TMI, I've always hated getting my toes done because let's admit, ingrown toenails are a bihhhhhh. I. Felt. Nothing. When he took them out. I almost cried at how PAINLESS it was. I've been going to Enchanted Nails for years now. Luan handles my pedicures and I highly recommend him! He is great at keeping my toes looking professional and gives leg massages that will put you to sleep and feel like you're walking on cloud nine when you leave. Considering the current circumstances, they have worked so hard to make you feel comfortable while you're there. It's clear that they take state directives seriously, by having hand sanitizer waiting the minute you walk in, checking temperatures before you continue with your appointment, spacing customers at a distance, installing plexiglass everywhere. They have a system that clearly requires a lot of work, and not one work in their seemed annoyed or frustrated about having to do it. As far as my nails go, they're beautiful. I was fortunate enough to have the owner do mine. She took her time. Her work is meticulous, and she carried great conversations. I couldn't be happier! My last note is also the decor and aesthetic of the salon. It's a beautiful, natural, and rustic vibe! I was dissatisfied for this to be my first time here. When I booked my appt, the receptionist told me that I can do a nail reconstruction on my toe that was about to break. My toe nail broke the same day as my nail appt. I went in thinking I was gone get a nail reconstruction. I asked the man if i could get it fixed or get a tip put on and he said he doesn't do that. Why would you offer nail reconstruction and can't do it??? When I got my manicure, I expected to get a shape up but NO! I had to shape my own nails at home. Then a day later, I noticed that my white nails were turning brown. I looked up the reason for that and it said my nails were over cured. Normally, nails were supposed to be cured for 60 seconds. He put my hands under the UV light twice for 60 seconds. I regret going to this nail salon and do not recommend it. read more

Quite possibly the worst pedicure I have ever had. The gentleman that did my pedicure had no idea what he was doing. He told me he was a mechanic, and he was helping out his wife at the salon. I paid extra for the deluxe pedicure with more leg and foot massage, but did not get it. My feet sat in cold water while he fumbled and coughed through the dreadful pedicure. It was a horrible experience, and I suggest they actually hire a technician that knows what they are doing. read more

Whatever you do DO NOT go here for a pedicure. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take time to read this because you need to be warned. After reading rave reviews. I wanted to give it a try. I have been getting pedicures for years and have never had a bad experience until yesterday. Mellisa did my toes. She was the only American worker in the place which does not bother me at all but from the very start she was not friendly or personable. She was rude. Now for the real deal breaker..... Due to my toenails growing round I had an ingrown toenail start to grow on my left toe. I asked her to make sure she cut it so I wouldn't be in pain. SHE DUG FAR INTO MY TOENAIL. SO MUCH THAT I JERKED BACK AND TOLD HER. she replied with "I got you. I got you." No mam you do not....Then she proceeded to go to the right toenail, that was not ingrown and didn't hurt me at all before the pedicure. SHE DUG INTO IT SO FAR THAT I HAD TEARS AND SHE WOULDN'T STOP. She did this for no reason and did not seem to care how much pain I was in. I even covered my face and closed my eyes. It was THAT bad. Now I'm left with an infection on my right toe(sorry for the gross pic but I cannot make this up!) After I was in pain for an entire pedicure and just wanted to pay and get out.. she said it was $26 and then when I gave her my card, she said $27 and "do you want it to be a flat $27 or add something???" SHE ASKED ME FOR A TIP. I would give this place zero stars due to the type of employee they have. Which makes me sad because I've had my nails done here and John did phenomenal, but I will not come back and wish I could have my money back. read more

It's a shame certain employee's attitudes have ruined this FIRST and only experience for me. I had made an appointment a week beforehand without any issues. Upon arrival the place is beautifully decorated and has multiple products displayed for purchase. Unfortunately my quite simple request for matching mani/pedi colors was not acknowledged. It was a matter of 3 colors total as the employee rolled her eyes and told the receptionist, "5 colors," another employee laughed and said, "have fun with that." Not thinking it was a big deal to handle, apparently I was mistaken. I narrowed my decision to only 2 colors and minded my tongue-although last I check it was my money I was spending for something she was not willing to work for. Unenthusiastically, she continued to set up for the pedicure. The water wasn't warm, the massage chairs were uncomfortable and her entire demeanor negatively impacted her overall performance. The male employee next to her drilled off another customers manicure, dust flying and quarters too close for that encounter, I was reluctant to understand why this wasn't being performed at an appropriate table. Lastly, she didn't apply the correct color pattern requested and I refused to stay for the manicure. I understand everyone has bad days but when one has time for herself you want to enjoy that time where you spend your money-not feel as if you are a burden because someone doesn't feel like working that day. My mom and sister got pedicures, and they had good reviews of that, so good for them! I got an SNS manicure from one of the male workers who sits in the very back corner. I have gotten this before from him and it turned out decent, but this trip was not his best work. I've had my SNS on for about a week and they are starting to separate from the bottom of my nails. Last time the quality was better though. Overall it's a nice place, clean, and decent service. They have done well adjusting to the COVID guidelines. read more

I went during a weekday mid morning. A few other people were there having services rendered, but eventually I was the only customer there. I got a gel manicure by Vi. She did an absolutely great job. The color I picked out from the sample nail did not match the actual color painted on my nail, but I still enjoyed it. I give 5 stars for the manicure! BUT, one thing that I felt was not appropriate was when the younger male nail technician came and sat near me and said "You hear them talking about you?" I told him, nope can't really understand what they are saying. (Which I don't really care). He goes " Just aggravating you." Then he proceeds to tell me "They said you look like Casper." (Because I have a fair complexion). He definitely needs to learn some professionalism. Make sure you are tan when you walk in and he is working ;) read more

After a bad experience at Bliss Nails, my sister and I ended up here. Unaware that there was a sign saying "appointments only", we asked if they accept walk ins. The nail tech immediately got us in and seated and went right to work on our manicures. The staff was all smiles, and they all were so friendly. The place was very clean. I absolutely love the fact that they wear uniforms, it makes the atmosphere seem more professional. The price is competitive. I have nothing negative to say about this nail salon.
