What a great experience. Our driver Kimo Ohana was the BEST!!!!! he made the trip so much fun. He had so much knowledge about the island. We learned so many different things from him. He made extra stops for us to get a taste of the island goodies. He played his Ukulele for us & sang while we waited for others to board. One of the best tour guide drivers ever!!!! This company rocks!! I'd give 10 starts ********** if i could.

We took the Pearl Harbor Tour with E Noa. The tour operator was timely and very knowledgeable about Oahu and the history of The Pearl Harbor attack. I highly recommend booking with this company!

We had a fantastic experience with e noa tours on their Pearl Harbor City tour. We were picked up from the cruise terminal dot on time by Oli, our tour guide and driver. The double decker open air trolley bus is a great way to take in the sights of the island. Oli is an exceptional tour guide with in depth knowledge of the city and of the history of Pearl Harbor. He is also witty and friendly and kept the tour group in good spirits throughout the tour. A day well spent and well worth the price.

We did the all day Pearl Harbor tour. The pick up for the tour was right in front of our hotel, very convenient. Momi, our driver was amazing! She was there early so we didn't have to wait outside for long, she had lanyards with our tickets printed and it made the whole trip so much easier for us. She was very knowledgeable about everything! The city, Pearl Harbor, and stories about Hawaii. She was very good at giving us directions on where to go and what time to be back at the bus. I would definitely recommend your company and this tour. I also hope you get Momi because she was great.

Friday, August 23, 2024: My husband, sister, and I opted for the Majestic Circle Island Tour, which was about 9 hours long. I was able to purchase vouchers in advance via Tickets & Tours at Joint Base Hickam & Pearl Harbor at a military discount. It was nice to receive a text with details and also a reassuring phone call. I was impressed at the professionalism! Although we were staying in a STR in Kaneohe, we were picked up in front of the Hale Koa Hotel in Honolulu. So our journey begins! I believe we were the second stop with the bus making subsequent stops at different hotels. We were a full bus. Our tour guide, Shorts, was hilarious, engaging, and so knowledgeable of the history! Loved his Pidgin English accent , which lent to his authenticity. He laid out the ground rules especially not to speak when he was speaking but this was lost on some people in the bus! ‍ We made several stops. The most memorable is the beautiful and serene Byodo-In Temple. The most disappointing part of the tour was not being able to see Waimea Falls. The fact that there is a hike to see it was not disclosed on the website. We didn't find out until later that there was a trolley to take you there. I'm handicapped when it comes to walking long distances. Please E Noa Tours post these facts/options on the website. We ended the tour at the Dole Plantation, where we indulged in the refreshing and famous Dole Whip. My sister bought it for us in cute souvenir cups. Otherwise, we enjoyed the tour as it was nice to let somebody else do the driving while taking in the gorgeous island scenery. The downside is the inconsiderate people, who could not return to the bus at the appointed time. These delays made our other stops feel very rushed due to their carelessness/disregard. The bus is comfortable with good, running air conditioning. It would've been nice to have cup holders or pockets in the back of the seats. The lunch included was subpar. Not a lot of choice because it was a shrimp place (I'm allergic to shrimp) and we're not shrimp aficionados. So we opted for the chicken katsu and veggie noodles, neither were good. We ate some of it because we were mostly hungry but would never return to eat there on our own. All in all, we had a lot of fun and we enjoyed our tour guide Shorts. We would do it again but we will be better prepared for Waimea Falls.

We did the Majestic Circle Island tour and thought it was fantastic. get to see many of the top attractions, though, there is a limit on time. Momi, our guide, was absolutely awesome. informative, energetic, friendly, just a delight. We really enjoyed hearing her stories and she was so knowledgeable about Hawaii and its culture. I booked the tour for the Ultimate Pearl Harbor Circle Island tour through Booking.com. I called them tour company the night before to check if they could pick us up near our hotel. There was no answer, so I sent them a message through the website. At 9:02pm I got a text message from them saying they are closed and to call them the next day at 5:30am. Then at 9:07pm I got a text message saying they couldn't find my reservation. At 9:07pm I got another text asking for the confirmation number. I sent them a screenshot of my confirmation email with the tickets. At 9:19pm I got a text saying that they do not have record of my ticket. Then at 10:30pm I got a text saying they are closed and to call them the next day at 5:30am. So the day of the tour (the next day), I called them at 5:30am to follow up regarding my reservation. I spoke to Charlie who said that they couldn't find me in the system and they will not pick us up. Charlie was rude and spoke in a condescending tone. Charlie said that the E Noa Tours was trying to get a hold of me at 10:30pm the night before to tell me I didn't have a reservation. The text I got at 10:30pm was to tell me that they were closed. Charlie just said they were not working the night shift and doesn't know who sent the text messages. I was not offered a booking for a future tour or a refund. I spoke to booking.command they said they sent the reservation to the tour company. To this day I still haven't received a refund. Save yourself Time and money and don't book anything through this tour company because you'll be S.O.L if they mess up with your reservation. read more

At this time, I think there's a really important reason why you should consider signing up for the "Pearl Harbor City Tour" offered by "E Noa Tours". Keep reading if you want to know why. I recently took the Pearl Harbor City Tour offered by E Noa Tours. This tour provides a nice bus ride that cruises past a lot of Honolulu's major structures and landmarks. If you've never been to Honolulu before, this tour provides a good orientation. Later, you can decide if you want to revisit any of these locations on your own. The tour's grand finale, however, is a visit to the Pearl Harbor Memorial. A lot of people think that the USS Arizona Memorial and the Pearl Harbor Memorial are one and the same. But the "Pearl Harbor Memorial Historic Sites" includes the USS Arizona Memorial, the USS Oklahoma Memorial, the USS Utah Memorial, the Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum (including the USS Bowfin), the USS Missouri and the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum. While planning my trip, I learned that the entities managing the USS Arizona Memorial were refurbishing the infrastructure that facilitates the ferry boat landings. As a result, the number of tourists who can visit the memorial on a daily basis has been cut in half. If you want to visit the memorial, you have to go to the National Park Service website and make a reservation. If you don't have a ticket when you arrive, you can take your chances and wait in line on a "stand by" basis. The point is this: Licensed tour operators who include a visit to the memorial as part of their itinerary have an allotment of passes. I signed up for the Pearl Harbor City Tour so I could visit the memorial. I made a separate trip on my own and spent about 3 hours visiting the other sites within the park. By the way: I'm used to tours in which there's a driver who drives, and a tour guide who provides commentary. "Finny", our coordinator, served as both driver and tour guide. He had a lot of information to share; and he was patient (but firm) with adults who had difficultly following simple instructions. (It's a tough job.) read more

He showed up on time to pick us up at the hotel and we had a safe trip to Pearl Harbor. We had purchased our tickets in advance as promised. I would suggest people consider just taking the half day as the whole day to seem to be quite slow paced. We did have a minor issue and that the driver didn't have the proper certification to enter Pearl Harbor Naval base for the tour of the Missouri. He then had to drive us back to Pearl Harbor memorial and have a ride the regular shuttle bus over to the Missouri. This added about an extra hour to the trip in a fair amount of extra walking otherwise though the tours were great, I would highly recommend touring the Missouri our Guide was wonderful and was truly excited about the history. Overall, it was a very good time. read more

driver (RJ) was great. Trip was falsely presented. Trip was to include a "drive-thru" of Punchbowl National Cemetary. When driver was asked he said it was not included because trees would tear off the top of the tour vehicle. Very disappointed as this trip with your company was scheduled on our last day in Honolul. read more

Excellent experience touring Pearl Harbor. Started at the hotel on the pick-up. Oli was extremely engaging and knowledgeable. Was not expecting the tour through town but that really capped the overall event getting history and culture from Oli. Highly recommend and would do again. Not a great experience. The website and description is misleading. "Admission to the Arizona Memorial included" means you get to put your name on the standby line and there's no guaranteed entry. Our bus was supposed to leave the memorial at 12:00 PM. Our entry time from the standby line was 12:30 PM. On the way our driver started preparing us to be disappointed by telling us not to get mad at him. It wasn't worthless, but certainly not worth the price we paid. They know that all they are offering is an overpriced ride to the memorial with a driver that shares some bits of information on the way. Get an Uber instead for less than half the price and you'll be in better shape. Would NOT recommend. read more

Completely disappointed we took the Perl harbor and city tour. We were where they told us at the bus stop closest to the Hale Koa like they said how ever they stop at the trolly stop instead. I called the person was condensing and rude. Said I was not at the bus stop and I told her we were then she described the trolly stop. If you use them be wear. They like to rip you off. PEARL HARBOR ENTRANCE IS FREE! Stray away from this "tour." There is no tour of Pearl Harbor. The entrance into Pearl Harbor is free and there are other amenities that are not included that make the experience much more worthwhile (audio tour, submarine visit, and movie showing). The bus is too crowded, too expensive, and ultimately not worth it. With this tour, you get entrance and transportation for $46 per person (plus buying a locker for $6). Use your money for food, an Uber, and walk around without the flood of fifty other passengers trying to wait in line at the same time. Please do not make the same mistake as we did and enjoy your stay at Hawaii! Cheers read more

Fabulous dolphin/snorkel tour. Captain Jack guarantees dolphin sightings and he did not disappoint. We must've seen 20 or more dolphins up close to the boat. Caden & Sabrina gave us so much information on the different dolphins and fish that we saw. They even dove down and brought up starfish and mollusks. The food was good and the drinks were better. I highly recommend this tour. We had 12 people from ages 6 to 65. read more

We did the Pearl Harbor tour & it went smoothly. Our driver (Thomas?) was fantastic & very knowledgeable. The trip itself was without issues. We were picked up in time & left Pearl Harbor with only a little wait for missing passengers. Definitely not the tours fault. All in all I would recommend this tour & E Noa Tours! I took their circle island tour of Oahu. "Squid" was out tour guide and was very knowledgeable. He's a native Hawaiian and made us feel like "Ohana". He's a safe driver and always concerned about our comfort. read more

Chartered an open trolley for a family reunion. Set our own route and revised it (to make it shorter) while we were on our tour. Brought our own playlist. Solid customer service from Lorna via phone conversations and email. We had a very compatible driver, Elena, who was careful and kept us all safe. She was low key and friendly. We want to do another trolley ride in the new year and hope we can work with Lorna and have Elena as our driver! The process to make a reservation was easy and direct. Would use this company again. We used E Noa Tours to visit the Arizona Memorial, the USS Missouri, Punchbowl and Honolulu Hale. Our driver was Chauncey and he was amazing! He made the tour fun and really explained the meaning of the sites in detail. The tour bus was comfortable and roomy. For the cost, it was totally worth it! We got admission to the Arizona memorial and the USS Missouri and we were able to have someone drive! E Noa Tours is great and I would recommend them! read more

Was a mediocre tour at best. Tour guide was extremely rude and tour bus had no AC which made it extremely difficult to enjoy ourselves during the 45 minute ride one way to and from PHH and to make things worse the windows did not open. We felt like we were being cooked. We aksed the tour guide to adjust the AC and he just lied and said he had it all the way up but it was only the fan blowing hot air that was all the way up. If you want to visit PHH pick another tour company. E Noa tours stay away from. read more

E Noa Tours started its humble roots when John Brizdle and Roger Watson offered half-day sunset city tours and circle island tours around Oahu. In those days, these tours were on VW buses to ensure a personal and intimate touring experience. The idea behind these tours was to take visitors just like the way local families would show the beauty of Hawaii to their own guests. Although E Noa Tours has considerably grown from its humble beginnings, the way we treat Hawaii's visitors is still the same: like family. There is a bunker built for WW2 that was never really used but now houses movie memorabilia from the many productions on the ranch. Unfulfilled promises by Jack (the owner): small group, Mercedes Van, all of the stops, snorkeling at a specific beach, we did not want to stop at certain places and were told we could customize, souvenir hats, 2 bottles of champagne, unlimited juices/snacks/drinks, and the discounted price per person. What we got: the bus was 30 minutes late, no one answers the phone number, HUGE OLD TOUR BUS (58 people), we did not get to choose our stops or how long we stopped somewhere, they had water bottles and Pringles (no juice/no champagne/no other snacks that were promised), and on top of several other things-- they charged us full price. WE ARE STILL AWAITING A REFUND of the amount that was overcharged. Jack has lied to us, taken zero accountability, and still refuses to answer the phone. I can't help to think that half of his warrants are for fraud at this point. There is no clear communication and several tour companies show up at the same location, so if you got suckered into these tours-- please verify with each driver to see if your name is on their list. Please choose a different touring company to support. If you have a car rented and need help planning your endeavors, feel free to reach out. Good luck out there!

We did the turtle tour on 5/13 at 8:30 in the morning. They teach everyone how to use the given gear, they antifog the goggles beforehand and sanitize all the gear well afterwards. They have snacks, water, and ginger ale. We saw two turtles within a couple arms lengths at the surface (you can't touch them but gosh they were so close!). We also saw about seven turtles chilling on the bottom. Tons of reef fish swimming so close to us too. The crew makes sure to point out turtles so you don't miss them. It was my first time in open water and the crew was welcoming from the start. They separate the groups so if you can't swim or are not great at swimming, you can stay back and hold onto a blue mat in the water where they teach you and help you feel comfortable in open water first. Even though I vomited afterwards (yes I took plenty of motion sickness medication ahead of time!), I highly recommend the experience. It's unlike anything else. The crew is so funny, they normalized not being able to swim well or motion sickness so you don't feel embarrassed. They get in the water with you (not all crews do!) and were super attentive, and encouraging. I felt safe enough that I was able to learn, get confident in the water and join the others and I still felt like I had plenty of great snorkeling time. Overall, GREAT company for actually seeing turtles! GREAT for inexperienced swimmers and people who get motion/sea sickness! If you're determined, you can still do it. The crew made me feel safe the entire time! You've got this, you only live once!

Thais is the boat, you have a water trampoline, a water floating board that you legit can lay on or stand on and play balance and or just lay, and a huge slide!!!!! Wow! So this entire experience is just 5/5 We booked through TripAdvisor. This is 100% recommend, since this is also at open ocean, it's easier if you can swim and not afraid of the waters. We had an incredible time on the Circle Island Tour with E Noa Tours, and our guide, Kumu, was the best! His storytelling, humor, and personal insights really brought the tour to life. It was like traveling with a local friend who had lots of stories to share, making the experience educational and fun. The convenience of being picked up right from our hotel was a big plus. The tour itself is perfect if you want to see a lot in one day, though you don't get to spend too much time at any one spot. I think it's a great way to decide where you might want to revisit later in your trip, like the Dole Plantation. You don't get the whole tour on this trip, but you get a little taste if that's all you need. The day was long but not too tiring. The drive is broken up with lots of things to see along the way, so it never felt boring or like we were sitting in the van for too long. I would have loved for the tour to be longer honestly, maybe extending into dinner, and I'd gladly have paid more for that! Our group size was perfect at around 10 people (3 parties), which gave it a more personal vibe. Kumu treated us like friends, and it made the experience so much more enjoyable. A word of advice- bring cash! We did not and felt bad not being able to tip our waitress at lunch or Kumu, who absolutely deserved a generous tip. A Venmo option would be a great addition for the guide. There's also a cash-only store at the waterfall stop, so plan ahead. Overall, I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to get a taste of Oahu. It's a wonderful way to see a lot in a short time, with the option to dive deeper into your favorite spots later on. read more

Our guide was chock full of information! He had facts about Hawaii outside of the sites we visited. We opted for the full day Pearl Harbor - Arizona Memorial and Circle Island Tour which included the Dole Plantation and one other, but it was closed due to a mudslide so we got to tour beaches and make a few extra stops for touristy things. Without knowing more about the tour, we thought we'd have more time at Pearl Harbor but didn't realize that it would take so long for each exhibit there and our tour was only focused on the Arizona Memorial, so we both agreed this tour is great for the first timer to get a good tour of the island and, if you wanted to, go back and see more of the items of interest, which is what we did. We rented a car cheap through ACE for the day so we didn't have to worry about parkings fees at the hotel, and went back to Pearl Harbor for a longer time, Dole Plantation for a longer time and made stops on the way of places we saw, but didn't stop with the tour guide the prior day. The only complaint I had was the stop where we met our tour guide had so many buses coming in and out and no real guidance other than to look for Enoa Tours on the side of the vehicle, we were very nervous we'd miss our tour and not see the bus or van, and they ran a little late due to technical issues with another vehicle. We got on with no issues, but did have some anxiety about being left behind because of all the confusion at the rendezvous point. Overall, I still give it a 5 stars because we really enjoyed our tour and our tour guide and all the knowledge he had. read more

Reynold was great & on-time for pick up. However we felt like the tour was more of a food-tour of Waikiki rather than of Pearl Harbour. We felt the tour could have added more value with our guide walking around the courtyard and explaining the outdoor exhibits prior to the film and answering any questions we had. While he gave us a bit of an explanation on the bus before & after, we felt like we paid more for transportation to and from Pearl Harbour than for an actual tour of the site itself. We had a 1.5 hrs from arrival on-site until our film time. On arrival, we were left to our own device instead of taken around the courtyard like we would have expected from any tour. It would have been much more cost effective for our group to catch an uber to and from the site & pay for entry tickets. There was no queue for tickets around 8.15am, so the tour company reserving tickets for us was no advantage either. The USS Arizona was shut due to damage, this should have really been relayed to us via email, after confirmation and purchase of tickets. Instead we were informed of this on the bus on the morning of the tour. If we had known this, we would have arranged the site visit ourselves and probably paid for the experience aboard the USS Missouri Battleship too, which would have added far more value to our experience. read more

Our Pearl Harbor Tour was everything that was promised by E Noa! The bus picked us up right on time at our hotel (5:50 AM!) and proceeded to pick up a few other guests at nearby hotels. We were on the Pearl Harbor site by 7:00 AM. We had time to walk around the grounds and view the many moving sites and memorials. there are two museums on site and I recommend both - one focuses on the events leading up to December 7 and the other tells about the war years. Both are very informative with interesting displays. The highlight of the visit is a 23 minute movie followed by a boat tour of the Arizona Memorial and Battleship Row. ** Note - at the time of our visit (May, 2019), the Arizona Memorial is closed to visitors; boats are unable to dock at the landing there. While it would have been preferable to visit the actual Memorial, the boat ride was also entertaining and informative. Our driver for E Noa Tours was Pua and I highly recommend her. While she may have been a little chatty, there was no denying her passion and knowledge for the Pearl Harbor experience. I highly recommend the tour and visit. Prior to departing, contacted E Noa Reservations, per BBB high ratings, providing complete information, arrival January 24th. via Grand Princess-Tour 7-Pearl Harbor Excursion. Advised be available for pickup at 8:45am, returning about 1:00pm. Received confirmation #960444. When my spouse and I arrived, was informed that the representative for Waikiki Trolley would provide information regarding our tour. Was advised to meet our tour guide at the Aloha Tower. Stated was a 10/15 minute walk, however as my spouse has a leg problem took a cab. Upon our arrival could not locate a representative. Contacted E Noa office but was informed the tour departed 10 minutes earlier, but would contact the tour guide returning within 10/15 minutes to pick us up. After waiting 45 minutes took another cab back to the dock. Upon our return, contacted a E Noa supervisor, who stated "NOT MY PROBLEM". Refused to provide any additional information and in addition, refused to provide her name. We contacted a cab driver who advised the allotment of tickets, with two cruise ships in port, would be unavailable. Needless to say totally disappointed with E Noa Tours and the customer be damned attitude as displayed by their supervisory personnel. read more

I live up in Wahiawa Heights Today we have been bombarded by trolleys coming down our narrow residential street in pairs creating safety hazardsas the residence want to pass but are blindly passin forcing them to drive on my grass strip in front of my house leaving a nice muddy streak We have many small kids and elderly who walk daily. The loud speakers of the guides are also turned up to the point I can hear them clearly over my music Called the office to complain and was told by Duane that they were there to see the cherry blossoms and more are going to keep coming during this time Don't be mislead by the Hawaiian name, they do nothing to promote the local residence. They have total disrespect (corporation) for our neighbor hood and have proven this time and time again on the north shore with their parking and stopping practices. They have a right to drive on th public roads but need to think about the peole who they offend for the $$$ they make. It should not be all about that. We booked the Arizona Memorial & Battleship Missouri Tour From Ko Olina. The bus picked us up from our hotel around 8:30am and we returned at 4:00pm. Our tour guide, Shannon, was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable, answered everyone's questions, and kept us entertained throughout the entire tour. Shannon made it a point to know everyone's names and even acknowledged special occasions like birthdays. At the Mighty Mo, we had one hour on the ship. We decided to take 30-minute guided tour. At the Arizona Memorial, you are shown a 30-minute video on the events that lead to the Pearl Harbour attack, then a US Navy boat took us out to the memorial. We couldn't see the "tears" (oil coming to the surface) since we took the afternoon boat out. We were told the best time to see the "tears" is in the morning. You can easily spend an entire day at each of these memorials. We are glad we signed up for the tours through E Noa. It was a great way to spend the day! read more

I took the Pearl Harbor Tour and was really amazed at the depth of knowledge that the tour guide exhibited during the tour. I was talking to another passenger on the tour, who was mildly disappointed that the tour guide wasn't more gregarious, because she had been on an around the island tour with E noa the day before, and apparently that driver missed his calling as a stand up comedian, and she expected the same thing from this driver. But how do you crack a joke a minute while talking about Pearl Harbor? It would have been incredibly insensitive. So she finally realized that and was quite happy with the tour. The driver said that E Noa has been doing tours since 1974, which explains why their drivers have so much in depth knowledge. You can do Pearl Harbor without a guided tour, but you get so much more out of it when you spend the day in the company of someone who knows so much more history than you would be exposed to otherwise. read more

Our bus driver Chelsea was horribly racist and basically just lectured the people in the bus who were white on how we have destroyed and appropriated their culture. To include telling us that if we would just stop coming to the island they would not need our money but since we are here please leave a tip. I learned we cannot pronounce anything correctly and should stop using any kind of Hawaiian word if. If you have white skin you are automatically a colonizer. Single handedly destroyed hula and their language even though she admittedly doesn't even feel the need to learn them. And even had the nerve to tell the bus while looking in the mirror at me how much she despises Aloha shirts because only tourists would wear them while literally wearing one as a work uniform. read more

Pualani was our bus driver on our bus to Pearl Harbor. We loved how she was very energetic and fun, and made us feel exceptionally comfortable about everything. She made learning feel fun, and everyone felt special as if she was rewarding them for knowing facts about the questions she was asking . She was very friendly, and always understanding what we had asked. She was eager to answer any questions we had, but whenever she didn't know the answer, we told her more to understand. She loved hearing our response to the questions, and every time we answered a question, she got happier and happier. She was very specific, so we barely had to ask any background questions. i have to say this is painful to do but don't waste your money! We went on the 12/13 6pm tour. It started raining early on which obviously it can't be controlle, however we sat on the upper deck and watch 4" of sloshy rubbish water hitting our shoes at every stop and turn. At least pick the trash up after each tour. That was the start of it. it's not a tour, it's a $40 taxi ride to be dropped off for an hour and picked up again. You gotta make the most of your hour and then wait for the bus to pick you back up And appreciate the poncho but when the bus comes people are on it that didn't get off. so you may get stuck waiting an extra hour for another bus. its not a tour! it's a drop off and pickup servic period. $200 for 6 people was a rip off. read more

We had the misfortune of being in Waikiki during Hurricane Lane. The Circle Tour was the only tour available that hadn't been cancelled. Our guide was "Cousin" Brandon. He was awesome! There were only 15 on our bus so maybe we were able to do a few "extras." Some areas were closed due to the hurricane but Brandon made up for it by taking us other places. I read a negative review about Fumi's and personally I thought it was quite delicious. The price was in line with everything else on the island (expensive!) My daughter and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed seeing other parts of the island besides commercial Waikiki. We enjoyed the walk up to the falls and all the beauty of the area. I would highly recommend this E Noa tour to anyone. read more

Very disappointed is the company and package they sold us. We booked a package to the Arizona in Pearl Harbor and were told that we had guaranteed seats and passes to the memorial. Turns out that not only did they not have the passes, the US Parks service NEVER guarantees passes and only issues a limited number more than 24 hours before the day of the pass. The tours group tried to play it off that it was a problem that the Navy had caused and implied that they had damaged a dock and that a recent hurricane made the matter worse. Turns out that the damage to the dock they said was the problem occurred in 2015 and was fixed long ago. Basically they lied to us and tried to charge us $200 for the shuttle ride to Pearl Harbor! Stay away!!! read more

The moment Pualani shared her emotional, sad feelings about Pearl Harbor, I knew right there and then that we have a genuine host, full of wisdom - as I also shared the same emotional sentiments when we left the base. Pualani is energetic and engaging throughout the day and kept us on our toes learning about history, even knowing everything our precious malunggay tree! She did not have an easy job - a job that required focus , driving for long hours and teaching at the same time uh, I can not complain. I am a teacher myself and Pualani is a one true talent, a treasure, a master teacher to appreciate. This has been one great experience. Exceptional Tour Company! Loved every minute, from booking the reservation to the actual tour. The reservationist was kind and professional and friendly. She has vast knowledge of the options and was very helpful. The tour driver, Pualani, was prompt and knowledgeable. She was fun and friendly and treated all guests as family. She communicated clearly and made us all feel comfortable. She shared her historical knowledge of the events leading up to the bombing of Pearl Harbor with passion and sometimes appropriate humor. The tour was flexible, so that we were able to extend our stay and visit the USS Missouri with little inconvenience. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND E NOA TOURS! read more

Our behavior was not inappropriate, nor did we use any vulgar language. Apparently asking someone who aggressively confronts you to drop it and leave you alone is "inappropriate "? Wow!! Vulgar language was never used and all I said was"yea" as I got back on the bus. Your tour guide, LISA continued to harass me and turned the entire group on me as she threatened me with the words, "I'm the wrong person to mess with" as she moved towards me. I said nothing more except, "As am I" as a response to her THREAT". Next time I tour with a group, I'll be sure to record every second of the day so that lies will be proven false and deceitful tactics put in check. read more

The Pearl Harbor Pearl Harbor Remembered -- From Waikiki Monday, December 21 2015 @ 9:00am - 4:00pe We LOVED this tour! Our tour guide (Bill) was wonderful. He is a native Hawaiian and overflowing with interesting information...never an unanswered question! We were well informed about the security sites we would encounter, instructions for our stops were clear and easy to follow. He was attentive to our needs and very funny! The bus was clean and we were picked up from our Hilton hotel. We never felt rushed but stayed on schedule. We only had time for this one tour with them but when we go back, we will use this company for our tours. Very well done! read more

Circle Island and Pearl Harbor Arizona tour. We rode with Cousin Paul and enjoyed the tour immensely. Very informative and witty. Loved the soft hawaiian music he played during the driving times and all the unusual trivia he shared. We were never rushed at any location and learned a ton about Oahu. The ONLY negative to this tour was our stop at the Crouching Lion for lunch. E Noa should change to a different restaurant as this one had awful food, gross restrooms with no soap, and was expensive for little lunch. Other passengers on this tour expressed the same sentiment about lunch. Don't let the crouching Lion cause a ding against E Noa tours. read more

A great tour with our tour guide Cousin K. We toured so many sites and learned a lot about Hawaiian culture and Aloha life. Cousin K made you feel welcome and her sense of humor made the tour even better. Pearl Harbor (several hours -- full tour and brief visit to git shop), North Shore (driving and seeing different points of interest), Polynesian Cultural Center (lunch- included in price of tour and quick visit to shops), Hanauma Bay (quick stop at top for photos), Halons Blowhole (quick stop for photos), Pali Lookout (quick stop for photos) and the Dole Plantation (quick stop for Dole whips). Would book again with E Noa. Had a fantastic time! read more
