This Eastern European sounding prick named Augie has a terrible attitude and when he talks he sounds like hes mad. I drove into the parking lot and the prick yelled at me and told me to park it on the street when his whole lot was empty. Then he goes outside to drive my car back into the lot. What the helll?? I asked him if he was busy and how long it would take. He said in a mad tone: "Does it look like I am busy?" His terrible attitude continued so i said forget it i have to go. That prick drove my car halfway out the lot and had me walk there and get it. He also left my gas pump cap open. I really appreciate all the help this smog shop gave me...above and beyond the call of duty! The first time I brought in my car it was low on oil so they weren't able to smog but they let me know so it wouldn't damage my car. I procrastinated and brought it back here months later, after finding many other davis shops' hours to be inconvenient, and not only did they remember me, but they bested the coupon I had and gave me a gas cap to pass! total cost was like $60. They were great, took my old 94 pickup truck in and everything went smoothly -- in and out quickly. And their price even includes the $8.25 certification fee and $1.75 electronic transfer fee that other people do not tell you about -- try to act like their prices are lower, and then spring that extra $10 on you at the end. I was having trouble finding a place to get my car smogged because I had class or lab until after all the shops in Davis closed. One phone call to these guys and they were happy to stay open late for me, got me in and out in about fifteen minutes, and even understood when I didn't have the right paperwork with me. $75, but there are $25 off coupons floating around that they sometimes give out to customers to encourage their friends to come.
