We were there for over 2 hours. The technician was very unprofessional and careless. At one point, she grabbed my hands and placed them between my legs while working, getting both my hands and my pants wet. It was uncomfortable and inappropriate. The quality of the nails was just as bad. My nails were only half painted and looked like they were already three weeks grown out the same day they were done. The technician seemed to be trying to do multiple things at once instead of focusing on her work, and it showed in the final result. Overall, the service was rushed, messy, and disappointing. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I was greeted by my technician & I picked out my polish then she took me to her station! Fist of all, I was impressed by the chair, I've been in a lot of chairs in my 75 years of life to get a pedicure but this one was very special, it had every type of massage one can think of plus a combination of all of the choices, on which I chose the combo! It lasted a long time & I felt very relaxed! The pedicure was excellent also, it has been a while (a little over a year) so my feet were in pretty bad condition, but she took her time & worked a miracle! The price was excellent, I had a Groupon, so it was great! I really want to thank everyone at Albany Beauty Academy! Thank you

I called seeking clarification and was hung up on twice. On the third call, I was told no one in the store could help me and that I would need to call back. When I asked when I should call, I was repeatedly given vague answers until the employee became frustrated, said "11:00 on Sunday," and hung up on me. After hanging up, he proceeded to loudly say multiple vulgar things in Vietnamese to the other four employees in the salon. There were at least four customers present at the time, and everyone in the salon heard it. What I do not understand is how a gift certificate sold through your website is not redeemable at your salon. Before purchasing, I verified the website, address, and phone number, all of which appeared legitimate. The business is also registered with the Georgia Secretary of State under the name Ngoc Le. Even the Google reviews appeared authentic and included responses from the business to both positive and negative feedback. What was meant to be a simple Mother's Day gift turned into disputes with my bank and calls to multiple law enforcement agencies, both where I live and locally in Albany.
