We found Runco in the yellow pages and they provided us with quick service, great prices, top of the line products and a great staff. We've been with them every since and have not looked back. I like working with this company because they provide one on one service. When you call, you do not get bogged down with a recording and if you need to speak with the owner, no problem. If I order my supplies today, I wouldn't be surprised to get them the very next day. They provide FREE & FAST delivery. Vanessa

I've trusted them with my diplomas (ask for the "diploma special"), wedding photos, and even a delicate newsprint clipping and have never been disappointed. I also love that the designers all have a very good eye for things and can look up items you've framed in the past to match styles you've done in the past, or make recommendations about how to highlight things with a specific colored mat, slightly different frame style, etc. I HIGHLY recommend checking out the Sunday outlet sale at the beginning of each month, they have a pretty wide variety of remnants in standard and odd sizes and you can get a pretty significant discount.

I took it to another framing service and they came up with thoughtful resolutions to more artfully preserve my investment--unfortunately I don't feel confident continuing to work with Artists Frame Service.

Yes it was totally worth it!…read more My friend and I had decided to hang this poster in our office, kind of as an inside joke, and wanted something eye-catching to make it stand out. Emily really helped bring that idea to life! She asked a lot of questions, gave us a ton of options, and broke down the pricing every step of the way so we knew what we were getting into. She was great, and the finished product turned out beautiful! And if that wasn't enough, when my friend moved out of state, Emily agreed to slice the thing in half, King Solomon style, so my friend and I could both keep a piece - if that's not good customer service, I don't know what is.

I stopped in here during my lunch hour today to get more information on getting addresses printed…read morefor wedding save the dates. Overall, I had a terrible experience and do not recommend anyone going here if you want good service or help. My first impression was not great as I stood at the front desk for about three minutes even though there were multiple people sitting and staring aimlessly a few feet away. When someone finally came over to help me, the guy said "I'm going to look at these while we talk," and pointed to some mockups that were scattered all over the counter. Um, ok. I proceeded to ask him about printing the aforementioned addresses. He interrupted me and said, "We usually do commercial jobs, but we could maybe do a sample for you." I pulled the sample envelope I brought with me out of my bag, and he immediately asked, "Where did you get these printed?" I told him I got them done online and he criticized them, saying "The printing on here isn't even straight!" This was referring to the return address label that we were able to get printed on our envelopes. Ok, I didn't ask for your feedback on the vendor we used. He then mumbled something and tapped into a calculator saying it would be $80 to address 120 envelopes. No thanks. Terrible service. I'm surprised they can stay in business at all if this is how they treat customers. I haven't written a Yelp review in months, but this merchant was well-deserving of a negative online review.

I contacted them via email and on one of their reps, Paul, immediately got back in touch with me. My design wasn't the right size or style, and I wasn't able to modify it. Paul jimmied it for me, even changed up some fonts that were lost. The finished product was exactly as I had intended. He printed out 2 samples. I picked them up. Put him on hold for a week while I got my mom and sister's blessing (oh the politics of being a bride...). He never got pushy with me when I didn't get back to him when I said I would. Put him on hold for another 2 weeks while I wrangled up all my addresses and he was able to print them on one side of the postcard. He even added my Save-the-date logo from the other side to the address side without me even asking - see, little things. I just picked them up today. They look fantastic and cost less than $1.50 a piece.

Atlas Stationers? Oh, you mean STATIONARY HEAVEN?…read more On Sunday morning, all was quiet in the West Loop. Around 10 AM (a little after opening), I walked in & was surprised to find a vibrant little community of early-rising, stationery enthusiasts, just my kind of people. The store was lively but not crowded, so shopping was very comfortable and fun. First off, the staff here is PHENOMENAL! So kind, conversational, knowledgeable, helpful, & attentive. Possibly the best customer service I've ever received. If you're a stationary enthusiast or stationary-curious, this is a great place to be. I've seen this store's TikTok account before, so I expected it to be a big chain given its popularity, but it's actually a family-run business since 1939! They even have a nice online store you can check out. Everyone has their preferences, but this store checked all the boxes for me. On top of excellent service, they had an INSANE SELECTION! Stickers, pens, journals, leather journal covers, washi tape, and ALLLL the stationery goodies. The cost is comparable to other stores (online & otherwise), which is great. They even offer frequent events & workshops. Stores like Topdrawer are very popular, but they just never spoke to me. Atlas Stationers is a gem that I can't rave about enough. Even when I'm not in the store, I frequently check out their website or TikTok. I love the little community they've built!
