Absolutely Terrible Customer Service! I did a return and had two gift receipts. The girl…read moreaccidentally returned it back to the card. I was returning the Christmas gift I did not want it to go back to the card that's why I had the gift receipts. The young girl apologized and said oh I screwed up which was fine.The guy manager at no time ask to help her or even seem to care that she was in a panic Or that there was a problem. The guy manager that was standing there is the problem totally rude no customer service no apology. When I ask him about the return saying I had a gift receipt he said that's how we do it. It goes right back to the card. What is the purpose of a gift receipt then? It says you get a gift card on the gift receipt. He was really rude and wanted to continue fighting with me saying that's how we do it?!! I tried to explain I had a gift receipt again but again he wanted to talk over me and say no that's how we do it. I guess I should have just returned with no receipt. I feel this manager needs to be educated in Customer Service. And learn his job.

My issue was that the lady at the counter had her nose turned up at me & my children as if we weren't good enough to be in there. Bad attitude. Little did she know that we had a thousand dollars to blow that day. We weren't greeted when we came in & we were the only ones in there. Being treated like that makes me not want to shop there at all but alas, they've got great perfume at awesome prices & their website is painfully slow so I'll probably be back just for that but wont be browsing for anything else.
