( So glad you see a business doing well thru this mess of Covid ! ) I told them if a facial or massage opened up due to a cancellation please call me. They called me back within 20 mins to let me know a client cancelled for a 90 min massage session and I just jumped at it! HINT to any spa or client is to make sure you have a cancellation list for any service. You will always have that one or two clients on your busiest day call and cancel at the last moment and then you are not making any money! This way you can fill that slot and build that clientele faster! The exceptionally clean spa is so cute and everyone was friendly! Will definitely be back when we come back they Casper!!!!!

He has the magic touch and is always able to release the crazy amount of tension I carry in my shoulders and low back. The massage room has amazing ambiance, beautifully tranquil music, and great lighting. Highly recommended for people with high tension or in need of deep tissue work.

That is until the whole city lost power....we live way out of town and our cell service depends on our wifi, so no power means no service to call and let them know we wouldn't make it. As soon as power was back on, I called them and told them what happened. They were livid with us and didn't believe me when I said we had no power and no way to contact them....and said we had to come in for a meeting to see if they would keep us as clients! That's a terrible way to do business and very poor customer service! It makes me regret every referral we gave to them, which was a lot! I'm sure they will respond to this review in a rude way just like all the other negative reviews...instead of apologizing and trying to make their business and customer service better. Also, they often have a dog in there who pees on the floor..not sure that's okay with the health department! ***edited*** ever since posting this review, Danny has now called me and my daughter, harassing us and calling us "fkn" liars.
