale on their lot. I have made phone call after phone call and am always given "They will give you a call back, they are currently busy," or "I will have to talk to so and so, then give you a call back." I have yet to receive a phone call back. The business they provide after they make a sale is very unprofessional. read more

The service department was absolutely crooks. Took my RV in to have AC service and front blind fix. They also want to reseal the top so we said ok. What we got was a huge bill for no reason. They took AC apart left the fan motors covers on two of them unbolted and dropped the bolts in the housing unit. (Which cost me new motor later). They put the cover on the AC and stripped out two bolts each ac and left it. They replace the blind for no reason as it turned out to be a $14 relay but charged me $1800 for the new blind. The roof reseal was supposed to be remove and reseal all the caulk but they put two small beads of caulking over old caulking but charge me an extra $350. Total bill will over $5k and only caused additional cost to fix what they screwed up. They talked a good game but was like most RV service (out to screw the customer). read more

I would give a negative number if I could. We purchased a brand new RV and paid cash. After leaving the dealership, we discovered that the trailer lights were not working. We spoke to Chris, who told us to buy emergency lights from WalMart to get home. After arriving home (approx 4 hours), we discovered that the toilet was leaking. Again, we were told to have someone repair this and we would be reimbursed. The kitchen sink was also leaking, but we repaired that easily ourselves. I sent the receipt for the toilet repair to multiple persons there, along with numerous phone calls. Nobody ever replies or calls back. My uncle is buying an RV soon and you can bet it will not be from these people. DO NOT buy from this business. I wish now that we had camped for several days at a nearby RV park so we could deal with this in person. Once you leave the parking lot, you are on your own. read more

Took our 2016 5th wheel to the Oklahoma City Camping World March 8 for a problem with the bedroom slide leaking. Worst experience ever with an RV repair. Have an extended warranty. Service advisor Jesse Cook told us he called the warranty company and the repairs were not covered and that the charges would be $846.61. Since the leak had to be fixed we approved the repairs and the charges. After we picked up our 5th wheel I called the warranty company to find out why the repairs were not covered and was told that camping world never contacted them for pre-authorization. The rep said that the repairs should have been covered and to send them the invoice for review. After they saw the obviously outrageous charge after the fact they denied the claim. Went back to camping world again. Jesse was very rude and spoke in a very condescending manner. Refused to help us get a reimbursement from the warranty company and said that we approved the charges. We asked that he have service mgr Steve contact us. Never received any contact from him. Emailed camping world customer service and did receive an apology from OKC general manager Michael White. Now we find that the expensive repairs that we paid for did not fix the problem. The slide out still leaks! Emailed customer service and Michael White several times since May 8 requesting a response by email. Still waiting. read more

After frustrating situation at another dealer, called them and had an extremely positive conversation on the phone. Two days later, we went in and everything we discussed on the phone proved true. We even purchased a better camper than the one we were looking at because the price, trade-in and terms were fantastic. Friendly and very thoughtful staff as I was sick when we went to pick it up, but I couldn't wait. After picking it up, there were just a few items wrong and they were quick to fix it. Our experience with OK RV Center was fantastic. We wanted to look without high pressure, and Victor allowed us to look on our own so we could freely discuss without any interruptions. They never tried to pressure or sway us into something we might not want. When we were ready to purchase, Victor was off, but Chris in finance took great care of us. He answered all our questions and was very thorough in the process. When we picked up the trailer, it was all clean, tested and ready to go. We were taken completely around the rig, inside and out, and all systems thoroughly explained. They also explained the operation of the sway bar hitch we had them install. When we first started looking at travel trailers, we had looked at some other dealers. They all wanted an additional $1000 or more for the prep, delivery etc. The price quoted by OK RV Center was the price we paid. NO OTHER COSTS! The other dealers also wanted to charge us for the "RV starter kit". OK RV Center provided it! While not a huge cost, it was just one of the added benefits of this dealer. If you want a pleasant RV shopping experience with the knowledge available but no pressure, we highly recommend OK RV Center! read more

We found a used 2010 Jayco Feather 28U in their online adds in the Sanger location. We liked the RV and called to get a price. Went to see the unit. Had names of people I talked to and prices quoted. Before we left there were $3000 additional charges. When asked about this we were assured no one there would have quoted those prices and this was what it would be. Stupidly we went thru with the deal. We also were told that it had had been gone thru with a fine tooth comb and was in great shape. On our first trip out the slide would not go out and there was a horrible noise while driving. We were close to Sanger so pulled in to get it fixed. Sat all day and finally service manager came out and got slide to work but told us it would be at least 2 weeks before he could do anything else. We explained we were traveling and needed it fixed. His remark was "your camping, what difference does it make". We drove from Sanger to Dumas, Tx and then to Amarillo to see what was wrong. The wheel bearing was completely gone and it was blowing grease all under the camper. This was a dangerous thing for us and others on the road. I called Sanger and talked to the manager and service manager to see if they would reimburse us for the repair. They were both unbearably rude and their attitude was "it is what it is". I will have to admit I was angry and was not nice about it. I called several times and was placed on hold and no one ever picked up. On May 1, 2019 I took out a warranty from a different company and cancelled the one I had bought thru them when camper was purchased. I called today to see why I hadn't gotten a refund and business manager told me they did their part and guess what "it is what it is". I asked how I could get ahold of Mr. McClain and was told I couldn't. He doesn't have an office, he just floats from place to place. Makes you wonder if Mr. McClain advises get the money and then don't worry about anything else. read more

I have a horrible experience from buying an RV with this people. They just want your money, so they treat you nice until they take your money. First, we picked an RV and when we went to pick it up they were trying to fool us by giving us a similar one. Then to give us what we wanted, they wrongfully installed a second AC unit with obsolete parts that with time it damaged all the electrical system to the point that we were without heater in the middle of winter, and it broke the DVD radio and refrigerator. We took it to repair somewhere else and OKlahoma RV didn't pay us and gave us the run around. They only gave us a new DVD radio. read more

The second time we showed up with the intention on driving away with trailer. Because we saw several online for a great price and had the bank approval.. After telling him what we wanted for the price he told us to go somewhere else instead of showing us something more in our range.. He was very rude. I'm from So. California and yes I went all the way to Oklahoma to purchase my travel trailer. I had talked with many dealers in the So. Cal. area looking to purchase a travel trailer. Most of the dealers didn't know their product or made me feel like I was wasting their time. Then I found Richard at Oklahoma RV Center on the internet. I had many question about travel trailers since this was going to be my first. He was great and I just can't say enough. We talked on and off for 30 days on the trailer. He answered my questions and sent me additional pictures. This man did his job and I was SOLD and I'm hard to please. My wife and friends thought I was crazy driving to Oklahoma to purchase an RV. This man earned my business, I received a great RV, and I had a great FREE vacation with the money I saved purchasing from Richard. Who is crazy???? I saved $5,000.00 purchasing the RV from Richard and not using a dealer in So. California. Richard thank you for the great 2 week FREE vacation. From Oklahoma we went to Kansas, Colorado (loved Aspen and Vail), Utah, Nevada, and back to California. First let me start out by saying I didn't want to post this, I purchased my 5th wheel on 09-29-18, Adam the salesman was pretty good, except advising me that it would take a week to get my unit ready. on the day I purchased it, before heading back to Amarillo , we decided to spend a night in OKC with our unit, the microwave, master tv, and DVD wouldn't work, thy did send a tech out to us, to check it out, he stated that the extension cord that we had plugged into shore didn't have a ground and most likely caused the problem, not to mention the oven was discussing (when we returned to Oklahoma we used the same cord for a week without any issues}, he agreed to give me a check for $500 dollars, but changed to $250, I agreed, we got the unit back to Amarillo when unhooking the roadside front jack wouldn't extend, called ORC, was asked by tech to send pic of jack, this was 10-02-18 (no response) , sent pic of jack, once a local rv center removed the jack, advised that jack has had issues for a while, when they removed it, it had rusted parts inside that was broken, mind you I only had it a couple of days, they failed to respond to any of my messages or phone calls, probably to get pass the 30 day window to avoid their promises to repair within 30days, I sent a message advising I would rather them communicate with me so I wouldn't have to post this review, apparently they could careless about these reviews, Adam you had a chance before I posted this , but you blew it, I noticed several customers had the same result, NO SERVICE AFTER THE CHECK CLEARS, bad business. I am disable vet and will let my association know of your treatment of us. if I had read the reviews before hand I would have NEVER done business with you, I noticed were you tried to shame a customer because of their credit issues, it only showed a lack of class on your part. but understand we have A1 credit and cash to purchase anything on the lot. I bought a new rv and had to wait a week for it to be delivered. When I arrived it was hosed down with water and I knew more about the walk thru than he did. In fairness to him he had been there only a few weeks. The trailer had not been serviced and checked out. Half the trailer stabilizer motors didn't work and he took some of another trailer. After more than two hours I left only to have a flat tire on trailer about 2 miles from dealer. The spare only had 15 lbs of air to I called AAA to air spare and install. When I got home I found the mirror on the bathroom cracked and I took door to glass shop to have replaced. He advised it was originally installed in a bind. Didn't stop there: Two more motors went bad within a week because bolts holding motors weren't tight and I found a painted fender on door side didn't not match the slide side. I was told these were warranty items and should call Lance. There I've met another road block. They are giving me a run around and trying to send me to Wheelin rv in Joplin f.or repairs on a multitude of items stemming from poor quality control at factory or poor warranty service. warranty and service always make you want to come back and I will never own another lance product read more
