This place is an unsanitary nail chop shop. They gave me psuedomonas on my nails, something I've never had before, then they just covered over them with more acrylic and didn't inform me that it was an infection. I googled what it was because I knew it wasn't normal. They are definitely not supposed to cover them and act like everything is fine. Any place that will do that has no regard for their clients' health and is a place that will knowingly spread nail infections. The girl who caused them tried to put acrylic over a nail that had obviously lifted halfway off and I had to point It out to her. Then she just clipped it a little and put acrylic over it. Since I have never had any problems before with my nail enhancements I didn't realize how obviously unsafe and dirty it was. I've also looked at their nail tech certifications on the wall, and they have maybe six or eight, but they have many more people than that doing nails there. After this place I'm pretty much done with acrylics. read more

I come in to get a full set and asked if the owner is available. I was told he was not, so I decided to let #6 do my nails. Then he walks in from the back and the lady said he can do my nails. Then she claims he has an appointment and I need to come back tomorrow. I ask how long his appointment will be because I am obviously willing to wait. At this point, I am ignored and the lady disappeared. I asked other nail techs sitting on their phones if they could do a full set. They just shook their head no. This place has gone down hill. They pick and choose who they want to service, they give "appointments" to people they favor, while explaining that they do not book appointments and its first come first serve. To offset this, they raise their prices and charge up to $4 extra when you pay with a card. I am done with them! It's not like I am not a paying customer. I pay around $100 every time I go here and that doesn't even include designs on my nails! That should tell you something about their prices! read more

Like before, I was immediately seated for my pedicure and manicure. The lady was very nice and gentle. My nails look great. However, are very pricey. I spent almost a hundred dollars for nail care. They have no bonus cards or special deals. They take your money with no brownie points. read more

So I've been coming here on and off for years. I stopped originally because they can't seem to keep the good nail techs. I started coming back and found Tee. She was amazing with her nail and pedicure skills. Then low and behold one day "Tee moved to Louisiana." I don't believe that for a minute. Then they had an entire different staff at one point. After that they started charging extra if you use your card instead of cash. That can't be legal right?! The charge for nails changes depending on which person you see and if they ask the owner he, of course, comes up with his own math despite what's posted on the price board. On two separate occasions I've watched the poor customer service skills of the owners. They have an air about themselves where they could care less about the people who frequent their establishment. Today the male owner was rude to a customer who asked for a color from her phone. The nail tech grabbed said color but it was brown instead of the requested burgundy. As opposed to helping to solve the problem he became combative. The customer wasn't rude or nasty. She simply stated the color she got wasn't what she asked for and she's come in before, shown a color on her phone and had her nails painted. I think they need a lesson in humility and someone needs to look into what the hell they did with Tee. read more

I wish I could give this review 0 stars. I got a pedicure and gel manicure and three days later my polish on my toes started to chip off. The owner was very rude when I told him that I wanted it redone. Yelling saying he doesn't have time and that he's very busy. I spent 90 dollars and he had a problem with me wanting my issues fixed just 3 days later. Poor costumer service, quick to take your money but doesn't want to deal with any issues. Only thing good is they have a lot of nail techs with only a hand full of good ones and that may be the only reason I continue to end up here. Priced higher then other places with lots of polishes to choose from but check your bottle before the tech starts painting because the tech will make an empty bottle spread and you will be left with some half-ass nails. Also the owner will rush the techs when it's crowded which makes your $50+ pointless!! read more

What gets to me most is how much money i made these people in the course of 4 years with me going every 2 weeks being a very loyal client. After re charging me a day later for leaving my gel nails crappy, The owner had a really bad attitude n was really rough with my fingers and ended up hurting me really badly. Five days later its all scabbed up but it looks really nasty. I'm definitely never stepping foot in this place ever.... Pic is posted just for the proof. The lady at the front is arguing with me saying they close at 730 on a Thursday when it's clearly stated that they close at 745 and they take their last clients 15 mins before close. So why is it that when I get there at 720, they say they're closed? If you don't want customers 20 mins before you state you close, then put different hours up! If I could rate zero stars I absolutely would!! Worst attitude and customer service sucks entirely. They forced a customer to leave the building because she brought her 3 year old daughter to get serviced as a mommy and daughter day. They were so rude and had not one sign stating children aren't allowed. But that poor child just wanted a service done and was devastated when she was forcefully kicked out of the establishment. But when i got my nails done by Wendy she was on the phone the whole time and only asked what color I WANTED. The check in system MUST be fair or people won't come back and the LEAST you could do is be attentive to who came in when. Time is the only thing in life we can't get back so when I wasted 30 minutes (1:00-1:30pm) sitting there today after being greeted, signing in and then BLATANTLY ignored by the OWNER on his phone staring me in my face you can imagine how bitter I was. When I asked how much longer it would be he jumped up but it's too late. (Why did you think I was sitting alone with polish in my hand?) I'm giving this place a 2 star for the fact that my nails aren't ugly and messed up. !WARNING! NOTHING HERE IS CHEAP AND EVERYTHING IS A LA CART!!! I called and asked how much a full set is and was told $20. So I decided to come in and get them done. No line no wait. I was then warned by my friend getting her nails done too that stilletto and coffin shape are $5 per nail. Which is outrageous!! I usually get stilletto but was forced to go square. Gel is an EXTRA $15. I asked how much french was and that is $20 extra! Not pink and white but just to draw a damn line $20 extra. By the time I was finished what I thought would be a $30 trip was $43 for a full set, square, and gel polish. Also if you want an accent nail it's $2.00 extra to open another bottle. The woman who did my nails was great besides the fact I did not receive lotion and hot towel at the end. My friends nails on the other hand (she's currently picking acrylic on her skin). My experience with E-nails was pretty bad. Usually when I go to get my nails done, the nail polish stays on for 2 to 3 weeks. This was not the case this time. It literary started peeling off the next day. As well as that, I had something that I wanted to be done on my nails and when I told the woman, she tried to persuade me to get something a higher price when I told her no multiple times. In addition to that, when I had her do what I wanted, she tried to tell me that I had to pay for gel nail polish (which I did not) Now most of my nail polish is peeling and it has only been 3 days my sister as well got her nails done and she used the same brand nail polish as me and her nails are still completely painted. I really hope the next time I get my nails done there, if I do, it will be a better experience. read more

My co-worker always has great nails and told me this is where she goes, so I followed suite and figured to give them a try. Technician14 was awesome: she was polite, provided a great massage, gave compliments and listened to what I wanted. Her technique was great and development goals for my next few visits. I have gone to the same nail salon for the past 6 years which is Artistic Nail salon and I only went to this salon because my salon closed at 5:00 on a Sunday and I was desperate because I was going on vacation and it was the only day I could get a refill and toes done. Well my nails literally only lasted 5 days before my gel polish chipped and my acrylic nails started breaking!!!! Also my polish on my toes even starting chipping. Ok, I came here on a suggestion from a friend. This place recycles towels that are used on other pedicure customers. One of the towels still had the white stuff from toenails on it & I had to ask her not to use it on me as she was about to wipe my feet w/it. My pedicure was bad, uneven nails, slow & only 1 coat of polish, which chipped the same night. One of the other techs literally took the basket of nail colors off my lap to give it to her customer despite me telling her I wasn't done choosing. The only thing that was good was the quickest refill I ever got but on that note I wasn't even asked if I wanted a cut down. I wasn't about to keep telling people how to do their jobs & ask them to fix anything as I never plan to return there again. Oh & their prices are high for unsatisfactory work. read more

I go to Enails about every 2 weeks for a regular manicure. Both male and female nail artists are very good at doing designs. Their prices are great and they take major credit cards. The only drawback is some of the girls only speak broken english which can make it hard to communicate. I am always a satisfied customer. I often recommend them to people in my neighborhood. read more

I am that customer no one wants to handle because of how detail oriented I am. JENNY IS AMAZING! Jenny is THE best mani and pedi I have ever had in my life. this salon is very clean and they have a dozen pedicure chairs, which is marvelous. my daughter and i both go there and are satisfied with the service and the set up of the salon. however the staff could be friendlier than they are, business is business but you are expecting a tip and a smile will get you a better one than a frown or look of boredom! read more
