The family owners are onsite, and really care about the customers. Bottom line: I paid $800 for a repair. They did not fix it. They kept putting me off to make it right, claiming they were too busy to get me in. I could not wait any longer and asked for a refund. They refused. They said I have to pay even though they did not fix it. Beware, Joe Cooper has a policy of no refunds with the credit card companies, so you cannot even dispute the charge with your credit card. Do not go to Joe Cooper in Shawnee for service. You will regret it.
