She told us the trailer had a new generator and was wired and "everything worked and had been cleaned" total lies! When we received the trailer the generator was very old, not wired correctly, roof leaks, propane leaking into living area (found out after we used a detector) and no carbon monoxide or smoke detectors working in the trailer at time of purchase. Light switches broken off wall and not working. Tire tread missing. Cabinets were broken and trailer was so dirty. Cigarette butts on the torn couch and the toilet had "waste" in it!!! We told her we didn't want the trailer because of the untruths that were conveyed. She told us "you bought it and it's yours now". No service after the sale. I wish I had read all these reviews prior to purchasing. I feel like a fool being so trusting and hopefully our attorney can be more "effective".

On the day of pick up picked up a cashiers check to the amount the sales manager told us. When we paid the finance guy jacked up the price 900.00 we said whoa. No go and showed him the purchase agreement we signed and did not budge off that. The service staff were awesome and parts staff was awesome. We do like our Prowler Heartland rv trailer. Things just went cold when I said no to a ridiculous amount of warranties. And paid cashiers check. I did get a follow up call from Andrew and a heart felt apology for the odd cold behavior when settling up.

When we got there, we were told they…read morecan't take a check from an LLC, even after we told them we would take delivery of the trailer when the check cleared. Nope! So, I reschedule and bring my personal checkbook. The closing was 1.5 hours late, so they crammed in the so-called orientation before the closing, which was cut short. Before we even left the dealership, some trim in the bathroom was loose/poorly installed. Salesman said "oh, we are going to order those pieces and replace them". Well, the trailer was to be delivered due to its size, and I offered to come pick up the trim pieces and install them myself. I checked in with them at the 1 month, 2 month, and 3 month points. "I am sure they are here somewhere" "i will look for them right now and call you back" "I appreciate your patience, exactly which pieces were you wanting?". At around 6 months, I sent an email to the manager and the salesman, telling them how they dropped me in the grease, they said whatever they had to to get me off their back, hoping, I guess that I would go away. Well, that technique worked, I am done with them and with Camping World, hence, this review, after I sold the trailer, and for sure did not need them anymore. This is a sales organization, if anything goes right-it's an accident. And the reputation around the country isn't any better.

They're all about the money, not about customer service. They kiss your ass and tell you everything's going be fine but in the long run, they stick it in your ass.
