My daughter and I have been going here for years. A week ago my daughter and I got pedicures, the guy there (who is new, young one) cut my daughters cuticle so bad on her big toe. Worst, dirtiest nail salon in Casper . Lumpy uneven . She ripped one off that was t even broken or lifted . I had told her it was broken all the way down to my nail the time before , I had it fixed someplace else . I was only telling her to be careful. Before I realized what she was doing she had ripped the whole thing off . Didn't need to come off . Then she replaced it with a nail that was big enough for my thumb nail it looked awful. Much wider than all the rest of my nails . Then she charged me for a broken nail that wasn't broken. Forget about the shape . I asked for a coffin shape they were anything but a coffin shape . Horrible. I had asked for a long stiletto and he gave me a sloppy almond. The station wasn't clean and a bug flew on my arm. I was cut multiple times. My sister tried to help me fix them at home but they were worse than we thought. Somehow, the nail polish got under the acrylic and started leaking from underneath. Would not recommend going there. read more

Went in with a group of six, a mix of acrylic fills, full sets, shellac manicures, and dip manicures. The nails are all beautiful, however, the rough electric filing made ALL six of us bleed. read more

I just came here with my mother in law and two sisters, and we had the worst experience. First of all, my sister who got a manicure had three nails bleed while she was getting her gel manicure. They said they had availability for the four of us, but we waited for 30 minutes and had to be there for 2 1/2 hours. My mother in law just had surgery on her foot, and when she reminded the nail tech to be careful with her foot, she replied with "I know, you already told me" and then proceeded to not do her foot at all. My sister told her specifically she only wanted a manicure, but the nail tech forced her into the pedicure chair and made her get a gel pedicure. She specially told us that the gel manicure and pedicure together would be $50, but afterwards, made us pay $85 for just those two things. Not to mention the $90 the three of us paid for our pedicures. Terrible customer service, and overall a terrible experience. We got scammed into paying double what we should have. read more

Totally robbed us by giving us false prices during the pedicure and even though my 13 year old sister repeatedly said no to the nail treatment, they took advantage of her and forced her to do them anyways. By far the WORST nail salon I have ever been too. I asked for a simple black set of nails half matte and half gloss. They completely botched the style of my nails that I wanted. They also CUT me. And when i started to show my frustration, the man who was doing my nails had gotten up and left. After everything that went wrong there they STILL charged me full price. I wish I could leave zero stars. They were rude and even though they knew English they wouldn't talk to us. They messed up our nails and made us bleed. Not to mention they scanned my young sister. They forced her to get a pedicure and gel nails even though she said no multiple times. After that they proceeded to charge us double what we had agreed on. High prices ($60 for a mani/pedi) Lady was rude to me at times ... Instead of saying "put your feet in the water" she just tapped my foot. It was clear they knew english but wouldn't tell me what to do. She just either pulled at my foot/tapped it and pulled at my arm to make me sit closer. I got home and the edges of my nails are rough and my feet are once again rough. I hope my nails last til Saturday. read more

Was definitely not a fan of this place. I took my daughter here to get a mani and pedi with her and both my mani and pedi were terrible. The girl that did my nails didn't even smile or say a word to me the whole time. My mani and pedi didn't even last a week before the nail polish started to chip off I definitely won't be back. read more

I had my nails done with a beautiful golden brown veneer (shellac) today at Pro Nails today, and they look fabulous! Ken was very cheerful and I enjoyed talking to him. I like his positive outlook on life, which is similar to mine. He took his time and did an excellent job. I will go back to have him do a manicure for me again. read more

This place totally scammed me. I had 3 of my daughters with me and myself. My 14 yr old daughter was getting just a manicure but the lady insisted she get a pedicure & manicure despite the fact that she kept telling her she didn't want both. Then they insisted she needed gel for both. My daughter could not understand what the lady was saying and felt pressured into it and I was on the other side of the room and didn't know this was happening. Then the lady gestures to both her feet and nails and says $50. So I said ok I guess that is fine because I thought she meant $50 for both with gel. After it was all done the lady says $90 for the 3 pedicures and $85 for my 14yr old daughter. I then said I thought it was $50 for the manicure and pedicure? And she said oh no it is $85. I was so ticked off because I was completely stuck and they knew to prey on my young daughter and then scam me. They also told my daughter to tell me that she deserves them because she is a "beautiful flower." read more

I love Heidi and Tony. Always cheerful, accommodating and professional. They always offer me a soft drink or water. Heidi is fast and always does exactly what I ask for with my acrylics. They are both so sweet to my kids, too. Highly recommend! read more

Wowza... my best friend and I had gone in to get our nails done for her anniversary. We had chosen the colors we had liked and went on. Later on, the older gentleman that was doing my nails refused to actually speak to me. He'd pull my hands closer and then shove them away, as he's doing this, he looked at me as if it was my fault this wasn't going so well. My arms were relaxed so I wasn't causing him trouble. This man never once asked me how long/short I wanted my nails or the shape. He just went along and did what he wanted. The colors didn't match the ones we had chosen which isn't a big deal but it was her anniversary after all. My friend said her experience with the young woman she had went about the same as me. The young woman was getting visibly upset if my friend had made a moment about her nails. I understand they're all trying to do their job but no need to be so rude. Our nails didn't turn out horrible, but they weren't what we had asked for. read more

I am sorry to be writing this review. I have been a ProNails client for over five years. I have tried hard to be loyal to the owners, who seem like a good family. Tony, especially, did a good job, and in past years, the service has been OK. However, over the last year, the quality of service I have received has deteriorated - today was the worst. I went in for a full set of artificial nails. The owners were not there, which is very unusual. The young man who provided the service was disinterested. He filed my nails in a shape I disliked and when asked to re-do them, he did, but the job was poor; one of the nails points off to the left. The others are short - which is particularly bad for a new set - and awkward-looking. Worse, he burnt and then cut the tip of my index finger while wielding the drill - which is rare and totally unnecessary if the nail tech is paying attention. He disappeared for 5 - 10 minutes in the middle of doing my nails. He stopped everything to answer a personal phone call during the service. He sniffed and snorted, as if he needed to blow his nose, throughout the whole appointment, which was disgusting. Although all of the clients were female, the TV was tuned to a channel that played two bloody war movies during the hour I was there. I've tried a hiatus, hoping things would improve. Now I've tried to return. I'm done. read more
