He makes sure everything is double checked and dialed-in. If it is not he will make sure that it is... He is Fair in Labor Pricing, uses Money Apps for convenience and does his best to get to you, even when he may be busy within his schedule to possibly fit you in it! His Quality of Auto Mechanic Workmanship is Superior and his Knowledge of Auto Mechanics Maintenance and Repair is Advanced Level. I have a 2008 Ford F-250 Super Duty. I contacted him. He had time on a Friday afternoon recently. Came and evaluated my concerns for repairs. We ran into a snag and he didn't have the tool he needed. So, instead of saying: "I'll have to come back another day", he said: "I'll go and get that tool and come back to GET THE JOB DONE!" He has an Old School Work Ethic. This is something you want, that is almost lost in today's businesses. He accepts your own parts if you have them. He will even go above and beyond to pick the parts up at local Auto Mechanic Part Stores if he has the time. Then come to your location. NO ONE DOES THIS USUALLY. Skyler did this for me twice within a week. Is prompt and will send you a picture of the parts that he picked up. To indicate that he is on his way to your location. He changed out and repaired the following on my Ford F-250 Super Duty XLT: Over a week of back and forth to my location, my home. *Spark Plugs *Tensioner Pulley *Idler Pulley *Serpentine Belt *Transmission Output/Input OSS & TSS Speed Sensors *Main Radiator Hose *Thermostat w/Filter *Lower Pressure Steering Wheel Pump Line *Radiator and Transmission Fluids It was a pretty big overhaul. A lot of back and forth. But never heard any complaining or excuses. And made sure to ask me to test drive it after the work while he waited around to make sure! I am very thankful for your craftmenship and professional experience. I am really pleased. You really went above and beyond. That old school work ethic is priceless! Police report filled, BBB report filled and they stripped his accreditation with him so don't fall for his scam when he send you an old paper, attorney general of Washington filled, and now sheriffs office will be presenting him with court documents I filled against him. If you have been scammed by this monkey take him to court it's only $50! Claims he changed all 4 spark plugs, did new spark plug threads, changed tie rods and ball joints. I go pick up the car myself since he wasn't replying for a few days. Pick up the car and it's misfiring as it was before, tie rods and ball joints are same and not changed. I sent him $1,080 in total wasted 2 weeks of my life. Admitted to me and police that tie rods and ball joints he lied about, ultimately swore up and down the spark plugs he did replace, i took the car to a reputable shop and paid for an inspection they said spark plugs were not done, no threads were done and the spark plugs I brought to this scammer I don't know what he did with them but they arnt in my car so he stole them too. Stopped replying to my text. People like this monkey is why we have a justice system. Yet he will post grand quotes about honest business and integrity in his Facebook page. He is a loser, with dirty hands and dirty money! Also when I came to pick my car up, door handle was broken, upholstery stained and air intake in trunk not assembled. He is SUPER quick to respond and take your money, but will not do jack and stop replying when it's time to do work or give you your money back for scamming you. I'm taking this imposter to court! See pics below!!!

One of the other reviews said he charged somebody $200 to evaluate their car, thanks for sticking it to me, Joe! He sent me a text message outlining the issues and then called me back and we had a discussion. I asked for an invoice which you would expect from any legitimate professional business.. He said "sorry this text message is what all I send my customers"; that kind of response tells me you're rolling the dice with Joe, not having an invoicing system? Really? In this day and age of mobile apps? Some of the things that he said were wrong with the car ended up being different than what he reported. I cannot recommend Joe unless you're in a tough situation, but make sure you grind him on the price,,, I'm sure his work is fine, because of his years of experience.

They are always on top of everything, and make sure they do everything right. When I came in for a DOT they said I had a rear seal leak, and because that was one of the things they said they fixed the first time I was here they told me it was free of charge. Then today, headed out of town with a time sensitive load, radiator started leaking. Limped in and they took the truck in immediately and said I'd be road ready by the next morning. If you're unfortunate enough to spend time in Mr. Keating's presence, then it's a given that you're…read moregoing to hear him fawn over Donald Trump. Yes, he guzzled down as much of the cool-aide that he could swallow. Mr. Keating believes Trump is infallible in all of his actions. And the worst thing is, you're literally paying $200/hour for his opinion on the subject. Performance recommended an aftermarket brake system in my 2012 Toyota FJ cruiser instead of the original OEM parts. The braking was very good, however, it developed an annoying squeak that couldn't be resolved without replacing the entire system with original OEM parts from Toyota. Cooke's Brake Service corrected the issue in one visit. Apparently, the system installed by USA Performance was missing integral parts (half of the caliper retaining clips) and the rotors were installed incorrectly. The rotors were installed on the wrong wheels, left rotor on right wheel and right rotor on left wheel. Half of the retaining clips were missing on the calipers. The brake pads were inferior/low-quality crap. The amateurs at USA Performance installed mismatched quality parts. That's right. High quality combined with low quality. Why would a shop knowingly pair and install low-quality parts with superior quality parts? I'll never return to this shop. Why would they not install all of the retaining clips on the new calipers? I took the car to A1 Affordable Tire and Brake, Cookes Brake Service, and Point "S" Tire and Brakes, and they all said that the rotors and pads installed were of incompatible quality meaning high-quality rotors were matched with low-quality pads. In addition to everything else, the calipers were missing half of their retaining clips, and the rotors were mounted on the wrong wheels. Secondly, they completely missed a failed fuel line on an inspection for a 1968 Mustang. The line in question is near the carburetor, easy to locate and see. The issue was in the rubber connections to the metal tubing where the fuel filter is connected. The line was hemorrhaging gas onto the intake manifold. Unfortunately, this prohibited my wife from being able to use her pride and joy pony car as well as piling more pressure on me to resolve the problem myself, which I did at a cost of $10 and ten minutes. I paid good money to have an item like this identified and addressed before I gave the car to my wife. Back to the brakes on the 2012 FJ Cruiser. Thanks to Cooke's Brake Service, I no longer have poor quality parts in my braking system, and the squeak is gone. According to Henry Ford, quality means "doing it right when no one is looking." Apparently, the owner and technicians at USA Performance forgot this axiom, and they can forget about me returning to them.

It was pouring rain, I had little phone service, and I was nervous to sit in my car for fear of it rolling backwards on the big hill and potentially off the road alltogether. I called roadside assistance through my insurance who were not grasping the danger of the situatuon I was in. Therefore, I was quoted 80-110 minute wait time until an unknown tow company would be able to rescue. I called 3 Angels towing, but kept losing service. The wife of this family business immediately texted back with concern and care, which is what I needed in the situation. Within 30 minutes, the husband and daughter were there to get me out and to a nearby gas station in under an hour. They also charged me pennies to all the local tow companies who would've gouged me because I had no other way our of this situation. 3 Angels in right. I think back on this situation and how much worse it could be. I was dealing with some whiplash and shock, but the family made me feel at ease on the drive back. We were even laughing about random things by the end of the drive. They wouldn't accept a tip and were just kind, good people. I am grateful beyond belief and hope this review can express to them that they made a terrible experience into a thankfulness of humanity and kindness.
