Nobody enjoys moving - but Eagle Transfer did Everything right and made our move as easy as it could have been. It started with a phone conversation with Peggy, their super congenial front office manager. She scheduled an appointment with Sean who came to our home (mask on) and shared the options - no high pressure selling, just good information. They could do as much or as little as we needed. When we nailed down our date and specifications, we got our Estimate. Honestly, it was much lower than we expected. Another pleasant surprise: they offer free packing boxes that saved us more money. On moving day, the van arrived right on time with a hard-working team of three (masks on). Fifteen minutes later, an Eagle service vehicle arrived - "I'm guy #4, yours at no extra cost". I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently everything got loaded. Before they loaded, they packed padding around all wall corners and on the floors where most of the traffic would be happening in our home. Not a dent or scratch anywhere. Same story at the other end in our new home. I really don't want to move again. BUT, if I do, Eagle Transfer will be my first call. They are wonderful and I give them my highest recommendation. read more

From Heidi setting everything in motion to Bryan running packing and inventory to driver Seth managing loading, transport and unloading, we had the most positive moving experience relocating from Wenatchee to Texas. These people are so professional, experienced, thoughtful and sincerely dedicated to making your move smooth and as stress free as possible. We had a less than favorable move from Texas to Wenatchee with a Dallas United branch, but Eagle has removed that memory with their outstanding service. We very highly and sincerely recommend them. Had to acquire some assistance with moving a very heavy gun safe and these guys were my first choice. I won't be making that mistake again after receiving very poor treatment from the manager, Brian. I was repeatedly interrupted by this "manager" during our ten minute conversation about scheduling delivery. I live five minutes away and they couldn't get me on the schedule for over two weeks, despite knowing the safe was on the way for over a week they wouldn't schedule delivery until they had the safe in hand. Which seemed silly to me- we could have scheduled delivery sooner based on its anticipated arrival time- but instead I get to wait three more weeks while it sits five minutes away... not helpful. And neither is being interrupted by a defensive "manager" when you're trying to relay a concern or complaint. Close your mouth and listen to the customer Brian. Steer clear if customer service matters to you. read more

Eagle had used packing materials that they supplied at no cost, and price that was within our expectations for such a long move (Wenatchee to Arizona). There delivery was on time, with no hickups or delays. read more
