I suddenly i started getting phone calls and emails, every other month, saying I had past due amounts. I would call, ask what happened & give my verbal permission to charge the card on my account. None of the employees, including the manager I spoke with, were able to give me an answer as to what was causing the issue & they all promised that it wouldn't happen again. I finally lost patience with it at the beginning of Sept 2026. I called, cancelled my account, and asked them to charge my card for the remaining balance. I was told that this had been done. Today Sept 26, I got an email saying it was my third and final notice to pay the balance on my account. I immediately called & asked why I received that email. The employee once again was unable to tell me what happened & said there were no notes on my account explaining the issue I had been having or stating why they were unable to bill the card on file. We had an entire flock of pigeons on our roof, no lie, an entire flock. Eventually, we started seeing eggs rolling out of our rain gutter every now and then where they set up their nest. We figured they couldn't get in the attic, so we didn't pay them much attention. We try not to kill or disturb animals if they are not causing harm or property damage. Then came the smell! We thought a bird died up there. Time to call the professionals. It was much harder to get someone to come out, let alone on the same day. I am SO glad I called Bloodhound Wildlife Management. Sam and the crew were awesome! They came out right away. They were professional, efficient, and honorable. Three things that are rare nowadays. I talked to them while they set up then went back inside. By the time I finished my first adult beverage, they were packed up, cleaned up, and all the birds were gone! You would have never known the birds, or Sam and his crew, were even there but for the broken eggs. They showed me pictures of the work they performed so that I knew everything was done. They set up bird spike so the birds wouldn't comeback. While they were very confident the birds were gone forever, they told me to call them back if the birds do and they will come out again. The repaired area matched the older surface exactly. I could not be happier with the project. It took a few days and was not cheap but I feel I got value for the money and a quality product. I have used the handyman service several times and have never been disappointed . They really stepped up when no one else did. Don't overlook ABC when you have a unique project. When we submitted a service request, a technician came out and determined that a part needed to be replaced. A follow-up appointment was scheduled, but it was canceled the morning of the appointment. No one contacted us to reschedule, and I had to follow up myself. It ultimately took about a month and a half for a technician to return, only for them to determine that an additional component was broken. We were then told that this issue had likely developed because the original problem had gone unresolved for so long. After another delay, they finally returned and completed the repair. I paid the invoice and believed the matter was resolved. The technician specifically told me that no charges would be due until the work was completed, and when I asked whether the payment covered everything, he confirmed that it did. That is why it was so surprising to later be contacted and told that we owed additional money. The most disappointing part of this experience was the management team. Joel, the HVAC manager in particular, was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve the situation. Multiple times I was told that Joel would call me, yet weeks would pass without any follow-up. The last time I was told to expect a call, he never contacted me at all. To make matters worse, everything should have been covered under warranty. Unfortunately, that warranty feels nearly meaningless when the labor charges are so excessive. From the repeated scheduling issues and lengthy delays to the unexpected additional charges and poor customer service, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. Based on how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend ABC HVAC.

When they wanted to reschedule after no contact for close to two weeks, i told them to get lost. I do not believe any work beyond the initial inspection was ever attempted, let alone completed.

Then the leasing office told me that because they couldn't find the source of the mites, they didn't treat it. IT'S THEIR JOB TO FIND THE SOURCE!! Completely unacceptable judgement call. I did my own investigation today and found the source of the moisture mites, caused by poorly sealed caulking. It took only a few minutes and I figured it out. I'm not a professional was able to figure it out. So not only did they not investigate, they didn't treat, and then they lied about the work done. It seems this is a recurring pattern in the reviews here. I will be reporting them to my leasing office and if it's not resolved I will report them to the BBB. Do your jobs.
