This is a great nail salon and with that being said it is very busy. Definitely have favorite nail ladies there that out shine the rest! Prices and very reasonable.

Refill and color.

Emma's was recently remodeled and looks more beautiful than ever. The employees are friendly and accommodating, including the owner Andy. He always makes sure his clients leave happy. My go-to girls are Pebbles and Phanny, but I've had my nails done by other techs and I can confidently say that everyone does an excellent job. Eyelash extensions, waxing, dip powder/SNS and mood colors are among other services they offer. Prices are fair. For a gel manicure and a regular pedicure, I paid $52. Cash and card are accepted. If you pay with cash, however, it's cheaper. They do have an ATM available on site if you don't have cash with you. It does tend to get busy between 5pm-closing so expect a wait if you stop by after work. On Saturday mornings, there are usually customers lining up outside. Make sure you arrive early and sign in if you want a specific technician.

They're clean, their schedule is organized and they don't overbook, they take appointment deposits, etc. The manager/owner is very nice and very skilled. My first time there He immediately helped take off my gel while my nail tech was getting the table set up. He also gave me some great advice about general nail maintenance and cuticle maintenance. I think my techs name was Alex, I don't remember what the managers name was. I asked for sunflowers on a black background and asked him if this was something he could do. He insisted he could and I let him know that it was completely okay if he couldn't because I had a backup design. He ended up not being able to do it and had to ask another tech to do it. They came out more like daisies than anything and I wasn't thrilled but I didn't want to hold up the appointment behind me by asking them to redo it. The worst part of this was when he started clipping my cuticles, he cut the entire side of my finger. Not just a little nick...the cuticle clippers took a chunk out of my finger. He apologized and I said it was okay because mistakes happen, but it happened AGAIN. Two chunks taken out of two fingers. (See in pictures below) To me this is unacceptable. I also asked him to be very careful with the silver drill tip because I didn't want to be cut. He cut me anyway and then said it's because my cuticles were dry. The cut was deep, it had nothing to do with dryness. I considered returning at a later date and just asking the manager to do my nails, but I can't ever go back here.

Atmosphere: very casual abd intimate with music, TV and ear hustling. Lol The waiting area is small living up to their name. They are very clean. Service: The people are so welcoming! They make you feel very comfortable. They serve wine, coffee or water. I get the gel manicure and a regular pedicure however they offer exfoliating scrub packages. I love the keratin sock & hand treatment they use. This is the first salon I've gone to that provides that treatment as a part of your mani/pedi. They give special treatment to your hands and feet making sure to get every hang nail and over grown cuticle leaving your hands and feet feeling soooo refreshed and cute. Because they are small and intimate, I'd recommend you book your appointments in advance as walk ins are impossible. Enjoy

I have recommended this business to family and friends please go and have a look for yourself. You will enjoy it most definitely!!!

If I could give zero stars I would I should have known this place was a red flag when I saw on the…read morecitizen app where a lady got her purse snatched from off the chair while getting a pedicure. But...because they are down the street, I gave them some play anyway. Turns out, they ate cheaper than my usual nailer. Now I see why. The polish on my toes were lumpy, and started peeling after a week. My usual pedi polish last a month-2. Today went there to get my hands and toenails painted for Christmas as soon as I walk through the door the door hadn't even closed yet they were already putting me in the chair not giving me a chance to pick colors or even inquire about how much the total service was going to cost... soon as I walked in they were ready to put me in a chair so when I finally got a price quoted I was told that the fingernails were going to be $15 and the toenails were going to be $20 total $35- exactly what I expected to pay So, after they kept rushing me into a seat I sat down and some woman just came in and just started slapping acrylic on my nails when I didn't even ask for an acrylic service first of all I'm a chef I'm not even supposed to wear fake nails because of the risk of physical contamination falling into the food they were just supposed to polish my natural nail so what they did was without question or anything they just started putting acrylic on my nails that's how she was able to extract the extra $15 out of me so instead of getting my hands and feet done for $35 she is charged me $35 for the hands because of acrylic that I didn't even ask for. That's when I figured, well of course, by then it was too late, but I figured that that they were only taking advantage of the Holiday Rush, the holiday spirit and the money that people tend to spend on the holidays so what I did when I got home, I reported them to ICE for fraud. I suggest you all do the same. P.S. And THEY pick your colors for you. So you're better off bringing your own polish, because the choices are limited as it is, but they pick what they want you wear. Also unacceptable.

I had booked a lash appointment since this was the cheapest option I could find and the "lash tech"…read morejust said to go in on that day without a time. So I show up and I wait there for maybe 20 minutes and then she takes me to a room for me to get my service. The place looks very fancy and clean. I should have checked beforehand so this part may have been my fault but she was not using the individual lashes that most techs use. She was using cluster lashes which I was not aware of until after everything was done. The glue she was using kept getting in my eyes and it stung SO BAD I could not stop tearing up. She saw tears kept coming out and just wiped them and said it'll be fine once it dries. It was also hurting really bad like she was pinching my eyelid skin which made my eyes water even more. She was really nice so I didn't want to say anything and I just let her keep going. That's my bad. When she was done, it was still stinging so bad and that's when I realized they were cluster lashes. And the ends of the lashes were POKING MY EYELIDS. But she just told me to use the fan until it stopped stinging but after 20 minutes of it still stinging, I just paid and left. It was hard to tell how it really looked through my watery eyes until I got into my car and used the mirror in there. THEY WERE SO BAD AND UNEVEN AND MY RIGHT EYE WAS COMPLETELY RED. Not only that, it would poke my eye every time I blinked. I had to drive home teary eyed and in pain and immediately made an appointment to an actual lash extension place for the next morning before I even made it home. That whole night my right eye was in pain and when I went in for my appointment at the actual lash extension place, they had trouble getting the glue off. They literally had no idea what kind of glue that lady was using but there was no way to get it all off at once. They also recommended me to wait another day to get extensions because the previous ones I got BRUISED MY EYE which is why I was still in pain after the lashes were removed. DONT EVER COME HERE FOR EXTENSIONS. My eye was red for over a week after because the extensions were stabbing my eyes. Just pay more for better service because this is the absolute worst experience I had ever had with any service ever. If you zoom in on the photos, it's much easier to see but trust me it felt wayyy worse than it looks here and your eyes are not something you should play with. I usually tip 20% which I did this time anyway and the total was $90 including tip. Such a waste of money
