If reservations are being watched closely enough to manage customer flow, then staffing should be handled with that same level of attention. Having very few people working when it's clearly needed just creates longer waits, more stress on the employees, and a worse experience for customers. Better scheduling based on reservation demand would make a big difference.

Maybe it was a communication failure but I didn't catch it until I got home cause I took off my glasses when I was there. She cut the sides super short and didn't cut the top. It may work to get 10 yr olds excited, but I find it a bit patronizing. Looking for a real barber shop.

The owner acted like it was a irritate that I called. Left a very snappy voicemail, so I am not calling again, and just leaving a review.
