We've had a few visits recently, typically when we stop by on Sunday afternoons around 1pm, where we didn't receive the level of service we've come to expect from a specialty wine shop. When we've asked for recommendations or information about specific wines, we've been told "I don't know" without any offer to help us find answers. When looking for particular varietals, we've been pointed toward general areas of the store rather than being shown specific options. Even when asking about the wine tasting day was responded with a lackluster disinterested response. As wine enthusiasts who genuinely want to learn and make purchases, we find ourselves leaving without buying as much as we'd intended, or sometimes leaving altogether to shop elsewhere. We know this isn't the experience you want for your customers, and we really want to continue supporting you.
