We were anxious because it needed to be done before we sold the house, but at the first available window for application, they showed up and took care of it. Even better, they knew we were on a tight time frame, so even though they couldn't get a hold of us right away, they came out and did it as soon as they could and were going to bill us for it. We ended up coming home while they were there and paid them, but it was great service when it wasn't their fault we were under such time pressure to get it done.

Normally they send a very last minute notification right before arriving, which is already frustrating and not enough time to prepare, but today there was no notice at all. Our dogs were not put away and suddenly there was a stranger in our backyard unannounced. Thankfully we were home because our dogs could have gotten out or potentially harmed the technician. This was completely unprofessional and honestly unsafe. Customers beware if you value communication, scheduling respect, and basic courtesy before someone enters your property.

Eventually, we started seeing eggs rolling out of our rain gutter every now and then where they set up their nest. We figured they couldn't get in the attic, so we didn't pay them much attention. We try not to kill or disturb animals if they are not causing harm or property damage. Then came the smell! We thought a bird died up there. Time to call the professionals. It was much harder to get someone to come out, let alone on the same day. I am SO glad I called Bloodhound Wildlife Management. Sam and the crew were awesome! They came out right away. They were professional, efficient, and honorable. Three things that are rare nowadays. I talked to them while they set up then went back inside. By the time I finished my first adult beverage, they were packed up, cleaned up, and all the birds were gone! You would have never known the birds, or Sam and his crew, were even there but for the broken eggs. They showed me pictures of the work they performed so that I knew everything was done. They set up bird spike so the birds wouldn't comeback. While they were very confident the birds were gone forever, they told me to call them back if the birds do and they will come out again. You cannot go wrong Bloodhound Wildlife Management. Very impressed and happy!

Many companies told me I needed annual service contracts, full house treatments, indoor and outdoor treatments. All of this ignored the specifics of my issue. The arrived and quickly identified my issue and saw that what I was doing was treating it fine. There was only one additional thing for me to do, which they educated me to do. They told me there was no need to spray chemicals; no treatment was required. They were here maybe 5 minutes. They told me this was essentially a consultation. There would be no charge. Talk about a surprise! I could easily see a fee for showing up (like plumbers), but they were gracious. They said genuinely, they just provided me with some information. If I get frustrated with my efforts, there is a path they can take, but it's certainly not necessary now. They have gained a customer! Even though I'm not officially using their services right now.

Found the point of entry and closed it off for me. 2 weeks in, no more mice. Thank you so very much for your great work. We are not going to continue with the current pest control co. We are going to hire them to do all of our pest control from this point on.

Treatment was requested through my apartment maintenance portal. I have video evidence from my…read moresecurity cameras that the technician did no work at all yet he left a tag saying my unit was treated. Even worse, my apartment maintenance staff was with them. Then the leasing office told me that because they couldn't find the source of the mites, they didn't treat it. IT'S THEIR JOB TO FIND THE SOURCE!! Completely unacceptable judgement call. I did my own investigation today and found the source of the moisture mites, caused by poorly sealed caulking. It took only a few minutes and I figured it out. I'm not a professional was able to figure it out. So not only did they not investigate, they didn't treat, and then they lied about the work done. It seems this is a recurring pattern in the reviews here. I will be reporting them to my leasing office and if it's not resolved I will report them to the BBB. Do your jobs.
