( So glad you see a business doing well thru this mess of Covid ! ) I told them if a facial or massage opened up due to a cancellation please call me. They called me back within 20 mins to let me know a client cancelled for a 90 min massage session and I just jumped at it! HINT to any spa or client is to make sure you have a cancellation list for any service. You will always have that one or two clients on your busiest day call and cancel at the last moment and then you are not making any money! This way you can fill that slot and build that clientele faster! The exceptionally clean spa is so cute and everyone was friendly! Will definitely be back when we come back they Casper!!!!!

I had to cancel because of a death in the family. The front desk lady was not accommodating, at all. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe the owner doesn't know. Because there is no way someone would run a business, in a small town not giving grace and understanding during hard times. Took my deposit. Again, I am a regular. The owner acted like it was a irritate that I called. Left a very snappy voicemail, so I am not calling again, and just leaving a review.

(inside the hours were posted for it to be open) This happened twice. I guess the reason for this was they were so newly opened, customers didn't come by often... Thus the owner had left to take care of personal business. Again, this happened twice. Then other times that I was able to frequent for a week straight, I was given a free tan! She made me feel like it was just for me... I smiled for that one. I like it, even though, I wanted its services and they were unexpectedly closed. Inside there, I feel relaxed. I feel like I'm in paradise. Like Hawaii or somewhere peacefully extravagant. Tiffany is the massage therapist who helped me. I loved it. She made me feel comfortable in what would've been an uncomfortable atmosphere. Let me explain this... This was the first place I have ever been for a full body / clothes off massage. I didn't feel uncomfortable for any second. I felt peace and tranquility. like the sun was shining on my back! I have since returned for many other relaxed moments. The price: a dollar a minute. I do frequent. I think however, you might want to call to make an appointment. Maybe if she stays open when posted, I might edit to 4 stars. We'll see.

I'd had an extremely busy day and was still in harried mode when I got there. As soon as I walked thru the door I felt a sense of sense of calmness. Spa music was playing softly and a water fall fountain trickled peacefully. Omeed listened to what I wanted and quite possibly gave me the best cut and highlights I've ever had. I would recommend Omeed a thousand times.
