The family owners are onsite, and really care about the customers. They've remodeled the lobby area, and rather than looking like the typical broken down grease monkey automotive waiting area, it's a nice peaceful place to sit and relax. Not only did they say that they had to charge me for another analysis, but they made me wait for 8 hours, the entire day, and when it was 5 pm, they told me that I would have to come back the next day. We drove 20 miles to get there!. They denied any wrongdoing. But the problem began right after I left after they talked me into 2 new tires. It turns out that they did not reset the ABS sensor, which was clearly their error!! They also neglected to reset my cruise control. They clearly intended to charge me again for their negligence. That is the worst company and manager I have ever dealt with. He also jumped on my case for having an upset attitude when I found that they were going to make me wait all day on a maybe they will have. There were three other women there who waited for more than 5 hours; one of them just had a hole in her tire. My God, that is ridiculous! A man came in, and they took care of him in less than half an hour. So taking advantage of women seems to be part of their wheelhouse. They charged my sister 85. for 5 minutes to put a part on her door and 100. for a 15. part. Talk about excessive. Dispicable, rude, prejudiced, and ripping people off is what you get from them, and rudeness is their greeting unless you are a man.

The first place we took it was to a Chevy Dealership and was told the transmission was bad and needed replaced. They said it would be right under $8,000. for a new one and $10,000. if it were to be rebuilt. Took it to 4-way and they checked it over immediately. They called us back within the hour and told us it would only cost $300. Apparently, Chevrolet has a problem with this issue and released a service bulletin about it. All it needed was Shutter-Stop. They are changing the transmission oil and everything! They are super professional, HONEST, and extremely pleasant!

Was not very impressed with the people that I dealt with in the office I had to take my truck back…read morethree times one of them was because they sheared off one of my O2 sensors from ripping the transmission out, so I took it up there for that realize that they shared two O2 sensors they get them fixed as they should. I took the truck back because they didn't put the transmission bracket bolts in. I had a bad vibration going down the road that caused my seals to blow from everything wobbling going down Highway nine I had a problem with the truck dropping out of reverse in the winter I took it back to them and they said it had no problems I have other vehicles that need transmission work, and I will be looking for elsewhere to take them. my truck is still under warranty. It's almost not even worth dealing with them again. Not to mention I paid $2400 to have it rebuilt. And I worked my butt off during the summer to get it ( high school kid)
