We were there for over 2 hours. The technician was very unprofessional and careless. At one point, she grabbed my hands and placed them between my legs while working, getting both my hands and my pants wet. It was uncomfortable and inappropriate. The quality of the nails was just as bad. My nails were only half painted and looked like they were already three weeks grown out the same day they were done. The technician seemed to be trying to do multiple things at once instead of focusing on her work, and it showed in the final result. Overall, the service was rushed, messy, and disappointing.
