Several times we even met with Anastasia, one of the owners, who, along with her team, was also incredibly involved with ensuring each detail of our wedding panned out as we hoped. He was really informative when it came to showing us the steps. I'm not naturally good at art, but he made me feel confident in what I was creating and kept the whole atmosphere light and fun. He also took the time to chat with us and get to know everyone, which made it feel really personal. The best part? He surprised me by letting me take home a free painting from the celebration box for my birthday which is such a thoughtful touch! You can order food and drinks right from your table, which is convenient, though I'll admit they're on the pricey side. Still, for the overall experience, it's worth it. We laughed a lot, had a blast painting, and left with art we were actually proud of. We'll definitely be back!

Paul of Paul Giroux Entertainment was the DJ at our wedding three weeks ago. He filled in for us at…read morethe last minute as our previous dj fell through. Paul is amazing! Prior to the wedding, Paul was so easy to talk to and he listened to everything that we wanted for our wedding. We met with him once, emailed several times, and spoke on the phone a few times before the wedding. He captured every detail of what we wanted. He made great suggestions and asked all the right questions. He set up outside for our ceremony and did a wonderful job. During the reception, Paul kept the night on track. He kept the energy and flow going the whole night in a subtle, classy way. It was perfect. I had several people comment to me during the reception that it was the best music that they had heard at a wedding. Once it was time for everyone to dance, our floor was packed the entire night. We had a great crowd and I knew people would dance but this was more than I expected. He was great to work with from beginning to end and I felt like we were in great hands the entire time. He did an absolutely flawless job at our wedding. To top it off, his rates are completely reasonable! Paul is more than a great dj. From the few times speaking with him, we can tell he is a very honest individual and a true professional. I will be recommending Paul Giroux Entertainment to anyone I know who needs a DJ!

Sadly I have to say that the DJ was one of my biggest disappointments from our wedding. We had…read moreEric and I would never recommend him as our overall impression was that he was unprofessional and unprepared. The ONLY reason we had gone with them was because they were a preferred vendor through our venue and part of the package so the pricing was significantly less than if we had gone with the DJ I wanted. That being said we did so much work to outline what we wanted for our big day including spending hours putting songs onto the website planner sheet they provide and even requested a 1-on-1 meeting with the DJ. First of all, we said NO country and there was country music played through our dinner. We also had must play slow songs and a must play last dance of the night - he played none of them. The night before our wedding I got a phone from him asking about uplighting which he hadn't realized we wanted (this was requested from day 1 and confirmed in multiple emails) and then came up to us as we were lining up for our entrance to the reception to ask what we were dancing to for our first dance. I was so upset by this because not only was this information was on the planner sheet I submitted online but we had a custom track created by our dance studio mixing two songs together which I had forwarded via email over a month before our wedding which he had confirmed receipt of. The last straw was our ceremony - this we had requested which came with an additional $150 charge which we were fine with. What ended up happening was my cousin who is in a band and does weddings as a DJ as well ended up having to use all of his equipment that he happened to have with him and HE ran our ceremony NOT the DJ. All that being said at the end of the night when my mother asked how much she owed Eric said "$150 but could you do $200?". This in my opinion was beyond rude and inappropriate - my mother was taken aback by his comment and felt put on the spot to pay extra. The one positive I would say is the owner Paul Giroux was very responsive to my complaints and apologetic. He also gave us a fair refund of a portion of the money we paid which I did appreciate but I would never recommend these DJs especially not Eric Monroe. My recommendation? Pay the extra money and get a DJ you have seen and liked at another wedding...do not scrimp on this just because this DJ is a preferred vendor through a venue.

Rented 50 folding chairs and the quality of the chairs was by far the best!! around. Wish I had taken a picture to post on this review. Phhh. but the chairs looked brand new, not the all metal crappy cheap kind, but the nice all white chairs you have at outside weddings ? (at least the ones I've been to-- mix of metal and plastic?) I don't know how to describe them but they were all white, super clean (like new!) I saw that other companies around had reviews that complained about some chairs being broken or dirty? I didn't want to run any risks and went with the 5 star review company. Price was great!! Oh and I called so last minute!?! (I called at around 4 or 5 pm on Friday -when all the other rent places seemed to be closed ) for an event the next day at noon??! Yah... I don't recommend you do that ... that's just wrong but it wasn't my party I was just helping out my dad who thought he didn't need chairs ... hmmm 50 ppl ... yah ok... We cannot recommend DJ Jonathan Berube from Epic Entertainment highly enough! From the very…read morebeginning of the planning process, Jonathan was attentive, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of our questions and address every concern, and we truly appreciated how available and willing he was to make time for us throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, Jonathan was incredibly prepared and professional. His equipment and setup helped everything transition seamlessly from the ceremony to cocktail hour and then into the reception. But what really stood out was his ability to read the room and create exactly the atmosphere we had hoped for. One of my biggest wedding-day fears was that no one would dance, and Jonathan completely put that fear to rest! His energy had our guests ready to dance before it was even officially time to hit the dance floor. Once the reception started, the dance floor was packed all night and only cleared when the night was over and we were literally being sent home! He perfectly blended our love of house music with songs that would get guests of all ages on the dance floor. He understood exactly what we were looking for musically while still knowing how to keep the entire room engaged. My almost 77 year old grandma was sore the next day because she literally danced all night long! Jonathan played such a huge role in making our reception so much fun and memorable. We had the absolute best time, and so many of our guests commented on how great the music and energy were. If you're looking for a DJ who is professional, attentive, prepared, and knows how to keep a dance floor full, DJ Jonathan Berube and Epic Entertainment are the ones for you!

Sheldon was able to accommodate our more complex requests such as custom music and even provided a mic to my friend so she could sing during the pre-ceremony. I can't thank him enough for being so open to my asks and easy to communicate with during the process. I had also forgotten to add the recessional music to our music requests form. Without batting an eye, Sheldon quickly added my last minute song choice and ensured everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding. He seamlessly MC'd and kept the music bumping throughout the night so there was still a crowd at the very end. Friends told us they thought the DJ was amazing and that they had never seen guests enter the dance floor so quickly and pack the area. One friend even asked us for Epic Entertainment's contact info so he could request Sheldon's services for his wedding. Highly highly recommend Sheldon's work and thanks again for an incredible night.
