After the complaint was filed the firm rectified the issue. Resolution Conference held 01/22/2025. The Review Committee found that the allegations were supported by the evidence and recommended that the license of Matthew Stewart, number 29999 H-2&3-I & P-II, and that of the firm shall be placed on supervised probation for a period of eighteen (18) months. Among other requirements during the probation, the licensee shall enroll in, attend, and complete the series of Special Mechanical Code courses and complete the Special Board Laws & Rules course ( Stewart, Matthew J. Call Dad, LLC Denver, NC License# 29999 H-2&3-I & P-II) My personal experience has been at a loss of over $17,000, an incorrectly installed system with initial failed county permit, property damage, gas leak, and a years worth of pain and suffering from trying to work with them to correct Call Dad's poor workmanship and failed minimum standard to basic codes.
