But when it came to actually listening to me about the kind of program I needed, he wouldn't. I told him clearly and repeatedly what I was looking for. He ignored it. He kept pushing placements that directly contradicted what I told him. There was no trust, no collaboration--just insistence. Eventually, he recommended a program I had already found on my own--one that he had previously dismissed. That's the kind of guidance I received. He also referred me to Dr. Parth Gandhi for a psychological evaluation. At the time, Gandhi already had a long trail of red flags--multiple protective orders, over two dozen police interactions, and a 2018 public reprimand for failing to report an arrest for soliciting a prostitute. All of this was public record. Parth was almost as unprofessional as he was evil. He took a month to even get in touch. He refused to let me go back and take the medication I'd forgotten, even though it affected the evaluation. He refused to wear a mask in a public library where the eval took place and nearly got kicked out, jeopardizing the eval. He misrepresented and outright insulted me in the report, refused to send it when I asked (granted, it was already available to me through my mother but she was unavailable at the time), and begged my parents to have me white vanned to a Utah program he, in all likelihood, had financial ties to. My family paid him $6,000. Even before I knew about the monster he was, I had a strong suspicion that he was unqualified. This was in 2022. In 2023, Parth Gandhi killed his own son and then himself while under investigation for rape. Since then, numerous women--patients and colleagues alike--have come forward accusing him of harassment and assault. Andrew never informed us of this after it happened. And it's not as if Andrew and Parth were strangers. Andrew himself vouched for Parth and told us they had worked together a number of times before. As shocked as he may have been, the silence is inexcusable. He referred me to a man with a publicly documented record of misconduct and said nothing after the worst happened. So no, I would not recommend Andrew's services. What would strongly recommend, though, is that Andrew look into the charity that Parth's ex-wife started in her deceased son's name: https://www.gofundme.com/f/om-moses-gandhi-memorial-fund He should also familiarize himself with this website: https://www.i-thrive.org/survivors-of-parth-gandhi

Our son took 2 classes, failed one and dropped out of the second. This is because he spent all day in his room gaming. Also one of his roommates was a criminal selling weed out of our sons room, and this roommate also let his brother live with them as well. Two very unsavory characters, but as Andrew says he cannot control what roommates your child will have. Andrew let me believe all fall term long our son would pull through. I told him he would not and what should we do. Andrew said he would. When he flunked both classes last December, I asked Andrew if the ethical thing to do would be to place our son in treatment for gaming, as this was the reason for failing at the previous two colleges. He said he would "talk" to our son. He decided that I should give him $6,000 more last January and I spent $7,000 on our son's tuition, room and board, books etc... I have not heard from my son since last December. I have begged Andrew for updates as his siblings have heard (he has cut off contact with them as well) he is seriously depressed and not attending school. Would you want to place your child somewhere, where you paid Andrew $13,000 so far and were not allowed updates on your child? Andrew says our son does not want his parents to know about him and Andrew says it is his "duty" to protect his privacy. Huh? I am paying him a fortune to care for him. I think our son is at risk for suicide from depression. Parents, think twice about going this route, unless you have some guarantee that you will be able to find out if your child is even attending college, eating, going to counseling. Emerge...where money comes first and your child...last.
