When the quote arrives, it is only for a full new roof. When the father contacts me on Yelp, I mention that I appreciate it but I am also waiting for the second quote. The father gets back to me and says the son now says the roof can't actually be repaired and there's only one quote. No explanation as to what changed in the 15 minutes between our face-to-face conversation and the quote. We will not be moving forward with this company. I genuinely hope other people have a better experience.
