Great college with great staff. I wish it wasn't so expensive though. Professor K and Professor Keagan are the best.

I went to the Carrington College Dental Hygene Clinic…read more I'm not sure that they really have consistent policies that they enforce, and it really wastes their patients time. I was first told it would take two to three visits. The first exam they said my blood pressure was high, but they passed me for treatment. The second time I came they said my blood pressure was too high for treatment. They where approximately the same blood pressure readings from separated by two days. Same blood pressure readings, two days apart. The only difference was the doctors making the decision That is not a fair or consistent policy. If one doctor approves you, then you should be approved for every visit. It's very unsafe for a patient to be cut off in the middle of treatment just because their coffee was a bit strong one day. First time I went they where making claims about my calculus levels without any avidenturary documentation. Nobody could explain to me the clinical definition between calculus level one, two or three. Nobody would take my opinions seriously, even though they where treating my mouth. I went to a dental teaching clinic in the first place because I thought that a teaching clinic would be making a greater effort in following a scientific and professional protocol. This clinic seemed to be making excuses , saying, "This is just a teaching clinic." As an excuse for why they don't need to be professional. I disagree, I think they need to strive to be the most professional and scientific clinic because they are a teaching clinic. For a teaching clinic to admit that they don't care about their reviews or level of professionalism seems like a very poor attitude to have.

I also appreciated that my X-rays & cleanings was very thorough. Although I've only been once, I look forward to future visits, knowing that my dental health will be in good hands. (I sought their care after being double billed by a local dentist, then having several horrifically painful & worse ineffective visits at another dental office.) So if you are between dentists, don't have adequate dental insurance, or just sick of unprofessional dental offices... perhaps consider helping the students here finish out their schooling.

What sets Peace Valley apart is its Waldorf-inspired approach within a public charter setting. Children learn through art, music, movement, hands-on projects, gardening, storytelling, and deep relationships with their teachers -- while still meeting academic standards. My child comes home excited to share what they learned, whether it's a science experiment, a painting, or a class play rehearsal. The teachers genuinely know their students and care about their growth -- not just academically, but socially and emotionally too. The school feels small in the best way: families know each other, staff are approachable, and communication is thoughtful and transparent.

The growth we've experienced as a community--academically, emotionally, and culturally--has been incredible to witness. My child is truly thriving here. The teachers and staff deserve every bit of praise. Their dedication, patience, and genuine love for the students shine through in everything they do. You can feel the care the moment you walk onto campus. They see each child as an individual, and that makes all the difference. The magical Waldorf principles that drew us to the school are more present than ever--woven beautifully into the curriculum, the environment, and the rhythms of the day. Creativity, imagination, movement, and hands-on learning aren't just ideas here; they're lived experiences. My child comes home inspired, confident, and excited to learn. Peace Valley is on the up and up, and I'm so grateful to be part of this journey. It truly feels like a place where childhood is honored, education is meaningful, and the whole child is nurtured. Highly recommend to any family looking for a supportive, enriching, and truly magical learning environment.

The Principal and administration are well involved and genuinely care for all children. When we were involved in a car accident recently and didn't have a rental car yet, the Principal offered to come get my child so that she didn't miss any school-- either he or the Nurse would have come-- now that's going above and beyond to ensure that your child's education is met! These people will work well with any parent, so if your student goes here, or any school, talk to the staff and see if they can help. My daughter has experienced being bullied-- this school doesn't tolerate this at all. They have proactive anti-bullying campaigns and handle all situations right away. They participate in PowerSchool which tells me everything daily from missing assignments to attendance, and up to date grades. The teachers email weekly and communicate back and forth with me whenever we may need to communicate. Currently, Ms. Nelson, 3rd grade is my daughter's teacher. Being a single dad of 4 children (1 college, 2 high-school, and one elementary) I appreciate the teacher communicating with me via email and working with me on my child's education and overall concern for her well-being. Ms. Nelson has been a great person to work with this year. Thank you Meridian Elementary for showing myself and my child unconditional caring and support. YOU ROCK!

But this energetic,…read moreprofessional, kind, and extremely talented crew made the experience something to rave about. In fact, now I can totally see why people want to run away and join the circus!! Nestled right off of Collister and State in Boise, ID and with a super cute sign to boot, the crew was so welcoming. We started with warming up our shoulders then gratefully got to practice on a hanging bar much closer to the ground. They were there every step of the way with smiles and encouragement. I felt incredibly safe from start to finish and could tell that I was in very good hands. After a practice session and detailed step by step run through of how we would "launch", it was time to climb that ladder 25' up into the air. Sound scary? Yes, yes it was. But don't worry, you're in a harness and there is a safety line all the way up! Standing on that platform my heart was beating so hard but the instructors are just so awesome that I was expertly guided step by step until standing at the edge of the platform with the bar in my hands...it was time to fly!!! Now I have to tell you, I'm not an adrenaline junkie, I don't "like" extreme sports and I usually get carsick...ha. but you know what? Once I hopped off of that platform and the guide at the bottom was calling instructions, my body delivered and I felt like I've never felt before. My smile was just WAY too big while doing a flip dismount that I had to do nothing but follow orders to accomplish. I couldn't have felt more alive, accomplished, and so I happily scrambled up that ladder again and again to feel that rush. I didn't even get motion sickness, probably from all of the adrenaline coursing through my body! Always conscious about your skill and comfort level, they taught me a new move which I was able to practice. Some in the group even did a handoff which looked so cool! I couldn't be more grateful for this amazing experience, something I didn't even know that I needed to experience in my life. The whole crew was fantastic and kind. You don't have to be an adrenaline junkie to fly, and if you are, you'll just have that much more of a blast. Go fly!!
