(I walked out of Ulta because the smell made me gag). Anyway... if you're in Casper you should stop. Seriously. The store is cool! It's clean and glamorous with the amazing cars inside and outside. The staff member working was very friendly, helpful and not at all judgy or pushy. He was absolutely welcoming and attentive. Yak jerky was on sample and we tried it, liked it, bought some. We drove out to the Star Yak Ranch Store from Sheridan to celebrate my daughter's SWEET 16 and it was EVERYTHING!! The store is stunning, the staff was so sweet, and we had the BEST time shopping together. She picked out the liquid eyeliner (of course ) and it is FIERCE -- super black, smooth, and literally doesn't budge all day. Obsessed. Thank you, Jeffrees team, who were total sweethearts for making her birthday so special. We'll be back next time we're in Casper! read more

I went to the Famers market next to the Jeffrey Star store and accidentally left my bag of Yak meat goodies and an honest person took it the the Jeffrey Star store and Michael called me to let me know they had my items, I was on the road back home and since I was from out of state, they shipped my items to me. Friendly staff, and cool store. Everything was very clean and organized. Got to sample yak meat jerky and it was very cool mixup of makeup and meat. I had always wanted to visit. Got there within 30 minutes of closing and Jeffree walked in, which was a crazy surprise. I loved it! read more

I visited the store in August and I was so excited because I've been a longtime jeffree star fan. I loved the layout of the store and I really liked how the employees will grab everything for you so you're not stuck carrying what you want to buy. Also it's a great anti-theft deterrent. I'm giving 3 stars because I purchased $300 worth of products and when I went back to my car I realized the employees forgot to put a tumbler I bought in my bag. Which is not a big deal because I understand mistakes happen. Luckily I caught it before I left and they were able to give me the tumbler. Unfortunately it wasn't until that night and when I was already 2+ hours away that I saw they also forgot to include one of the moisturizers I bought. I bought 2 of the travel size moisturizers since they didn't have the full size in stock. Again, I understand mistakes happen but it just sucks that I lost out on money for what I purchased. I reached out to jeffree star cosmetics support but I didn't hear back and it's been almost a month now :(. Overall really nice vibe, but the lack of attention to detail made my overall experience not so great read more

This store was amazing no jeffree was not there when I went but it was so clean they let us go and take pictures and it was so clean and every thing was organized we walked in and the staff asked us if it was our first time and the whole time they were very kind they answered questions all the meat had free snakes and the meat is amazing picked up some it is great and right now they have a deal were you purchase a meat and you get a free liquid lip I love that the place is amazing will be going agin soon read more

Please ignore the one star as this is a ZERO star review. On 6/3 I purchased some yak dog treats. That Saturday I opened them and three days later they had MOLD i had fed them to my service dog luckily he did not get sick. I tried contacting them but there is no contact information. I finally found it and got ahold of them but they did Not listen and were Very rude and careless. They wasted my time. Unless you want to be scammed do Not order from this place. read more

LOVEDDD the jeffree star store, went there twice and even got to meet jeffree the second time! the place was beautiful and consists of white and pink colors. he even had three of his cars there! the meat he sells is so yummy and very affordable. the parking is great and there's so much space. i bought his strawberry face cleanser, a few concealers, some mini trio lip glosses, but my all time favorite has to be his liquid blush & the matte liquid lipsticks. they are incredible and truly one of my favorite products of all time. casper is a small time but if you ever visit make sure you see this store! read more

5 Star Experience - from Laura at the door to Michael at the meat counter and the ladies at the makeup counter - my fiancé and I had an amazing experience. I love the layout of the store and all the offerings. They have items here that are sold out online! I love the experience of selecting an item or letting the employees know what you want and they go in the back and get a brand new item for you instead of you digging through on floor inventory.
