My husband and I got married here on 05/31/2025 and it was the most amazing experience from start to finish. We booked them in January 2024, luckily got the date we were hoping for in their larger ballroom and the team made each part of the wedding planning process super smooth. They recommend incredible vendors, many of which we used. They have a full team of people always ready to help and make things seamless. Several times we even met with Anastasia, one of the owners, who, along with her team, was also incredibly involved with ensuring each detail of our wedding panned out as we hoped. Attended a corporate Xmas party and we were given 2 drink tickets. When we tried to use them at the bar, we were told they were only good for soda, beer champagne or wine. Well, we don't drink any of that, so we ordered a rum and coke and a margarita that came in a small skinny tom colins glass. When the bartender said $28, I almost fell on the floor. Why would these people do that to hard working people with that much money for a drink. $15 for a margarita?? in a tom colins glass filled halfway with ice. Fool me once shame on you. Absolutely stunning and pristine venue. Definitely an unforgettable place for unforgettable memories. Attended a wedding here and everything from start to finish was perfect. Location is easy to find. Parking lot is big and accomodating. The outdoor patio is beautiful and everywhere is ada accessible. Never had to wait long at the bar, apps were served at a good pace, service in general was terrific. My wife and I recently attended a wedding and reception at the Lakeview Pavilion. I am normally indifferent about wedding venues. But this one stands out. It is the best wedding venue we have ever been to. It is classy, beautiful, contemporary and well maintained, inside and out. The driveway entrance is impressive. When you turn into the parking lot and see the building, it makes a statement. It has that 'WOW' factor. The food was delicious. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We just attended a wedding here and I was impressed by how pretty this venue was. I'm picky about weddings and places to have them. I'm bored at this point with the typical banquet hall with a cookie-cutter feel. Lake View Pavilion is in a lovely spot by, you guessed it, a lake and a pretty one at that surrounded by woods. There are beautiful outdoor options for the ceremony including an area with a nice gazebo. From most vantage points, you're in view of the surrounding woods and lake. The building itself has a lovely veranda surrounding it, so if the weather cooperates it's a great place to have cocktails outdoors. There is also an indoor cocktail reception area with great big expanses of windows also with lovely views. The main ballroom wasn't particularly to my taste but then again I'm not a traditional ballroom type gal. This one had overwrought chandeliers and weird draping over the rafters which would have looked much prettier and more natural if left unadorened. What helped things though was that this was a daytime wedding and the wall of sliding glass doors gave the room a bit of an indoor/outdoor feel which made a big difference. We didn't feel closed in. I happen to be a fan of the daytime wedding and I don't think people consider them enough. I like being in beautiful natural surroundings and having the option of being able to be outside or at least to see outside. This was a noon wedding on a picture perfect day. The wooded surroundings really made all the difference for me. The service was excellent. Things flowed seamlessly and the staff was where you needed them when you needed them without being intrusive. The food was okay. Others liked it more than I did but since I don't eat much of the type of food that was served, I can't be a fair judge. While I prefer more untraditional venues for weddings and parties in general, I would recommend Lake View as a place to consider primarily because of the wooded surroundings and the pretty lake. The views will be a moot point if you're planning an evening wedding, in which case, I'd probably look elsewhere. read more

We had our wedding here 16 years ago coming June 15th, and it couldn't have been better. I've been there recently for a wedding and it's even more beautiful than before they had the fire. We accidentally ended up there when we were supposed to have an appointment with Luciano's. We had been to my cousins wedding at Luciano's which we enjoyed the venue, but when we saw this venue - it blew our socks off. It was beautiful. From the lights on the ceiling, to the beautifully landscaped property it was perfect. They actually were kind enough to fit us in that day for a tour, and we booked immediately. They had the invitations we could choose from in our package, we got to have a private tasting of the food we were going to be serving to our guests -and it was delicious! They were very well organized with our DJ and photographers at the time, and everything ran very smoothly. It's such a great place to have your wedding. Horrible. My wife and I had planned to get married here November 1, 2020. We started planning since November of 2019. Covid 19 hit in March. Planning stopped since we didn't know what was going to happen. July came and we finally were able to have a meeting to see what was going to happen with our wedding which we had made several payments already. We pretty much walked into a meeting not knowing what was going to happen or be said. In that hour and a half we pretty much planned the whole thing. Not prepared, no time to decide. We werent told that the meeting was going to be to actually plan our wedding. The whole thing was just rushed and we felt under pressure. We also talked about having a smaller wedding due to covid 19 but we were told by Anastasia that they didn't want to host any events under 100 guests. Also mentioned about doing it outside and that was rejected too. They didn't want to help us out in any way or work something out for us. At the end, we were told mid august that they couldn't host our wedding and neither our back up date which was for January 2021 due to covid 19 and MA regulations. Worse part is that they kept 30% of the payment we had made. It was mentioned in the contract but we thought we could negotiate it to Atleast be 15% since we didn't do food tasting, didn't do any formal planning, pretty much didn't do anything besides have a rushed meeting. Also thought they would be fine with it knowing how covid 19 has affected so much. But no, they rejected that too. They told us That the 30% " is not intended to be hourly compensation for time spent to date planning your event". We lost 30% and Lakeview Pavilion didn't even do anything for us or honestly didn't care about our wedding. They did offer us a voucher to use towards another event but when am I going to do another event there after this?? The voucher also has restrictions and we would still need there approval too. We would probably have to waste $3,000-$5,000 to even be able to use that voucher. The voucher is useless and pointless. I wouldn't even gift it to anyone either. So if you plan on getting married here I'd think twice. They don't care about your wedding, they only care about your money. To top it off, 2 weeks before our original wedding date, November 1st, they post on Instagram that they are now doing micro events and weddings. That was a slap right to my wife and I's face. They told us no to doing that for us in august and now they come out with that. Other venues were already doing smaller events in august and in July. They should have known to change things but no, all they cared about was the money and as soon as they saw that many people were cancelling and no one was booking anything there, that's when they changed. I commented on that post but they have taken down that post. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Horrible. read more

My husband and I had our wedding at Lakeview Pavilion on February 23, 2019 and we are so glad that we chose this as our venue. The setting is stunning and it was gorgeous in the middle of winter, with a little bit of snow. The lake makes a perfect backdrop for formal photographs. It was frozen for our wedding, but I have no doubt that it is just as beautiful the rest of the year. The white finishes with the crystal chandeliers are breathtaking and coordinated perfectly with our colors. One thing that I heard over and over that night and after from guests is how delicious the food was. Everyone raved about the mashed potato bar we had and said that all of the food, from appetizers to dinner, were some of the best they've had at a wedding. I don't think there's a bad item on the menu. I highly recommend the dumplings and fig and goat cheese flatbread as appetizers and we went with an upgraded salad with cranberries and gorgonzola cheese, which was delicious. The filet mignon was so good that my dad gave my mom strict orders to not let them take his steak away while he was giving his toast. The staff at Lakeview Pavilion made our day so wonderful. They always made sure that we had whatever we needed, had drinks available for us and our wedding party to celebrate with after the ceremony and throughout the night, appetizers for the wedding party in the bridal suite, and just went the extra mile to make our wedding the day we've dreamt about for a long time. Also, the little touches made the day run so smoothly. The day before the wedding, before the rehearsal, we brought all of our decorations to Lakeview and the staff provided us with rolling carts to load everything on. We gave instructions on where things went and it was all set up for us for the next day! One other little detail that many people commented on was how the wait staff went around collecting empty plates and cups in baskets, rather than on open trays-just little touches that go the extra mile. Everyone I dealt with at Lakeview Pavilion was so kind and helpful. Terry Memmo, our coordinator, answered all of my questions in a very timely manner, right up to the week before my wedding. They made the normally stressful process of wedding planning so easy with their timelines and due dates laid out ahead of time. Their website is helpful for brides and grooms with their folders of important documents and templates ready to be printed. I highly recommend Lakeview Pavilion for a wedding. I don't think you could find a more beautiful, well-run, organized venue than Lakeview. You will not be disappointed with your decision to have your wedding at Lakeview Pavilion. Locally owned and operated, this two room event facility is adorned with care albeit a bit gaudy, catered more to an older generation. However the spacious, elegant dining hall complete with a pulpit for performances or to elevate the tables of important parties accommodates amply, suitable for weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs or other large functions. One of my buddies from college lost his seeding freedom here, and I must say, I think it was the right decision all around. His wife is sweeter than stevia and the Lake View grounds are gorgeous. A wide patio wraps around the rear side of the building, flanked by a lily pad covered pond. You can even get hitched outside on the veranda! I'm personally a feet in the sand type of gal myself though. (Ahem, boyfriend!) From the guests' perspective, this place makes for a good dining experience. Solid food and generous servers. I got married here and I loved it!! They were so great!! The whole place is beautiful. It truly was a fairly tale wedding. I was amazed with the chocolate fondue station. Cocktail hour had plenty of appetizers for everyone. I loved the lights hanging draping over the dance floor and the chair covers. It made all the red roses and rose petals on the tables really pop out. I got married in the beginning of November which was a beautiful time of year. I know shortly after I got married they decorate for the Christmas season and it's supposed to be gorgeous. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at THE Lakeview Pavilion on New Year's Eve. Owner's Anastasia and Natalia, and the entire team went above and beyond to make our day so special for us and our guests. We knew we wanted a New Year's Eve and a winter wedding at Lakeview when we saw the beautiful, modern, and white elegance of the ballroom. Terry and Michelle helped create our vision, including personal touches such as a heartfelt message to our guests on display, our new initials on the GOBO, and late night snacks for our guests after midnight. From the moment we arrived at Lakeview, we knew everything was taken care of. We loved how experienced and professional the waitstaff was to us and our guests - they truly went above and beyond to take care of us. The head chef Chris, is an incredible cook and we were blown away by his talent. As my husband and I went table to table to thank our guests, everyone told us how amazing their entree was as evidenced by their plates. Our guests raved of the desserts as well. We were so happy with all of the vendor recommendations, and each one of our vendors had great things to say about the Lakeview Pavilion team. Lakeview also hosted my bridal shower for approximately 75 guests, and the entire event was perfect from start to finish. Guests were welcomed with a bubbly bar with all the fixings for a mimosa followed by a delicious brunch and dessert, with options to please every guest. Our guests still rave about the desserts (especially the crème brulee) the chef made! I loved how bright and open the room was, which was great when deciding how to decorate each table. I just might get married to have the CHOCOLATE FOUNTAINS at Lake View. Best wedding I've been to in awhile. As maid of honor in a wedding this past weekend, I had my hand in a few different aspects, both behind the scenes and enjoying the wedding. It all started with the tasting my friends had over a year ago. Holy cow. I think it was about $40 per person, but I probably ate triple that in food. They had a cocktail hour with pretty much every appetizer they have, from fish to meat to sushi and free cocktails! The tasting was buffet style and they had several florists, cake makers, and DJ selections in attendance. VERY well put together. This place is beautiful in my opinion. Lovely little lights everywhere and very spacious. They even rigged a light snowfall thingy for the couple when they did their first dance. It was really adorable and I didn't throw up in my mouth at all. I had some dealings with Patty, the general manager and John (I'm assuming one of the head wedding people). Patty was pretty much the general. I got the feeling she's done a million weddings and seen a million different scenarios go down, so she has that confidence about her. I will admit, some people said she rubbed them the wrong way, but our group was made up of a bunch of jokers and laid back people. If she didn't scoot us along during the rehearsal and the day of, it all would have taken much longer, so I really appreciated her presence. John was really awesome. Super nice, he also seemed very experienced and he actually saved my arse. I had no idea I was giving my toast so early on in the evening and had left it in a bag the back room. I wouldn't be able to get into the back room until 10-20 minutes after I had already given my toast due to the other goings on at the reception. Awesome. I told John and after the bridal party was introduced, one of the waitresses slickly handed me my speech very CIA/superstar-like. And when I got the wrong dish (asked for vegetarian and got chicken because I wasn't at my seat at the time), John hand delivered it (clearly not in his job description). The food was impeccable. They even set out a spread of appetizers in the back room for the bridal party while we took pictures. Have I mentioned how much I love these people? From the chowder to the bread to my vegetarian dish to the CHOCOLATE FOUNTAINS! Blueberries, melon, rice krispie treats, pretzels, cookies, anything you could possibly want to dip in chocolate.. OH MAN... still salivating. One of the most organized wedding venue/reception places I've ever encountered. And I've been in more weddings than.. well let's just say I'm on my way to 27 Dresses status. PS - I took off my shoes ASAP to dance and afterwards they weren't even that dirty! They've got some really clean floors! ;) PPS - I forgot to mention the bathrooms! On Friday, August 17, 2018 my husband and I were married at Lakeview Pavilion. From the second we walked in to tour the venue over a year ago we fell in love with the modern décor and the warm welcome from Terry, we knew this was our place! After booking the venue Natalia and Anastasia answered every single e-mail we sent and made sure that if something didn't work for our budget that we could somehow make it happen! The day of our wedding we lucked out with the most beautiful weather and were able to marry outside in front of the gorgeous gazebo. Terry and Patti were our coordinators for the day and made us feel at ease. They were rock stars and left no detail unnoticed. Patti even helped find safety pins when my Dad's pants wouldn't stay up and bustle my dress when the girls got too nervous to figure it out. Terry always made sure we had drinks and even wrapped up our food at the end of the night that we did not have time to eat. When I needed anything at all Terry was right there, she even threw my vail up in the air a few times for the photographer to get some great photos! We were treated like royalty for a night and every single person said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been too with the best food (including Montillo's cake)! Lakeview and the staff exceeded our expectations and now we are just left wishing it didn't go by so fast and we could do it all over again! The wedding was in early December and the facility was fully decorated for the holidays. It was beautiful. There were passed appetizers, which were all delicious. Dinner was a plated bone-in chicken dish -- we all know that it is so common to have dry and tasteless chicken at a wedding or event. To the credit of the kitchen, the chicken was flavorful and moist. My BFs friends even commented on it last week when we were talking about the wedding. That's saying something.... My husband and I chose Lakeview Pavilion as our wedding reception venue and we are so glad that we did! Within moments of first seeing Lakeview, we knew this was our place! The grounds surrounding Lakeview are just gorgeous...the beautiful lake behind the venue and tall trees give that rustic feeling, but with a modern twist. The entire venue is stunning...huge glass windows, tall ceilings, white walls, and crystals from the ceiling! Besides the beautiful appearance of Lakeview, the level of professional service we received was unparalleled. Due to COVID-19, my husband and I had to postpone our wedding reception 3 times. We worked directly with Anastasia and she could not have been more accommodating to us. She was a calm, warm, and kind presence during a very stressful time. She guided us every step of the way and was so easy to communicate with. Her response time was so fast! Our actual wedding reception was flawless. From the moment we arrived at Lakeview to the time we left, we were treated like royalty. Patty, Michelle, and Rashiba made our dreams come true and were right by our sides with anything that we needed! Our guests were in awe of the food and kept commenting how kind the entire staff was. There were clear christmas lights lining sheer curtains draping the ceiling...that was an amazing touch of elegance. The hors d'oeuvres were so good. They had a tri-colored tortellini in a creamy sauce.; so good... had me shoving my face while in my bridesmaids dress taking photos. The plated 3 course dinner was phenomenal. I got married at Lake View on August 6th 2010. I can not say enough about them. They have weddings down to a science! They were so accommodating and easy to work with - nothing got looked over. The grounds are beautiful as is the foyer, cocktail room and ball room and they all make for beautiful pictures. I have heard people complain about two things: 1) feeling like they were "nickel and dimed" and 2) that it is a wedding factory. I do not feel like I was nickle and dimed at all. Their estimate came in right around other places I looked at (Indian Pond (Kingston), White Cliffs (Plymouth). I had a really nice 200 person wedding for about 23K. They are a wedding factory and that is a good thing!!!! Unless you have a habit of getting married, you need a place like this. They tell you exactly what you should be doing and when you should be doing it and even helped me with the invitation wording even though someone else was doing them. They take pride in what they do and really will do anything to make you happy. A guest at my wedding had her reception at Lake View 2 years prior and the event planners made a point to seek her out and made sure her and her husband had free drinks all night. I thought that was such a nice touch. It really shows how dedicated they are to what they do and making sure you are happy. They really went above and beyond - worth every penny. read more

Pros: Lakeview is amazingly beautiful. Our wedding day was perfect and the service was great. Terry, Patty, Anastasia and the nice woman who was the bridal attendant (sorry her name escapes me) were the best people to deal with my far. Terry was super responsive, Anastasia put together an amazing set up for us and Patty made sure everything went smoothly. Everyone was very attentive to us the day of the wedding. They even packed my new husband and me to go boxes with our meal choices and 2 pieces of cake because we didn't have time to sit down and eat, which by the way were still good on Sunday when we did get a chance to eat them! Cons: We booked before the building was even completed, it was just that beautiful. When we finally walked into the completed space a few months later we were blown away by all the uplighting and decor items that we believed to be included only to find out months later and after we put our deposit down that they were not. We received a list almost 3 months after our initial deposit with all of the "extras." Some include: $350 to turn on the lights in the cocktail hour cubes, $150 for use of TV that was already hanging on the wall (and could not be removed), $1,500 for entire room uplighting and $1,000 ceremony charge for use of the gazebo. The bar situation was also annoying. We were not told up front and not until the day of the rehearsal that there was a 20% fee/tax on any monies we put on the open bar by consumption. Meaning if we put down $3,000 they were going to take close to $800 of it for fees! Also, the money we did put down on the open bar (a good amount) was gone right after cocktail hour and there was no way our 135 guests could have drank that much in 1 hour. With all that being said, be leery of the fees and know that everything costs something. At the end of the day OUR DAY was amazing and Lakeview was exactly the space we envisioned getting married in, so that is all that mattered to us. If we had to do it again we would still choose Lakeview, but we would keep our eyes a bit more open for all the charges. Hope this helps! read more

I would like to write about the Lakeview (Lake View Pavillion) Pavilion in Foxboro (Foxborough) MA... I am a wedding disc jockey in Massachusetts and have worked in the industry for over 18 years. Not only have I worked at alot of venues but have seen the worst and the best! I wanted to write this article to any couple looking for a venue to have their wedding and basically tell them that the Lake View Pavilion does it right! They have such courteous professional staff who work hand-in-hand with your vendors (I should know) but also have such structure for handling a wedding and the room is so elegant. The food is fantastic and the outside grounds are well kept. They also have tooling that is hung from the ceiling which is very elegant. The ONLY negative I have is that the room remains too bright and I wish that the lights could come down a little dimmer for the dancing portion of the evening but believe me that is it.... Check them out and definitely visit them for a tour. We have worked there five times and I am looking forward to booking another event there soon. Attending a wedding at Lakeview Pavilion on June 19.. WOW!!! First of all, what a gorgeous venue. From the beautiful land/lake it sits on to the beautiful reception rooms - it's a lovely mix of nature and modernity. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - from bartenders to servers. What really made me angry is that anyone looking for a venue has limited time to do so. When going to an open house and taking the tour, we sat down and were then told that in high season (May-sept) a Saturday night wedding must have a minimum on 175 people. We are inviting less then that....if they had told us that on the website or the brochure we got in the mail we would not have wasted our time or thiers. While beautiful, this place reeks of "let's make a place for people to get married in and make gobs and gobs of money". In other words it is a wedding factory. The rooms are overdone in the fairytale way.....and have no character. Once again it looks great if that's what you like (althought the grounds were small) but everyone who has their wedding there will have the exact same photos as you. read more

Good Place- Both of these other reviewers have it pretty nailed. Its a very well-oiled machine-clean, great staff people. Bathrooms are very nice. Nice outdoor space but I've only been there in bad weather. The space where you'd get hitched inside if it rains I thought was ugly. I think there's some kind of mirrored trellisly-kind of thing people stand in front of. Bottom line, if you are planning on being married inside the space, I'd try to dress it up. I came here for my senior prom and it was a subpar experience. The venue was newly renovated and very nice and high class. The bathrooms were beautiful and so were the chandeliers. It was a smaller venue and the tables were basically on the dance floor which was a little annoying. The food was just average, the bread was warm and delicious as was the Caesar salad. The main course was awful though. It was "chicken Alfredo" with dry pasta, dry chicken, undercooked broccoli, and a tiny dollop of Alfredo sauce. The dessert was pretty good, it was a brownie sundae with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, cherries, whipped cream, a brownie which was super hard but the Oreo crumbs were good. Overall it was an adequate experience but because my date was a flop I think that added to the negative experience. read more

What a great surprise! We attended a wedding there last weekend and thought the facilities were wonderful, ground well tended and manicured, the staff was right on target - extremely attentive and professional and as a result, the wedding was one of the best ones we have attended in recent memory! The ceremony was outside and it was beautiful. It was a little odd that the positioning of the aisle allowed for 4 chairs on the right side and 6 or so on the other, but otherwise, you couldn't ask for a nicer outdoor ceremony location. Sun beaming though the trees, not too buggy, ground and grass firm so we didn't feel as though we were sinking. The cocktail hour was a bit cramped, but the food was great (scallops wrapped in bacon, chicken spring rolls, shrimp cocktail in shot glasses), spinach triangles - all very good. They also had a made to order pasts station. When it was time, we entered the ballroom and it was spacious and beautifully adorned. I liked the full length bar, spacious dance floor and the acoustics worked well. A+ experience! read more

My son and new daughter-in-law had an evening wedding here on April 1, 2011. The venue was fantastic and I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone there was. From the help offered so Zachary and Amy while planning their wedding to the execution of the final thing, it was spectacular! The food was delicious and served beautifully. The "dessert extraviganza" was to die for! Compliments were flying around the room throughout the evening about what a wonderful event it was! Attended a wedding last night everything was amazing. My husband got stuck at work and arrived late. The wait staff went out if their way they warmed his meal it was exceptional service. The venue is gorgeous and the food was superb. read more
