They spent around 2 hours on my feet which I needed and never charged me extra. I don't remember everything, but I do remember soaking my feet, chair is a massage chair ( electric), oil, lotion, peeled away dead skin, nail file, cuticles cut and pushed back, hot towels to massage the legs and feet, etc. I will be going back on a regular basis. It was annoying. I got charged $12 for my manicure. The sign at the front of the shop says women's manicures are $15. My cousin got a regular manicure also & was charged $17. They need to get on one accord. I love my color but I don't think it's going to last til next weekend. I got very fast service. And rushed to the dryer. She tried to give them a benefit of the doubt, blaming the lighting, yet when she got home and looked at the reference photo, comparing them to her nails, she realized it was far from the picture (Exhibit B). She also told me that the man who did her nails claimed he had been doing nails for 20 years, yet the work does not show.
