I would like to start out that this is not a review for the salon overall, but against one person. My friend got a pedicure and she had an amazing experience and her nails were perfect! The salon overall had a great vibe. I would also like to say I NEVER leave bad reviews unless the experience was truly horrible. I got a basic pedicure with gel and french tip. First when it came to filing my old polish off, she pressed so extremely hard with the drill and made my nails horribly thin. I've been doing my own nails for some time now and have kept my nail beds very healthy and thick. She then complained that my nails were very thin. She then clipped my right big toe nail at a 45° angle. I asked her to straighten it out and then proceeded to cut my toenail the shortest it's ever been cut and cut past my nail bed. After painting, she kept going back to my right big toe nail and filing shorter and shorter. I kept pulling my foot away in pain and she would laugh, pull my foot back, and continue to file. In the photo of my toe attached the whiter part in the middle of my toe is my nail bed sticking out and the red dot is where she took the nippers and nipped my nail bed off. The entire paint job is extremely messy and got paint all over my foot. Needless to say I won't be able to wear closed toe shoes for some time and am hoping it does not become infected. At the end of the service she asked if I was paying cash or card and I replied card. She then pointed at the "Please tip in cash" sign at the register and pointed at the ATM in the corner and told me there is an ATM. I gave her a $10 bill in my wallet, which I didn't want to tip anything at all but I was so flabbergasted she basically told me to tip that I didn't know what else to do. She then took the $10 bill and smiled weekly and said "oh, thanks ". I have never had a pedicure this bad in my life. read more

replying to: owner it was NOT during the holiday I went in to get a pedi and nails did, I went in around June on a normal Tuesday afternoon WITH booking & still waited a long time to get started. I did pay $75 for pedi (with gel) that was no longer than 10min. your techs had NO BUSINESS removing my friend that had her nails already started just for another client to be seated because she couldn't be late! that was NOT our problem. we booked ahead of time and got there on time! my sister WAS aware of the pricing as she had her nail inspo idea already set and was willing to pay extra for her 3D. still the tech refused and she ended up getting a French. read more

This review is only for very short nails. As someone who plays an instrument I need my nails to be very short. I've been there three times and every time the quality is different. The first time I went I was very pleased with the best nails and service I have gotten in my life perfect length and beautiful design, and I got a pedicure that was amazing. The second time I went was BAD! I showed up for my scheduled 2:00 appointment and had to wait over an hour to get my nails done, and the nails were horrible. Uneven, bumpy, and overall looked bad, as well as broke as soon as I got home. The third time was not bad at all, I got in fast, and although the nails were longer than I would have liked they looked very nice. If you go here to get long nails you will most likely be very pleased, but if you go here for short nails it is a hit or miss. Both of the guys that work there always do amazing nails, the girls not as much but they do great pedicures. Summed up nice environment, great pedicures, and for nails if one of the guys do them quality is great. read more

DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!!!!!! My best friend went here to get a set of nails and 2 weeks later she went to another salon to get them filled, after the color was sanded off we found out that she had gotten a fungal infection underneath her nails from Andy's that had gone all the way down to her skin. Hopefully she doesn't have to lose her nail. And when she called to let them know the guy, Andy, was very rude and hung up on her. So she went to the store to show them and he was still extremely rude and refused to talk to her, give her a refund or anything. I highly suggest TO NOT COME HERE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! They don't clean their stuff and are extremely unprofessional. If anyone you know comes here spread the word. read more

Terrible customer service !!! Was there at 10:03 am when shop opened at 10 am to get an Acrylic fill . This is NOT my usual nail salon . Unfortunately it was an emergency ! Pedi chairs and two nails techs already busy. I was told to return for an appointment at 11 am . Returned at 11 am .. Pedi Chairs full and still only two nail techs of course busy ! I checked in and waited. one nails tech finished , got up and started on two pedi's that walked in after I had . Granted , they may also have had an appointment. My point is ... if you don't have time , be honest and tell customers you don't have time or the staff !!!! Instead I wasted an hour and a half on a Sunday because you are greedy !!! Left without my nails filled ... will never go back , nor recommend to anyone!! I had to give one star to be able to leave a review... they don't even deserve one star read more

I would never go back here. I stopped in to have only one nail fixed because I coulnt get in to my usual place. My acrylic nail ended up sticking straight up on my finger and he wouldn't fix it because he said nothing was wrong with it. I also paid 22 dollars for that one nail. Funny how nothing was wrong with the other 9 that were done by someone else. Anyway NO I definitely won't be back. read more
