Then today I asked Elena if I should have her crew paint our old Durango and she said it wasn't worth the price because I wouldn't get my money back out of it on the resale. That's how honest she is. By far the best auto body shop in the Monterey Bay. My car was damaged in Arizona during one of the sand storms. Which caused significant damage on the paint and windshield. I took my car in here after my girlfriend brought her car in after an accident. Right off the bat Elena, was attentive to helping her and even giving her information for a next time an inconvenience occurs. Sure enough an inconvenience happened to me haha I brought my car in because of the excellent work she did on my ladies car, she also got all original parts. I had a broken bumber on my car, which due to the fact that I am not driving much I had duct-taped back together, lol! I finally got around to getting it fixed. Elena first of all gave me a great quote the very first time I called. She asked enough questions that I didn't have to bring the car in for her to tell me how much it would cost- plus she had me take pictures and send them to her. Then- she figured out a great way to save me time. She had me take a picture of the plate on the car that has the paint code on it. She ordered the new bumper and had it painted before I even brought my car in. Finally this morning I took the car in around 9:30- and it was ready before 11:30! Then- 3 extra added bonuses: 1. They fixed several other minor places where I didn't even know I had damage 2. They cleaned my car inside and out so well that I actually walked past it without recognizing it! (I hadn't washed my car since the pandemic began) 3. Elena gave me a great suggestion on how I can clean the seats where my doggie likes to sit, which are pretty badly stained. I got in contact with Elena and I was able to drop my car off that day to begin the repairs. I took my 2002 BMW Z3 for a new color of paint. The original paint had peeled off 2/3 of the hood and many other spots. The car looks brand new and beautiful. They did it for far less than half the price of the other quotes. They fixed old damage at no extra cost. Elena realized that she had underquoted my estimate about half way through the job but never hinted that she wanted to increase the cost to me.
