I went to pick it up on Wednesday, only to be told it wasn't ready yet. When I explained that I had already called it in on Sunday, the employee initially said she didn't see anything in the system and told me to come back the next day. After I reminded her again that I had called in, she suddenly "found" it and told me to come back in 2 hours and that I would receive a text message when it was ready. I never received the text message they promised. I returned on Friday, and once again they couldn't locate my prescription. After more searching, they finally found it -- but they also tried to give me someone else's order at the same time. I had to explain that I only had one prescription and asked them to verify it using my phone number, not just my last name. The entire experience was very unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. On top of that, the drive-thru wait was over 20 minutes. For something as important as prescriptions, accuracy and communication should be a priority. This pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service and organization.

These types of markets are usually packed with food items, this one is no different. I usually just get fish and vegetables here, can't beat the prices. The workers were chatting up front and workers passed the guy and didn't say anything Which, oh well, everyone should have something to eat. My gripe is more about the workers socializing when 3/5 self checkout registers were ppl who needed help or just abandoned mid purchase. They also had whipped coffee topper which we passed on. The check out lines were long with everyone buying a mixture of flowers. We ended up using self check. We were 5th in line, but the line went really quickly. The gentleman at self check offered to check us out, but we had bananas and he didn't have a scale so we had to get back in line. They have a private parking lot and there was 1 homeless woman asking for money in the lot.

I went back and grabbed a second drink so that I could meet the minimum. When the cashier checked the price, the total for the two drinks was $4.99. Even though it was only one cent short, she still refused to complete the transaction and told me that it was not $5. Honestly, this was extremely frustrating and completely unnecessary. Refusing a purchase over one cent, especially after I had already added another item to meet the minimum, is ridiculous and very poor customer service. The entire experience was unacceptable and frankly quite disappointing. I hope management seriously reviews this policy and how customers are being treated. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
