This was my first time placing an order on print materials and I forgot to mention many details concerning the type of paper I wanted (i.e. glossy, matte, regular uncoated paper, paper weight, etc.). I really appreciated Joel's patience and willingness to walk me through the process of figuring out what I needed while keeping overall costs in mind. In the end, I went with 80# Gloss Text in two different sizes for two difference brochures (ordering 1,000/ea) - 8.5'' x 11'' - $195 8.5'' x 14'' - $295 Those prices included folding (tri-fold for the letter size, quarter-fold for the legal size), and also PDF proofs prior to printing. We finalized my order on September 11th and the brochures were delivered ($10 fee) on Friday, September 22nd, just in time for a slew of job fairs at work. The brochures turned out beautifully (perfect paper weight and type, glossy and vivid color photos and text). All in all, I am so pleased with the team at In and Out Printing Service and highly recommend them!

Terrible customer service. Instead, they placed the packages and labels on the back counter to be packaged later. This has happened to me before, and my packages ended up getting mixed up, which is why I made the request in the first place. What made the experience worse was the response from the employees. The woman assisting me and a tall older man with white hair behind the counter laughed and made dismissive comments such as, "Oh, come on! We're UPS, we know what we're doing!" Regardless of where you work, mistakes can happen, and customers should be treated with respect when they're simply trying to avoid a problem. It's not unreasonable for a customer to want a little peace of mind, especially when mistakes do happen. I took my other package and left. For reference it was not busy at all. I was the only customer in the store at the time.

He charges $15 per notarized signature and a reasonable travel fee ($25 within San Leandro). When I'm able I just stop by his location and get my notary done without having to pay travel. He's usually even able to accommodate me the same day which I appreciate. He's also experienced with providing notary service at hospitals without added surcharge. I definitely recommend his services. It costs the same as UPS but you support a small business!

After Doug left my office, I realized that I had notarized the wrong form....i promptly reached out again to Doug, who agreed to return the very next day. This time, I left Doug waiting outside (he did not have the door access code) and he patiently waited until he realized that I was unavoidably occupied and would not come out to greet him...I immediately contacted Doug, who agreed to return only two hours later...this time, I was ready and it took a total of (you guessed it) 6 minutes! Doug expressed his regret about me having the wrong form notarized and he offered a discount for the second time he had to come out. This was not only unnecessary but was also very much appreciated and I accepted since he insisted.
