My overall experience wasn't bad although very uninformed and inexperienced employees handling the customer service side of the business lacked alit to be desired. After 35 min my change was complete and for an advertised $88.00 synthetic change the total was 106. And by the way the coupons requested did not show up in my text until 60 minutes after this so I paid full fare. When I asked why it was much higher than the advertised $88.00 he said taxes in Oklahoma are very high. What I realized after I paid and was handed the receipt, is the hidden charges that were not advertised anywhere to be seen. 6 bucks for an oil filter? Why wouldn't that be included in the oil change price? 6 bucks for shop fees. And 3 bucks for tax. My take after leaving was 100+ dollars for a small car oil change is outrageous. I looked at Walmart later and saw they are out the door, 1/2 the price. I will not be using Take 5 in the future. Sitting in my car with a provided bottle of water is nice, but not worth twice the price.

New owners, even better service!…read more While we've been servicing our cars since 2012, a more recent change in ownership has really bump up the quality of customer experience. The family owners are onsite, and really care about the customers. They've remodeled the lobby area, and rather than looking like the typical broken down grease monkey automotive waiting area, it's a nice peaceful place to sit and relax. My wife and kids especially love seeing the resident mascot, Charlee the most beautiful Weimaraner. Come down and get your vehicle tuned up. Pour a cup of coffee and hang out with Charlee the dog! When we got there for the appointment, they left us sitting in the waiting room for 6 hours until they told us that they didn't have time for An inspection that day, we were not there for another inspection which they knew because I told them all the issues on the phone when I made the appointment. We feel that this is a dishonest business and would not recommend that anyone, especially, ladies go there for any kind of service. Unfortunately, there were 3 other ladies in the waiting room with us. Also, and they all mysteriously seemed to come up with many more issues than the issues that they came for originally.
