This place is so good Glad we came by. Customers service was welcoming and kind and more importantly, food was flavorful and well seasoned. Nothing was dry and portions were great. Next time, I'll try the lamb chops.

Grabbin Dinnn, Forgot o photograph the amazing meal we received. We got a kids chicken kabob, some nuggets and a Caesar Salad Wrap. All very fresh very bussin'. They were close to closing thyme when we arrived so the ambiance was closing thyme vibes for sure. But the food was excellent, made to order and delishes. Forgot to photograph the food tho sorry will do next thyme.

Came for a quick bite. It was quiet on a Wednesday afternoon, which is nice when your toddler is running around. Lamb/beef gyro with mini side of your choice for $15. It was excellent and just what I wanted. Ordered the falafel and hummus for aforementioned toddler. Came with lavash. Falafel was very seasoned. Comes with 3 for $8. Good value, took like 10 minutes, everything tasted really fresh. Would come again to try other sides and menu items.

The soltani kabob was to die for; the flavors in the beef barg and koobideh were so rich and cooked to perfection. The mastery of these dishes was absolutely on display. The mast moosir was a great creamy and savory side dish to complement the entrees. I HAD to get the tahdig (crispy rice) too! I also had a bit of the lamb shank which was really flavorful, tender, and paired perfectly with the baghali polo. The yogurt soda was a bit of an acquired taste for me, but I'm happy to have tried it for the full experience. We finished off our delicious meal with a floral and sweet Persian ice cream wafer sandwich. The portions were enormous, so we left feeling full with leftovers to look forward to! We came on a lively weekday evening. They don't do reservations, but we were warmly greeted and quickly seated with lavash and butter on our table immediately. The restaurant has a beautiful and romantic atmosphere, with hybrid indoor/outdoor courtyard dining. Our waiter was attentive and made us feel very welcomed. I'd give this restaurant more than 5 stars if I could!

Tonight I got the beef shwarma plate and suddenly the shwarma is flavorless and bone dry, the hummus has the texture of an old bowl of oatmeal and or like a bad tuna salad, the "cucumber salad" seemed to be missing both citrus *and* oil, and worst of all? The sauces! What happened?! They used to have a dilly yogurt and like a meatloaf-style spicy ketchup. Now? It's like a wet marinara and a lumpy, gray-white thousand-island. This place went from hidden gem to extremely disappointing. Do not go here, it's a ghost of its former self. Something has gone horribly awry. They don't even have their refrigerator of quality sides any longer--my wife is gonna miss their borscht most of all.

I found this Kabab place which I wanted a non chain restaurant and when we got there, it was perfect. A small family owned restaurant and I would bet that he was the owner. I knew exactly what I wanted and went with the Combo plate of Beef Shish Kabab and Beef Luleh with basmati rice and the Pork Kabab which are actually pork ribs. Really good flavor and pretty tender. I don't find pork dishes to often at Kabab places. It's the main reason I wanted to try this place. The older gentleman was great. He took our order, prepared and cooked our order, and served our order. We ordered the Irka which is an eggplant dip, and he gave us complimentary cucumber yogurt and potato salad. Every dide was delicious and went well with our entrees. The smokers outside kind of ruined a nice meal we were having inside because the door was open. That was not cool but whatever

This place, however, is what a true neighborhood gem actually feels like. It's a family-owned business where you can tell everything is made with care and pride. The food is genuinely made in-house, including the sauces (which alone deserve their own shout-out), and you can taste the freshness in every bite. Nothing feels mass-produced or rushed. The service is one of the best parts of the experience--it honestly feels like being welcomed into someone's home. The staff is warm, attentive, and truly cares that you're enjoying your meal, which is something that's becoming harder and harder to find these days. And the best part? It's so affordable for the quality you're getting. You leave full, happy, and not questioning why your bill is shockingly high. In a city where prices keep climbing, it's refreshing to find a place that delivers amazing food, generous portions, and heartfelt hospitality without trying to cash in on hype. If you're looking for authentic, fresh, comforting food with fair prices and a family-run atmosphere, this spot deserves way more attention than the usual overhyped names. I definitely fully enjoyed the food. The only remark I have is that it does not come with sauce, you'll have to remember to ask for it and also pay extra if I remember correctly. This is a common issue with Armenian restaurants here for some reason. Just throw a couple sauces in it's not a big deal, especially for non Armenians; it's pretty odd trying to eat meat with 0 sauce. I think it's a very small cost but drastically changes the experience. This goes to all the Armenian restaurants, not just this one. It's embarrassing. Everything was pretty good and enjoyable and the staff was friendly, definitely coming back.

Too much unworthy food! Pictures and reviews from others suggested it would be good, but nope! I've ate at lots of other restaurants of similar, and nothing is like this, rather bland and uneventful. The chicken shish kebab was dry, and not much flavor. The pork ribs were decent. The ribeye steak was not the best. Considering that they state they use Harris Ranch, man I expected a great steak! Uneven cook on it too. I ordered a side onion, wth did they give me, a burnt onion?! Their sumac onions were not made right! Throwing some seasoning on some onions does not make it sumac onions! Things that were right? The roasted tomato, the roasted jalapeño. Possibly the hummus, as I quite liked the consistency and flavor. Wished the food was better. I don't understand their rating. Located right next to the popular and famous Paradise Bakery too.
