Be careful getting car here. My first experience was great. After that i Was in an accident. My…read moreinsurance covered the cost of the car because I had gap. A few months go by. I go back to get a car. In there records it's displayed as I didn't pay off my car after my accident. When i had my insurance claim and proof that it Was paid off. Anyways they end up getting me into a car. The car was solid for a few weeks. Quickly the alignment went out. The wheels were very bad. After further investigation I noticed the vin number on my vehicle they sold me was to a different car. So either they are doing vin swapping on their vehicles which sound illegal. But hey what do I know. They delete all the bad comments. Anyways I'd go to Discovery on N Lamar and 183 or any other place but here. Don't do it to yourself babes. Love your self better. This place preys on the vulnerability. Edit: chacon hides their bad reviews so that it won't effect their business. I have recommended friends here and they have all had terrible experiences I feel so ashamed for recommending this car place to anyone. Be careful and please go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Discovery autos is actually way more better than chaconI'm

A Tale of Two Experiences 3.5/5 The Personal Side: I got…read morecaught in an awkward position due to some internal drama between dealership staff. Things felt even weirder when we walked into the finance office and one of the employees had his coworkers staring at my wife and me. I just smiled, waved, and kept moving. The Business Side: Outside of that, it was a standard dealership transaction. We haggled back and forth, but ultimately landed a great deal. Erik was pleasant and professional throughout the process. Jonathan, the finance manager, was awesome and he beat out USAA's interest rate, respected my time, and got us out the door quickly. The Bottom Line: At the end of the day, I separate personal awkwardness from business. I go where the best deal is, so if the price is right in the future, I would buy here again.

When it came to the actual purchase of my vehicle, I would easily give them a solid five stars. The…read morebuying experience itself was positive, and I have no complaints about the purchase. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department has been a very different story. My first maintenance service was great--I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time, and everything seemed to go smoothly. Unfortunately, the second service was the complete opposite. What should have been a routine one-to-two-hour maintenance visit turned into a five-and-a-half-hour ordeal. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the extended service was apparently necessary because, during my first maintenance service, the drain plug and gasket were not replaced as required by the manufacturer. Between the two maintenance intervals, the plug and gasket deteriorated and melted onto the oil pan, eventually creating an opening that resulted in oil seepage. While I understand that additional time was needed to correct the problem, the fact that the issue originated from the previous service is extremely concerning. To me, this reflects a level of neglect and incompetence that should never occur during routine maintenance. The lack of communication only made matters worse. During the five-and-a-half-hour wait, I received virtually no updates from the service advisor. I eventually had to take it upon myself to follow up and find out what was happening, while the advisor was able to go to lunch during that time. As a customer who had already been waiting for several hours, I found that incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I finally received my vehicle and can only hope the problem was properly resolved and that there are no further issues. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving, I noticed that two lug nut covers were missing. At that point, my eye was definitely twitching. After everything that had already happened, discovering that something as simple as lug nut covers had been overlooked further eroded what little trust I had left in the service department. Ultimately, I would still give the vehicle purchase experience five stars. However, the service department is an entirely different story. The combination of what appears to be neglect and incompetence, poor communication, excessive wait times, and a lack of attention to detail has significantly damaged my confidence in their ability to properly care for my vehicle. I sincerely hope this was an isolated experience, but after this visit, I am left questioning whether I can trust them with my vehicle in the future.
