I took my car in here after my girlfriend brought her car in after an accident. Right off the bat Elena, was attentive to helping her and even giving her information for a next time an inconvenience occurs. Sure enough an inconvenience happened to me haha I brought my car in because of the excellent work she did on my ladies car, she also got all original parts. I had a broken bumber on my car, which due to the fact that I am not driving much I had duct-taped back together, lol! I finally got around to getting it fixed. Elena first of all gave me a great quote the very first time I called. She asked enough questions that I didn't have to bring the car in for her to tell me how much it would cost- plus she had me take pictures and send them to her. Then- she figured out a great way to save me time. She had me take a picture of the plate on the car that has the paint code on it. She ordered the new bumper and had it painted before I even brought my car in. Finally this morning I took the car in around 9:30- and it was ready before 11:30! Then- 3 extra added bonuses: 1. They fixed several other minor places where I didn't even know I had damage 2. They cleaned my car inside and out so well that I actually walked past it without recognizing it! (I hadn't washed my car since the pandemic began) 3. Elena gave me a great suggestion on how I can clean the seats where my doggie likes to sit, which are pretty badly stained. I got in contact with Elena and I was able to drop my car off that day to begin the repairs. I took my 2002 BMW Z3 for a new color of paint. The original paint had peeled off 2/3 of the hood and many other spots. The car looks brand new and beautiful. They did it for far less than half the price of the other quotes. They fixed old damage at no extra cost. Elena realized that she had underquoted my estimate about half way through the job but never hinted that she wanted to increase the cost to me. This body shop surprised me a lot, in a good way. Got in my first car crash in my life and was scared and confused. I contacted Elena per my friend's recommendation and she just took the call with the kindest attitude. I had lots of doubts regarding should I really settle working with this body shop, and if not who would I trust, since it was my first time ever having to deal with car crash. I decided to choose Elena because my friend trusted her completely as she made his car as brand new before after he got in an accident. I live one hour away from the shop, but Elena let me choose a time, she came and picked my car up. She always answered my texts and phone calls when I was nervous and following up on the car. When my rental cover by insurance was coming to the due date, she notified me the car needed a few days more and she contacted the insurance to make sure they extended my car rental. A few days later, she texted me in the morning so I could choose a place and time to get my car. She delivered it all the way, which took more than an hour from her shop, I arrived with the biggest surprise and excitement because my car looked brand new. It was a new car, but really, it looked like it just came out from the lot the first time. Elena and her crew did a high quality job on my car after a parking lot incident that left my door smashed in. She really took great care of me! She arranged for my rental car, gave me sound advice about getting a good rate on it, worked with the other party's insurance company to be sure all of my car damage was covered, and even helped me to get reimbursed for the car rental in the end. The job they did was incredible, no small feat when it is an 8 year old vehicle and the metallic paint has to be matched.
