Do yourself a favor and save your money. this was the worst manicure and pedicure I've had in my life. I have nail polish all over my toes feet, hands, arms and tips of my fingers. my polish is uneven, smudged and the whole nail not polished. I asked twice for the lady to please remove the nail polish from where it is not supposed to be and she just to,d me it will come off in the shower. I paid for callus removal on my left foot an extra 7$ and she barely scrubbed it off. I'm frantically trying to get in somewhere else to fix the mess she made but it is last minute and I'm leaving town for a wedding tomorrow. I have severe arthritis so I thought I would have better luck getting my toes and fingernails done- I should've saved the $100, and did it myself. so very frustrating ! read more

Lexie the store manager barker orders to the staff the whole time. She is extremely rude. Went in with a group of girls and it was a 50/50 experience depending on who was doing the service. Some was nice and others were unbearable. The chick who attempted to do my nails burned me multiple times and then complained about me saying ouch to her other coworkers in Vietnamese. I had them paint my 3yr olds nails with her nontoxic polish and was charged $20.00. I was charged for designs I didn't get. When confronted the manager said it was charged correctly. I regret going to elite day spa. We won't be going back. read more

I've gone in twice now to get a single color gel manicure and each time I've gone in I've been promptly greeted and invited to choose a polish color. The first go-round was ok. I had an appointment near the end of the day and felt like my service was rushed. The gal I had did a great job beside the couple of bumps I had her to point out to her to buff out from the polish, but she was having conversations through her AirPods periodically throughout my appointment. The second time I went in I was called to a station a few minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment but as I sat I noticed the towel was not fresh. I probably wouldn't have noticed if there weren't already nail clippings on it... yikes. I realize I should have said something at that point to fix the situation, but I didn't because I'm a weenie and didn't want to cause a fuss. I spent the rest of the manicure wondering if the files and tools used to prep my nails/cuticles were dirty too. The job done was ok both times but I definitely had a couple rough edges and over trimmed cuticles raw from lacking precision. 3/5 stars for the fact that the job got done, in a timely fashion, and for a reasonable price but it's still probably generous. Decent spot if you're in a pinch, but I'll be trying other salons around town from here out! read more

horrible experience. they don't cut your nails at all, just file them, they barely even clean them or anything, my nails are crooked, the nail polish looks horrible. who puts white nail polish and add the color you want? it makes it look horrible. while i was there, they were busy and rushing their work just to attend more people. will never go back, nor recommend this place to anyone. back at home i get a way better pedicure for $25, this place charges $30 for this shit. i could do better at home. read more
