A useless secondary drain pan since it doesn't drain due to improper slope. Water sensor never triggered.
Sergio C.

I reach them initially for a problem where my drain pan was leaking water into my ceilings, they upsell me telling me I need a new unit. We had just installed a wood fence next to the old unit and I asked if the system would fit, they assured me it would. Not only they left the fence un assembled (because with the new unit the fence didnt fit anymore), but the NEW drain pan and the NEW unit was still leaking, turns out that supposeddly the unit was missing some required pieces to not leak. They put the missing pieces and apparently things worked good for a year, drain pan again not darining and unit still leaking, I had to reach out to another company and pay an extra 2K because this guys are completely unreliable. The diagnostics: the unit doesnt have the proper slope for the water to not leak to the drain pan, and the drain pan plumbing also is inadecuate therefore accumulating water that leaks into my roof. These people in my book are clowns. I do hope if you hire them you get the job properly done and I hope your experience is all positive, but I can not in good faith recommend this business at all! . Edit: after I hang up because I don't want to deal with incompetence. How on earth is the system considered working good when a water sensor was installed (that never triggered) with the $10k unit (since this was the original problem) and despite of all the solutions supposedly in place my attic continued getting full of water because the not the primary nor secondary drain pan was installed properly. Three things failed, primary drain pan (improper slope), secondary drain pan improper slope so it never drained outside of the attic and the water sensor that never tripped since the whole unit was never having the proper slope or inclination. Why would I put my trust on a company that just charged me and could not even get any of these 3 things right to solve my problem? Nah I'm done dealing with this company, not interested in being called, had to pay another company to fix the mess this company called installation

Ad says free estimate. They charge $99 to come out and give you an estimate. They need to update their ad

From the first call, Kelly made scheduling easy and pleasant. Dominic (hope I'm spelling that right) showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, confirmed the part was in stock, drove to their warehouse to pick it up, and had our furnace fully repaired the same day. The service was fast, professional, and priced very reasonably. I'm seriously impressed -- I'll be calling Millers again for any future HVAC needs and recommending them to everyone I know.

Miller's AC & Heating was my first call, I requested they repair our Dual Heating System. They had an appointment the very next day. Tony arrived early. He immediately understood the problem with the dual system. He skillfully set it up so it would work while he ordered the part required. He explained everything, was super friendly, quick, and efficient. We are excited to have heat while we wait for our part to arrive and be installed. Toni was a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to a fully functional Heating System. Sonny finished the job today...he was a pleasure to work with. Our builder did not mark any of the components, fortunately he solved the puzzle, and we now have a fully functioning Dual Heating System. During the estimate phase, Constantine was a breath of fresh air. Instead of pushing generic upsells, he actually "downsold" us by engineering exactly what we needed to work seamlessly with our home's downflow ducting. He was honest, straightforward, and clearly explained the system without any high-pressure sales tactics. For the installation, Mike and Diego were our crew. They arrived a little past the initial 9am window on the first day, but they worked incredibly hard and got the entire complex job done right on schedule. At the start of Day 1, I handed them a simple "homeowner's QA" list of things I wanted to check with them at the end. They were super nice, listened, and gladly accommodated every single request. The workmanship is top-notch. They perfectly sealed the exterior wall where the lineset exits, helped me get the Kumo Cloud Wi-Fi connected to my phone, and hauled away all the old debris, leaving the site spotless. As a testament to their technical skill, when I asked about the refrigerant line vacuum test, they had pulled it down to 350 microns--which is a great number and proves they don't cut corners! Pics attached of the final setup. If you want an HVAC company that is honest in the office and expert in the field, we highly recommend the Galaxy team!

They came out to fix my air-conditioning, which went out in the recent heat wave. It was a simple repair so they said no charge. This type of customer service is unheard of today's economy.
