The diagnosis and repairs were done at an amazing speed (put my last mechanic to shame), but to top the cake Aubrey Putnam, the customer care manager at Paddock was very nice and helpful and definitly knew what she was talking about, making it very clear and understandable what needed to be done. She was very good at her job. My hat is off to her and the mechanic that helped me and got my Caddy back to working order again. Give Aubery a raise!

My son called and Paddock said that it would be done between 2 and 3pm Then he gets a call, that they won't get to the car until tomorrow My son said no , I'll have my father pick it up , because I need the car for work. I walk in and at first they couldn't find the keys or paperwork, then they tell me it's being pulled it to be put on a lift. ( Why would you put a vehicle on a lift after saying it won't be done until tomorrow, and after being told someone is coming to get it?). I said absolutely not, we are done here. NOT ONE PERSON CARED TO APOLOGIZE, OR AT LEAST EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED. Service department is an absolute joke. Stay far away from here. Response to Joe O: There are dozens of reviews sharing the same story we have. When I went in your service area, about six service advisors stood there with zero interest in resolving the situation. Instead of generic , garbage responses to save face online, why don't you hire some personable employees that can at least pretend to care. It's amazing , now that this situation was posted online , now you and your management associates want to resolve the situation. This would've been useful yesterday

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to come to Paul Herman. Was looking for my…read morefirst used car about a year ago, went to multiple other sellers in the area with no luck. From the start Paul was very laid back, and had no issue with us looking underneath the cars to see the condition of the frame. No high pressure environment, he met us where we were and left us to look around and see for ourselves the condition of the cars. He was very easy to work with throughout the whole process, and the pricing of the car I ended up buying was very fair. A year later, the car just passed inspection with no major repairs. Since buying, I topped up the coolant, changed the wipers, filled up the tires a few times, and took it for an oil change - that's it, for the whole year. Incredibly happy I found Paul Herman and ended up buying from there!
