I had to come back more than 4 times to get my trunk and rear bumper fixed after being rear ended. There were several issues with the paint and dents that took several visits to resolve. In total my car has been in their shop for 3-4 WEEKS to fix the rear bumper and trunk. I received my vehicle with loose seals (multiple times) , negative terminal disconnected which gave me a warning, and a dirty mess in my car. The last time I picked my car up it smelled super bad like water sitting in the carpet. I checked my rear seats and they were SOAKED. I have an amp rack in the back and the bolts were left rusted meaning water had been sitting like that for a while. Very unprofessional and the manager Rafa did nothing to help and would not replace my damaged property even though it was caused by his staff. They will not communicate when your vehicle is ready and instead you have to call. I still don't understand the need for the back to be soaked even if it was for cleaning. Very unprofessional and incompetent staff at Caliber Collision Watsonville. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Still dealing with the stuff they messed up on my car. Avoid this shop if you can the manager Rafa absolutely sucks at his job. Easiest job too.
