The family owners are onsite, and really care about the customers. Michael, one of the mechanics, has always taken the time to explain problems and offer solutions for repairs. They have done alignments, brakes, tires, tire sensors, and much more for me always to perfection. I prefer the Highland store much more than the Harrison store. John is a great manager and his employees always seem happy. They make you feel like they care about you and making sure you are satisfied.
