At one point, she grabbed my hands and placed them between my legs while working, getting both my hands and my pants wet. It was uncomfortable and inappropriate. The quality of the nails was just as bad. My nails were only half painted and looked like they were already three weeks grown out the same day they were done. The technician seemed to be trying to do multiple things at once instead of focusing on her work, and it showed in the final result. Overall, the service was rushed, messy, and disappointing. As she sat there, watching him fuck up (excuse my French) her nails, she realized he went far past the tip of the nail, creating the curve around the middle of her finger. She tried to give them a benefit of the doubt, blaming the lighting, yet when she got home and looked at the reference photo, comparing them to her nails, she realized it was far from the picture (Exhibit B). She also told me that the man who did her nails claimed he had been doing nails for 20 years, yet the work does not show.
