Like Cheryl, I was willing to give this place a try. I'm here for a few days & today was my manicure day & I really needed to have them done. So here I am. The place is about a 2 star in ambiance, so don't expect any. Their tools were clean & packaged but beyond appearance, I felt comfortable that they were safe to be used on me. They had a reasonably variety of colors so I found one close to what I usually wear even though it wasn't an OPI. They did have OPI & China Glaze & others to choose from. I get a regular manicure every week & usually pay $12 in Houston. The price here was $15 so still very reasonable. Ken did my nails & did a 3.5-4 star job. I'm happy with how well he took care of my dry cuticles. So if you really need a manicure, it's worth a shot. I figured I'd spend way more than $15 buying polish remover, polish, base & top coat to try & do a crappy job myself & I'd still have unruly cuticles. So for me, Ill come back & look for Ken if I'm in town again & in need of getting my nails done. read more

I get pedicures on a regular bases. I've been here twice before and had a good experience. However recently I was just in for a pedicure which was done horribly. For all you shellac polish lovers...THEY HAVE THE DIPPED POLISH! It's the perfect in between from shellac/gelish polish and acrylic (the strength of acrylic with your natural nail and lots way longer shellac) Kim did my nails and Emily was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what I wanted. I came to Casper for a wedding and realized i needed a pedi so i asked around and was told about this spot. I looked it up on yelp and was a little hesitant because of the two bad reviews. This place was nice, nothing really nice, nothing really bad. I was seated right away and the man who did my pedicure was quick but efficient. My major gripe was the price. I was charged 33$ for a pedicure! It's Casper Wyoming not NYC! I mean seriously?? There are no prices listed anywhere that I saw in the place and when the bill came I was pretty astounded. I'm from a large city & I can't find one nail place that is CLEAN and/or does a good job in this town and believe me I've looked. This place was dirty and they take you in a filthy broom closet to wax your brows. The massage my friend got with her manicure was wimpy and attitude was indifferent. Both locations are filthy. Employees are in a bad mood, on their phones, or laying on the couches provided for customers. They never say hello, just "what you want"? Super rude. Employees eating and drinking at the stations where work is being done, and talking on cell phones! I will never go to either the East side or the West side again. I don't want a nail infection of any kind and this is how you get it. Another reviewer said the sinks and foot bowls were dirty and she was right. The towels under your hands, as they work, are dirty and have left over "grit" on them from the last customer! UPDATE: Ok. When I'm wrong, I admit it. Today, I went back to Andy's and loved it. I'm thinking the first time, being on a Saturday and busy, I judged unfairly. Today I went, got worked on as soon as I walked in the door, talked to my mani/pedicurist, and we even discussed how to handle irate customers (I was not one of them, lol!) This is my 2nd review. I have been to several other places and like Nan N. I have given up on mani/pedi's in Casper. I gave the east side Andy's the benefit of the doubt the first time but after going again today, I will not be back. They do have business and the nail techs don't care about the service they are giving you, they just want you out of the chair as fast as possible. My nails look horrible. I didn't complain at the time and I wish I did. I guess I was tired. Won't be going back though. I can do this good of a job myself at home. Very poor service and rude employees. They made us walk bare footed on their dirty, nasty floor to go to the manicure stations and neither of us are happy with our pedicures or manicures. Will never go back and suggest that no one else does. As soon as I find out how to report them to whomever takes care of such places I am going too. If this place is up to code with the health department I would be surprised. And to top it off it's the most we've ever spent on a mani/pedi. I moved here almost 2 years ago and used this salon because I can walk in. However every time I walk in they seem annoyed and put out. Not the feeling you want to get when you walk into a business. The quality of the nails has been hit or miss as well. My last visit, right before my wedding was the last straw. Again, felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there, was asked to have a seat even though there were several nail techs available, playing on their phones. I waited about 15 minutes and then 2 women walked in and said they wanted mani/pedis. They were seated immediately and I still waited! Finally I was seated but the nail tech continued to play on her phone and was interacting with another tech, showing each other stuff on their phones as I sat there! She did a horrible job, even though I stated I was getting married and these were for my wedding and actually chastised me after being instructed to wash my hands at the end for using soap! She was livid and rough with me. I will never go there again. Found a great walk in salon by Albertsons on 2nd Street called Pro Nails. Highly recommend them. read more

Did not get my nails done and won't go back. I arrive before 10 am, the time listed to open on Saturday, and was the first thru the door when it was finally unlocked at 10:10. A male employee never spoke as we past at the door. After a few minutes standing in an empty shop a female employee appeared and asked what I needed. I explained and she directed me to have a seat as she had a scheduled appt. While waiting the male employee walked to an area near me and I noticed his t-shirt sad "f###ing freezing". I have the complaint as the other reviews. I moved from Phoenix to Casper. I was not happy with the service. The man did the pedi/mani so quickly that within 3 days the pedi nail polish was chipping. I received better service at a beauty school. I called to speak with the owner and he apparently is never available. Andy quoted me $35 dollars for the mani/pedi when I was finished the man charged me $47 - not only did the tech do a crummy job on both my nails and toenails, the employees are not friendly and they basically pushed you out of the chair. I will never go back again. If anything the owner should be calling me and refunding my money or giving me a better quality manicure/pedicure. HATED IT! This place is terrible. I HATED the service! It all started when I walked in, It was a tuesday afternoon in june. My usual nail salon was closed, so on my way home I saw it from a distance. I decided to give it a try. So I walked in and waited 15 minutes (For so called "Andy" to get done turning on the nail drier). Finally after waiting for what felt like an hour I was seated in a uncomfortable chair. The water almost burnt my toe nails off. When he got started he tickled my feet and I almost kicked him in the face. And he's like "Are you trying to kick me?" and I'm like "No!". The other guy that was doing the lady's pedi beside me massaged her legs, But whats his face didn't massage mine. All he did was throw on some Aero postale bottom coat, the nail polish I had brought and a cheap top coat and called it good with the pedi. Then he took me to do my mani. So I Go over there and he starts fileing my nails and using this weird tool and starts plucking my fingers! And I'm like "Wow wow what are you doing?" and he's like "I'm a pro trust me." Sure he is. And he makes me bleed! So I start Screaming because he is putting nail polish remover on it! And then he tried putting a band-aid on it. And while trying to get the band-aid he stabs his finger on the receipt holder. And he starts screaming "AHHHHHHHHHHH!! My finger is bleeding and it's worse than yours!" So now we are both screaming! And then this other dude comes and is like calm down. So then he gets back to painting my nails then the phone rings so he answers it and has a long conversation with this gal on the phone. Then he hangs up the phone and rushes threw painting my nails. Then he takes me to dry my nails at the germy nail driers. After I am done he wants a $10.00 tip so instead of $80.00 it's now $90.00 and we are like no no tip. And he's like "What no tip?" and we are like "um huh thats right timmy." After spending 2 hours at that salon, I can now say "IT WAS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!" Would never go there again in my whole life!!!!!! Please save your money and don't go here! read more
