The family owners are onsite, and really care about the customers. They've remodeled the lobby area, and rather than looking like the typical broken down grease monkey automotive waiting area, it's a nice peaceful place to sit and relax. Took my 2019 Blazer in for a second opinion. My car was jerking or shuttering really bad, like it…read morewas going to die. The first place we took it was to a Chevy Dealership and was told the transmission was bad and needed replaced. They said it would be right under $8,000. for a new one and $10,000. if it were to be rebuilt. Took it to 4-way and they checked it over immediately. They called us back within the hour and told us it would only cost $300. Apparently, Chevrolet has a problem with this issue and released a service bulletin about it. All it needed was Shutter-Stop. They are changing the transmission oil and everything! They are super professional, HONEST, and extremely pleasant!

Was not very impressed with the people that I dealt with in the office I had to take my truck back…read morethree times one of them was because they sheared off one of my O2 sensors from ripping the transmission out, so I took it up there for that realize that they shared two O2 sensors they get them fixed as they should. I took the truck back because they didn't put the transmission bracket bolts in. I had a bad vibration going down the road that caused my seals to blow from everything wobbling going down Highway nine I had a problem with the truck dropping out of reverse in the winter I took it back to them and they said it had no problems I have other vehicles that need transmission work, and I will be looking for elsewhere to take them. my truck is still under warranty. It's almost not even worth dealing with them again. Not to mention I paid $2400 to have it rebuilt. And I worked my butt off during the summer to get it ( high school kid)
