Unreliable. We've been using Eads Co for 4 years, but the past year has been incredibly frustrating. Despite being scheduled for cleaning every 4 weeks, they've only come at that interval 3 times in the past 13 months -- the last time being over 8 months ago. The only thing consistent is their habit of canceling via text the morning they are supposed to come, after I've already rearranged my work schedule. They canceled Thursday morning before Easter, came a few weeks later and only cleaned half of the house because they didn't have time to go upstairs. Then today, after 11 weeks have passed since they cleaned half of my house, they canceled again via text with no suggested reschedule date. I understand things happen -- but for 8 months in a row?! This is inexcusable. read more

Debby and crew cleaned my upstairs today, fitting me in this week and did a thorough job, wiping down the the baseboards, fans, etc. The upstairs doesn't get much use and I have guests coming so I wanted to be sure all was perfect. Once again, all the employees at Eads continue to do a wonderful job, so friendly, on time, professional and keep my house clean. read more

You could say whatever you want and not taking the ownership to stand by your business. It is totally your choice, how did we force your employees if we were far at west coast and our parent is an old lady who is not speaking English. I have proof no great communication from your side, no reply on texts. Your employee knew this property empty and we were at West Cost, that was the reason we picked You've Got Maids to get this place clean for us move in ready! So nobody live in this house nobody use the oven. I have proof no survey email, only thank you emailed about done with the service. After crossed country, as soon as we got in the house all those surprises what we received from You've Got Maids. Just for your information I also called on Friday, 04/07/23 left voicemail. If you think your company does and loves your customers and would like to hear customers voice and make some clarification, we should receive a call back on that day. Updated review: 3.5 stars. I canceled service in July after a few months of inconsistent cleanings. I got tired of following up with the owner about problems. And the all-organic cleaners just weren't getting the job done on our floors. We have switched to another company that does a much more thorough job, even though they don't fold the TP ends into triangles. read more

I worked with YGM for 6 months and only found their service to be worth the high cost once. There have been times entire tabletops have been overlooked, and the last time they came, their team shoved my bedding into the foot of my bed / did not make the bed. But the most inconvenient part was the scheduling. They regularly canceled last-minute (the morning of) and while they don't guarantee an arrival time, I asked numerous times to not be on the schedule if it was after a certain time of day because it disrupts my young children's schedule. That went ignored over and over and I spent hours trying to communicate this over the last 6 months to no avail -- apparently no notes were taken. Oh and they offer "text communication" but they complain about texting the entire time they're texting you. If you like repeating yourself over and over again and paying a lot for a sub-par cleaning job, this is the company for you! read more

My EadsCo team with lead Dani did an excellent job of cleaning my home on 11/29/24, the day after Thanksgiving! My entire kitchen was spotless, bathrooms sparkling, carpets vacuumed and hardwood floors gleaming. The whole house was clean and smelled fresh! I get a text when they are about 15 minutes way. They dust and clean from the top down. I am impressed and pleased with the consistent quality of their work! What they do in a short time, would take me all day plus. read more

And, if they were the ones my mother-in-law (bless her) called to clean our house before we moved in, I would remove even the 1 star, since they did a terrible job even with an empty house!!! Very nice group of women arrived. Did a generally very good job throughout most of the house. However this was a deep cleaning contract. One cleaner concentrated on the main bathroom. Unfortunatelly the worst items were in tis room and they were completely ignored. The company called the next day and asked aboout the service. Told them about the items. No comment. They then wanted to schedule the next cleaning. We are going to try to find another cleaner. read more

I've been with YGM since summer 2019. I appreciated that Michelle came out to the house to see our space and give an informed estimate. Other companies just asked square footage & room counts and gave a quote over the phone. I was sold as Michelle took me around the house and pointed out everything they would do with each cleaning. I believe you get what you pay for - it wasn't the least expensive quote - but the do a great job every time. They clean very well and leave everything pretty and organized. I have service every 2 weeks. Michelle worked with me to arrange a core of rooms cleaned every time - bathrooms/kitchen and then adding an alternating schedule for the main floor and 2nd floor. I liked this ability to customize our service. This put us in budget and fits our needs perfectly. We don't have the same team every time, but this is not a concern for me. I think each team does a great job. We have kept our service throughout 2020 with the pandemic. I appreciate the communication through emails about how they have adapted their process. The team sends a message via text when they are on the way to the house and when they are done cleaning. This is helpful to know as we have been home more often when they come to clean. Most recently I want to thank Kelly K and the crew! After cleaning off our driveway, I totally forgot to shovel our walkway to the house after a big snow. They were kind enough to clear the walkway and still do a great job cleaning the house. They even discovered slime all over my daughter's bathroom and got that cleaned up. I read a lot of reviews prior to choosing a cleaning service and I have had other services in the past. I have been most impressed with YGM and plan to continue their service. Had our house cleaned on 1/7/2021, but was disappointed when the team was only here for about 40 minutes and didn't really feel like much was actually cleaned. After sending the owner an email, with pictures to prove, she had another team back out yesterday (1/11/2021) to make it right. This review is for that "make it right" crew. They spent an hour cleaning the items I felt like were missed (floors and bathroom). The lead spoke with me multiple times to keep me updated on what they were cleaning and to confirm that things looked good. I was blown away by the teams thoroughness and the floors and bathroom look amazing and actually feel clean! I wish this crew could clean our house each time! read more

I left a voicemail for Brandy and also submitted a request on their website for a free estimate over a week ago, but simply haven't heard back. Called back again today, but it went to voicemail, again, so I guess why bother? Funnily enough, the "request a quote" button is right beneath a note about how the customers are their priority. the owners do not take responsibility for their employees. their service is mediocre. they send a different crew every time and you have to give the same instructions every time. they spray their "eco product " on the floor and push it around with a microfiber cloth. Your feet stick to the floor and it remains tacky for days. they give you a window for when the crew is supposed to arrive, then you wait hours for them to show up. no value for them being so expensive. the crew is more concerned about how fast they can get your job done. their vacuums are junk and don't pick up dog hair. I found the owners to be unethical and full of excuses. being bonded and insured means nothing. good riddance! read more

They do great work every time, but for the last cleaning, they did an exceptional job. I had dropped something behind a cabinet a couple of days before and was in a hurry and left it. After YGM did a maintenance cleaning, I found the item on the counter. When they cleaned the floor, they not only made sure to go under the cabinet but went ALL THE WAY back to the wall and pulled out the item that fell. I was impressed! read more

I was able to customize our cleanings to fit within our budget (choosing which rooms get cleaned, opting to have the upstairs and finished basement alternating between cleanings while the main level gets cleaned each time) and they have also been able to accommodate me the few times that I needed to have a cleaning moved. They notify me via text when they are on their way to our house , always arrive within the estimated time frame for arrival (emailed to me a few days before each cleaning), and always do a fantastic job with the cleanings. You've Got Maids has been doing a fabulous job at cleaning our house for over a year now! We are on an every 4 week schedule. They customize our cleaning schedule to accommodate our budget (not do all the rooms all the time) and allow us to add rooms on for special occasions and before we have guests coming. They ask before every clean about specific areas that need more attention and attend to those requests. They have been great at cleaning up the kitchen floor after a messy toddler and maneuvering through all his toys and play areas. We tried other cleaning services in the past but nothing has come close to YGM. The staff is kind and courteous. I always look forward to a clean house after they have been there. We just had our first "deep clean" yesterday and will be starting bi-weekly service. I am beyond happy with the work the crew did yesterday! They were so friendly, professional, and thorough. They truly did an amazing job, and I could see the difference immediately. As an aside, we have pets and the crew was very kind to them as well. I have only had my house cleaned twice by You've Got Maids and I am already obsessed. My boyfriend and I own a house together and although we are young and are more than able to clean our two bedroom ranch, we just don't have time! I met the girls the first time they were at my house to clean and they were both so polite and courteous. They complimented me on my dog and even swept an extra room for me. I am pretty responsible with money and am picky about what I spend it on but this is worth every penny.
