I would say that this salon should not be open. My son and i are performing at the Rialto theatre this weekend. We are from outside of town. I walked into the salon and there were a couple of technicians and only one client. I asked to get a full, she said "huh?". "A fill." I replied. " I don't have time for you."waa her response, not it will be 10 to 20 minutes or even come back later. Clearly they lack professionalism and inclusiveness. This salon is amazing! My sister and I took our elderly mother that had a stroke earlier this year for a Christmas mani/pedi and the gentleman that provided her services was fantastic. I had the worst acrylic nail set by a gentleman with a hostile complex. He is incredibly unskilled, applied the acrylic so thick, and even threw a tantrum because he kept spilling the top coat on himself. I kept my composure and simply wrote poor service on the receipt and he chuckled. Imagine laughing at a client when you clearly need to go back to nail school. Keep the change and apply it to your training, my regular nail tech will be removing these. read more

I went and got my nails done. The man was very rude. He was really grabby with my hands. The next day my middle finger started hurting. I tried to hang in there but couldn't and had to remove the nail. Two days later blood and puss came out of my cuticles. My fingertips started to turn black and I almost lost my finger. I came in 30 mins before closing and asked if they could do 3 pedicures, they said yes so we came in. I got a lady that gave hella attitude the whole time. she shoved my feet back would stare at me, was very aggressive with her actions. Cut my foot scarping them so hard. At one point I was pulling my feet out of the water because that seemed like what she wanted, she shoved my foot back down and the water splashed up and she backed away and gave dirty looks to my feet like it was my fault. My mom, daughter-in-law, and I were getting pedicures when a ferocious storm struck about 20 minutes in to the process. The salon and all neighboring businesses lost power and we assumed we would all have to go home with our feet soft, but nails au natural, since there were no lights. Not so. I called before hand for their pricing for their services, and was quoted $35 for the services I made an appointment for. I showed up early to my appointment and when the owner came in she started my pedicure. I asked her to use the scrub and or scraper on my feet , as they were dry Ana callused, one of the reasons I get a pedicure. She refused and said I didn't need it. I said yes please use the stone or whatever tool they use. She conveniently IGNORED me and started responding in a different language and pretended she didn't understand English. At the end of my manicure she charged me $65 for services. I've never paid that much, and for a pedicure I didn't receive the full pedicure service! She refuses to refund me $30 for a pedicure I didn't receive ! I am reporting them As fraud and to the BBB ! Don't go here if you want to be ripped off and lied to and a half-ass service ! read more

Very disappointing. Customer service at this nail salon is HORRIBLE. They are down right rude. I went with my husband and I got a pedicure and manicure and he got a pedicure. He is very generous and left each worker a $20 tip. The second time I went back in to just get off the gel fingernail polish. They were very rude and charged me five dollars. All of the gel did not come off and my fingernails are pretty much ruined. I went back in a 3rd time to get the gel toenail polish removed. Once again the lady was rude and said it would be $10 just to remove the gel. Anyway, to make a long story short, I left it and will never go back again. I asked why removal for the toenail polish was $10, when the fingernail was only $5. Also, they should tell you how damaging the gel polish is before you get it. It ruins your nails and you can't remove it yourself. Don't waste your money on this place where they make you feel more like a burden than a paying customer. read more

This place just opened on Friday, and my mom and I went today. I would definitely recommend it! I got acrylic tips put on and my manicurist did a fabulous job. My mom got a fill and was extremely pleased. Both manicurists were very polite and kind, not overly chatty but very nice. The other workers there were also very nice and offered us soda or waters for free. Their price for an acrylic set is $35, $40 for french. I'm very pleased with how my nails look and I will definitely go back. I noticed a regular manicure was only $15, and a pedi I think was $20. Tools and materials were all sparkling clean in sterile packages. The salon is fresh, well designed, and relaxing and quiet. No loud music or blaring TV. They had two tvs on but the volume was low which I very much appreciated. Lots of colors too- all OPI and vinylux gels. read more

No one likes being nickel-and-dimed. While having a pedicure I soaked off my gel polish in acetone. I had asked for the foil application, but that is not what they wanted to do. So I scraped off my own polish to get my fingers out from soaking in that poison a little faster. No big deal. When I went to pay for the pedi, they charged me $5 for the acetone. One inch of acetone. Even though I did the work. Really? The pedicure was fine...too bad the owner thought that getting my $5 now was better than having my repeat business. read more

My nails turn out just fine. I would have preferred them more rounded than a square but I'm not super picky on the shape most times, but I wasn't asked how I'd like them either. When I get a chance to pamper myself I'm okay with sitting in silence most of the time but I'd like for the person doing my nails to talk to me when needed. If I need to move my arm or switch hands please tell me. Don't make hand gestures and then look annoyed when I'm not sure what you're trying to tell me. Some parts of the service were a little rougher than I know are necessary but I understand some technicians have a heavier hand than others. went three times with my sister and mom, their pedicures are decent, could improve, but for me when i'm in casper (since i'm not from here) it's an ok place to stop. their full sets however are not so good. sloppy polish job, and the old short lady with short hair is extremely rude. she did my sister nails but i could tell by her attitude and customer service that she probably shouldn't be in a service job. for example when i called to make an appointment she would scream "no no i don't have time for 2" while she was doing my sister nails she kept using excessive force to move her hands and was just rude, and got mad when we told her the polish was sloppy. if you want to come here, only get pedicure! and AVOID THE OLD LADY WITH SHORT HAIR. :) read more

I had my nails done here 12/14/18 a rebase with gel polish. My nails were done by the short thin man that wears glasses. I was treated very rudely through the whole service. Then when doing polish I chose color polish but glitter polish for my two ring fingers. The glitter polish on my left ring finger was much lighter than the right I asked him if he could fix it (another coat)? He just gestured with the back of his hand like shoo go away, and proceeded put the nail dryer over my nails. I even said out loud oh ok. So, I have to come in today Monday 12/17/18 for a nail repair because one nail the polish chipped off the tip. The same guy again. I tell him politely "I'm sorry I don't recall the number so I may need all of the nails re-polished to match " . He just says pick a color, I do. He only fixes the one nail which is now much darker than the others. I nicely tell him they don't match, can you fix them to match? He gets up from his chair takes my coat off the back of my chair and gestures me towards the door and says wait here pick a color. The young guy that works there comes over and tries to tell me they have appointments and if I needed all of my polish changed I'll need to come back. I explained to him how I was treated rudely Friday he just said ,"I understand but if you need all of your nails polished you're going to need to come back later. I needed a polish fix after smudging my toenails. After being rudely turned away from another salon I drove to Top Nails. The staff was accommodating and made sure my toes were redone to make sure the job looked great. I tipped them the same amount of the service. I will never go to E & H nails again. read more

I don't usually leave reviews because in any case we're all human we have bad days and make mistakes. In this case my experience at this nail salon from start to finish was bad. My friend surprised me with a mani/pedi for my birthday. As a mother of 4, I always put myself last and it had been about 7 years since my last one. When we walked in we were told to pick out a nail color, well my friend picked up one and accidentally dropped it, she apologized immensely and offered to clean it up, the lady who looked like she owned or managed the salon, rolled her eyes, told her to sit down, threw towels on the floor and cleaned up the mess herself. When we sat down the man that was doing my feet was watching a football game on his phone and never stopped the whole time we were there. When my feet were done he went to put lotion on my legs (as I said before, this was a surprise and I didn't shave my legs) so I told him not to worry about my legs because they were hairy, he sighed really loud, rolled his eyes and continued to massage my feet. Then he got up to grab a hot towel, but since I hadn't had a pedicure in so long I assumed we were switching to the station for my nails, so I sat up to get my shoes on and he sat back down. I said " Oh, I'm sorry, I thought we were done". His response in a very rude tone of voice was "Well, unless you don't want a hot towel on your feet either". So I sat back down, let him finish his job. Then he did my manicure and messed up the cat's eye, but I didn't notice until I had already paid. I will never go back to this salon. All of the employees were rude and the guy who did my mani/ pedi nevet got off of his phone. Very unprofessional place. What a dissapointment. Asked for a full set and pedi. Pedi was as basic as they could possibly get and my shellac was poorly done. At the end, she used the hot towel to wipe off what little product she had applied to my legs and feet. Feeling pretty dry right now and I left 20 min ago. The lady who did my full set seemed irritated every time I asked her to do something, like thin the acrylic because they were way too thick. My nails are uneven and very wide at the top. Plus the acrylic kept sliding around on my nail because she was using sooo much monomer, like she was inexperienced. Left with paint on my fingers. One of the worst experiences I've had in ten years of doing my nails. And when all was said and done I paid $95 for something I am going to have to fix. read more
