Came here to see Karol G in concert. It was awesome! Concert started at 7 and we got there around 6. The traffic coming in wasn't too bad. I parked in general admission and the walk was only 7ish minutes and mostly flat! They do have a clear bag policy up to a certain size or you can bring a small wristlet in/cross body...but it's very strict. They have a special technology that takes a picture of your purse and measures it. Mine was like an inch too big so my boyfriend had to walk back to the car :( They do have clear plastic bags so I asked for one for my belongings and he brought my bag back. Once I got into the venue, the merch was right in the entrance and lines weren't long. Plus, there's so many food options and a lot of it is grab and go so you "pay" before you enter and they take a picture of what you get on the security cameras and charge you after..pretty efficient! My chicken tenders were good with the fries, yum! My seats were great in section 240, a clear view of the stage. Wasn't too cold at night but I brought a sweater. We left a few songs early so we could avoid the traffic. When I came to Taylor Swift I waited 3 hours to leave.... Besides the strict bag policy that took us a little bit we had a fantastic time and seeing a concert here is quite fun! read more

I've only been to Gillette one other time to see the Pats a million years ago! Saw the Savannah Bananas vs Loco Beach Coconuts 8/28/26 and it was a crazy good time. First Banana game and didn't know what to expect...it was non-stop family fun with music, entertainment, prizes, surprise guests and more! Regarding the stadium itself: - parking: nightmare! Gridlock leaving and forced into 2 lanes for miles! Getting there was a bit easier as we were early but still getting into the lot itself was just sitting there...forever! ADA parking free for Pats game but other concerts may make you pay! The lot is small and has an overflow but fills fast! - elevators: another nightmare of long lines! I feel like this is a major fire hazard! How would they evacuate ADA people in a timely manner if there was an emergency!? They ONLY have 6 open for Pats game and 4 for concerts!! Plus the single elevators only hold approx 6-8 people? And there is an attendant in there as well. - restrooms: tons of them everywhere and fast moving short lines! Attendants cleaning all the time! - food: tons of places for drinks, food, snacks, etc right by each section. Cashless hand-held systems. Standard stadium food. Prices are bonkers! - customer/guest service: super helpful and friendly, but not a lot of them (4) so lots of walking to get to them in the center field on level 1 & 3 - seats: each has a cup holder and standard size seat. We loved the Gillette stadium, it was large and beautiful. Omg, the stadium held soo many people. We saw Usher/Chris Brown and that alone made the stadium more exciting. When we arrived the staff were extremely helpful and moved the crowd quickly. The bathrooms were clean and the lines moved quickly even for the women section. The only reason I would not be as open to returning to this stadium are the lines to get in and out of via your car. The time it took to get to and out of the stadium area was horrendous. They had parking lot workers but they weren't really guiding cars. It took us almost two hours to get out the parking lot. Eventually they opened another exit which was crazy because why wasn't it opened from the beginning. I am aware that this is a smaller town in a residential area so they have to be strategic with the traffic. read more

Gilette Stadium was convenient if you use Uber. Without traffic, it's a 30 minute commute from South Station. Mapping it using public transit would have been over an hour +. There are special event trains but tickets sold out early. Gillette is where the Patriots play football. I came to watch the BTS concert. Always read the regulations regarding stadium entry. They passed out water and even allowed people to bring it inside. That is something I haven't seen other stadiums allow. Stadium is very easy to navigate. Appreciate it is located next to stores and eateries called Patriot Place. You can find food, drinks and even a movie theatre. The bathroom lines do get extremely long, so try to go at optimum times such as intermission or outfit changes by the artist you are watching. It also, does get very warm in the stadium. Very humid and sweating. Definitely has its pros & cons, but I enjoyed myself! read more

Gillette Stadium is home of the New England Patriots, but we visited for a World Cup match instead (Norway vs France). We took the commuter rail to the stadium, which took about an hour and was a convenient way to avoid driving which was discouraged because of fan zones. The pre-match atmosphere was a little different from a typical football game. Rather than traditional tailgating in the parking lots, much of the activity was centered around the businesses and restaurants at Patriot Place plus the fan zones. The stadium itself was fine and our seats were in a good location. Food and beer prices were pretty much in line with what you would expect at most major stadiums. Overall, Gillette Stadium was a good venue for a game. Ro! Ro! Ro! read more

Yelp Review 2026 #186: Dubbed "Boston Stadium" for the sake of the World Cup, Gillette Stadium is not near Boston. It is about an hour drive or 1.5 hours by train and walking to Foxborough from Boston. They covered all the Gillette signage since they're not sponsors of the World Cup. Ride shares going to the World Cup has a specific drop off area and it was $45-600 one way. The fact that it's connected to Patriot Place where there's a lot of shops and restaurants really was convenient since we were in Group A boarding for the train that leaves at 9am to get to the stadium by 11:30am and the gates don't open until 1pm. We had lunch at Patriot Place before heading to the game. They turned most of the parking lot into fan zones where World Cup spectators can collect their free souvenirs from sponsors like Bank of America, Coke, Home Depot, and Michelob; and FIFA stores. It was a great time for fans. We used all 3 hours from the time the gates opened to kickoff to enjoy the fan zone and get to our seats The stadium isn't covered and watching the France vs Morocco quarter final match in 89 degrees with humidity got 63,811 fans sweaty and sticky. They were giving free bottles of water at the parking lot on the way back to the Foxborough train station. But I wish they were also giving away free deodorant. We had category 1 tickets and were in the 100 section close to the action. Behind us was the media section where Zlatan, Thierry, Rebecca Lowe, and Lalas were doing their World Cup coverage. Each section has concessions so you can never go hungry/ thirsty - of course, it's quite pricey for what you're getting. The best part was the staff. They were surprisingly friendly. Dead on my feet, exhausted by heat... I enjoyed my days seeing BTS D1 and D2, but I wish I went to a different venue. Gillette Stadium was not it. The only thing that I liked: there was a shopping center right next to the stadium with lots of food. It was cool to hang about and shop until closer to the concert. But all the bad is strictly about the venue and not at all about the artist I came to see. I had a great time if I block out everything that comes after. Let's start with how this venue is NOT near Boston, and that if you were to fly in, the commuter rail takes about an hour. Not bad, but my friend and I ended up standing the whole time. After that, it's a little bit of a walk to get to the stadium (maybe 10-15 mins). Still doable though a bit annoying, and it's still the case if you park in certain lots. However, there was only one return train running to Boston, and it was maybe ~15 mins after the concert. You have to leave early to catch it or find another way home. Like ride share. The worst thing? If you didn't leave the concert early, like during the closing set, ride share didn't really work out until 3 am. Yes, that's right. The concert ended around 10:30 pm, and groups of us waited at lot 15, the designated pick place for ride share, for almost 5 hours. You can check the video I posted, and you'll see people still walking to lot 15 to join the rest of us already waiting. From where I was at the venue, lot 15 was about a 20 minute walk. Lyfts and Ubers couldn't get to us because traffic was at a complete stop in some lots for over an hour. I know this because on D2, more friends were able to attend that day, and we had a car since one of them lived in MA. We parked at lot 55, general parking for ticket holders. We were able to leave around 2 - 2:30 am after waiting for other lots to clear out. We did not move at all and neither did the other cars in the lot until hours later. That's still not great for such a large venue to not be able to direct traffic the day after knowing how bad it gets. Oh, and staff weren't helpful. You can ask for directions or help, and most of them were not sure or would redirect you to asking someone else because they don't know. The venue itself had rules about signage, but they were very lax. Due to having VIP for one of the days, I was stuck in the stadium since 3:30 pm to the end of the show at 10:30 pm, and I had the unfortunate experience of getting this stadium's food. It made me realize I really took Atlanta for granted. Not only was it expensive it didn't really taste that great nor was there much variety. read more

We decided to go to the Pats Giants game last minute and this was my first time at Gillette Stadium. What's funny to me is that the stadium is in the middle of nowhere!! You're driving past a hobby lobby and a CVS then *BOOM* huge stadium and so many people. The parking situation is awful. I would think with all the rings, bracelets, whatever the Pats have, that they would have it figured out by now. Once you past 80,000 orange cones and police officers to park, you walk 25 mins (literally depending on the lot) to the stadium. Our seats were pretty good but the game was so packed we stood the entire time. I'm not a sports girl but I do love the vibe of hooting and hollering in earmuffs and gloves lol. I had a cutwater and a hot dog, not the best combo but it got me through for about $19. I would not return though. We after the 3rd quarter and still sat in traffic for 30 mins to get out. read more

I've been here so many times for concerts and football games, good weather and horrible. Overall it's always a good time. Easy to get in and out of the actual gates, parking is a disaster though! Concessions while pricey are not the worst in the area (see Xfinity in Mansfield for that) thank god! The surprise 70th birthday party at the Clubhouse was absolutely over the top! From the incredible attention to detail and delicious food to the wonderful staff and spacious setting, everything exceeded our expectations. And, of course, the "wow" factor of overlooking the Gillette Stadium field, along with the Revolution game, made the experience truly unforgettable. It was the perfect setting for such a special celebration. Taylor made everything so easy for us. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and "get it done" attitude were exceptional. I absolutely love her personality and positive energy, and we were so happy to have been assigned to her. She made us feel confident that everything was in the best hands. And it was! Not only was my brother completely surprised, happy, and impressed, but all of our guests were equally amazed. We truly could not imagine having celebrated his milestone birthday anywhere else. Getting out of the parking is absurd. No one expects to get out quickly, but we were stuck in the exact same spot for nearly 2 hours without a single parking worker in sight to help guide cars out. When finally one parking attendant walked by we called out and asked if they could get someone in the lot area to just help guide people- a basic zipper pattern would have solved so Much. He basically told us it wasn't his job, and left us there. I will not return. I get that you need to be patient after a major event, but this is beyond reasonable. My advice- so many other good venues for events around Mass and New England. Not worth the hassle, or getting home at 3am from an event that ended at 10:30. read more

AC/DC WAS BRILLIANT!! So glad I was able to see them again. Speakers were great, seating was awesome. Attendants were pleasant. Plenty of bathrooms located throughout along with porta potties in the parking lot. Prices for food/beverages were ridiculous which is why I'm giving 4 stars. $16 for a slice of cheese pizza that I ended up tossing out because of taste, I'm not one to have heartburn, and the small amount I ate caused that. I understand the venue draws a lot of people, but the wait time to exit is epic. I was in the handicap lot which in my thinking they would have exit first. Most people get to the cars first being the closest to the stadium. That isn't how it works at all. The music itself was great as were the workers I encountered. read more

I had a great time visiting Gillette a little while ago for a last minute Patriots game!! It was super cold and late in the season so the tickets were cheap. We had a good time while we were there, the seats were not uncomfortable, parking was extremely simple, and the food was tasty even if it was stadium priced. :) We left during the third quarter and we were able to get out without managing much traffic, but people definitely started heading out in larger packs soon after us. If the game is not close/exciting/etc, it might be worth it to head out a little early, but I'm sure it's manageable with some patience at the end of the game. Looking forward to returning on a nicer day to have fun! Also, it's nice because there's a lot of shopping and food right there. So you don't have to explore too far to find something you like before or after visiting Gillette. read more

Came to Gillette as a day early birthday concert of Jelly Roll and Post Malone thanks to my amazing wife! Jelly Roll stole the show with the best performance of the night with Post putting on a great show as well! I would avoid parking at the actual stadium itself and park further down for cheaper and easier out, just be ready for more of a walk, it's worth it though. Also if you show up early enjoy all the restaurants and shops around the stadium and or entertainment the event may bring, like our concert had some band playing music and some merch available before entering. The process of entering the stadium once the event started was a quick and easy process as well! Prices for everything were outrageous as you would expect for an event venue nowadays so we avoided food and drinks to save some money. Also the biggest miss by the staff was both inside and outside the venue with complete disregard on maintaining the bathrooms and they turned into chaos with the women's lines being long resulting in many eventually entering the men's. More bathrooms in general would seem to be a smart idea. I would return for another concert here again if it's the right show. Came up to Gillette Stadium for the Army-Navy game in December and we had a great time. Second time at an Army-Navy game and the weather cooperated as well. We found the parking here pretty easy and the area for tailgating gave us plenty of space. The walk from the tailgate to the game wasn't bad either. Wifey and I walked around the stadium (inside) a couple times and there didn't seem to be a bad place to watch the game. My one complaint about the stadium was the food. Very uninspired and boring. I got a sausage sandwich that just wasn't worth the price. Lukewarm and bland on a roll that wasn't great. Overall a pretty nice stadium, a great game, but pretty boring food options. read more

Went to my first Pars game here yesterday and had a super fun time! We did tailgate before the game which was fun. The stadium is huge and both the bathrooms and all areas are clean. Prices are crazy expensive for food and drinks but this is expected for a large arena. The only thing that sucks is leaving after the game. This review is only for the Magic of Lights display that runs during the Holiday season. I give it a solid 3 star, so so rating. You can pack the kids into the family vehicle, go see the light displays (which are nice) and that's about it. There not much more to it. The display is set up in a parking lot area across from the stadium. You need to access it from Rt 2 south. The route is marked with cones and caution tape. It will take you about 15 minutes. You can't get out of your car to take any pictures. That would be dangerous. There is a channel to tune in on your radio to hear some Christmas carols. It helps to drown out the constant rumbling of the generators needed to run the lights. Young children will think it's great. Have fun! read more

Out of all the NFL stadiums I've visited, this might have been the nicest one! Granted, I haven't made all of them by far (I'm no Tom Grossi...!), but I really enjoyed the overall experience there. Getting to the stadium was actually a breeze, because we used the commuter train that left from South Station in Boston. No driving, no parking fees, no traffic. It was great! The area surrounding the stadium was kind of sparse... swamp land, it looked like. But, they have a huge new complex next door, including a theater, bowling alley, and restaurants. We didn't make use of these, though, since we had a half hour from game end to get to the train. But, if you're hanging out in the area, it seems like a great way to spend time after the game instead of fighting traffic. The stadium itself is really nice. Entry was quick and simple. The area looked either fairly new or recently refurbished. Either way, it is a far cry from some of the older looking venues I've been to. It was a hike up to the 300s, but that was expected. The view was fine, though, even in the end zone corner. What was really nice, though, was the availability of food and beverage up in that deck. Granted, we were a little early (about an hour by the time we made it up there), but still practically zero lines. Half-time was a completely different matter! The line to the restroom was insane! Speaking of concessions, I will also admit that the prices were WAY better than other places! The souvenir cups, for instance, were $9 filled, and they were of a much higher quality than I'm used to! Jumbo brats were also under 10 bucks, pretzels were 6 or so... I know it's always more expensive at the stadium, but comparatively? These were better. Getting back was okay. The train situation was confused and problematic, to the point that we ended up standing most of the trek back (at least until the first stop). After a long game, it wasn't ideal, but whatever, my team won. ;) Overall, it was a great experience, and I was glad we chose Gillette as our away game road trip. I got called a "Leafer" by a Pats fan (much deserved, I will admit!), which also made the experience even better! It's a solid venue for sporting events, and I would definitely go back there again. read more

My first time coming to Gillette Stadium was for Ed Sheeran's Mathematics Tour. There were 71,000 people in attendance for this show. I was thankful that MBTA offers train service for select Gillette Stadium events. This is a great way to avoid traffic and parking. For this concert, round trip train tickets to Foxboro are $20. They offer trains leaving from South Station in Boston and Providence Station in Rhode Island. We arrived at Foxboro Station, which is a short walk to Gillette Stadium. We arrived with plenty of time to use the restrooms and walk around. After the show, trains depart Foxboro 30 minutes after the concert ends. Make sure you know which direction the train is going to ensure you are on the right one. There were a lot of people exiting the stadium so it was a little slow to get out, but once you're out there was definitely more space. My seats were Sec 217, Row 18. It was easy to locate section and row and seats. Gillette Stadium is a really nice venue and plenty of choices for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and food. Bathrooms were conveniently located. I had the chicken tenders basket that came with fries and purchased a water bottle. It was good. I can't wait for my next concert in this venue! read more

The stadium is wonderful, but the parking situation for any event here is not at all. Any show I've seen here or game I've come to watch has been great. The location always safe, staff is helpful, shows and games take place without any issues. The prices on the food and drink are very high, but that's typical for a venue like this. The bathrooms are just okay. They never feel clean enough and on hot days I wish there was some ac/air in them because it gets pretty gross. My main issue is the parking for anytime that takes place at Gillette. You can park in their lot or a private one but be prepared to sometimes walk over a mile there and back. They have to figure out a better way to get people out quicker. It's literally insane. No matter what lot I end up in, it's always 90-120 + minute wait to get out of the main drag areas. Other than that, it's a nice stadium and a great spot to see a show or attend a sporting event. Just plan on it being a really late night if you are going to a night event. read more

Bot last minute tix to Pats/Carolina game on 9/28 Game tix were as advertised but got totally robbed buying parking. I thought I was getting a $30 pass. I didnt discover until the order was processed that the price was $129 plus $30 fees. When I complained later all STUBHUB could say was " yeah that's a lot but you got it from a third party and we can't do anything about it What a rip off !! read more

I am legitimately concerned for the World Cup after experiencing the complete disorganization at the friendly game between Brazil and France. We are staying in a hotel 15 min. from the stadium, we thought would be super convenient. Traffic to the stadium was a total disaster leaving a full hour before the match. The local police block off any side street and the main routes were total gridlock. There were car accidents to make things worse. Parking was $50+, but when we made it to the lots nobody verified that we had paid and they put us in a random lot (not the one we paid for). The entrance was total chaos with no supervision over the lines, so some people were trying to wait in line while others were just directly cutting. Lines went several city blocks into the parking lot the wound into a zigzag once inside the initial gate and then women and men were split by gender to get pat down with no cross-gender pat downs allowed causing quite a bit of confusion. Many people had no idea about the bag policy causing people going back and forth between the line and cars. Once inside the ticket scanners had no semblance of a line only a mob and people clearly got through without scanning. Once at our seats a large number of attendees were just standing at the top of the stairs blocking the views of the lowest rows in our section and there was no staff in sight. It took until after the first half before staff cleared the stairs which accumulated a number of people who weren't even seated in our section and by then it took 7 police officers to clear the stairs. Just the overall experience felt like there was very little thought into organization and too few staff. I will be embarrassed to host World Cup matches here. The only thing that I would say is that the seats were comfortable and the food was good. Otherwise a disaster. read more

My husband's company hosted their 50th anniversary party in February in the Lighthouse Room at Gillette. The spacious accommodations, strategically laid out tables and bar areas, and the food tables made for easy traffic flow within the room which is no small feat considering we had a crowd of approximately a thousand guests. Came for a soccer game. I know, soccer is not a very popular sport in the U.S., but 'football' is huge in the rest of the world, and we, along with friends, took in a Revolutions game. Buying tickets on line is easy. Ticket prices are expensive, and then they add fees, because, you know, convenience. Anyway, stand in line and show your digital tickets to the employee at the gate. Once inside, you cannot leave and return, so be sure you have everything you may need: sunglasses, jacket, money, whatever. Water, beer and food are available for an outlandish fee. Think airport, plus some. Between the tickets and items purchased during the game, we spent as much as we would have if we'd gone away for the weekend. Was it fun? Sure. Did we enjoy ourselves? Sure. Would I do it again? No. I enjoy 'experiential' activities, while at the same time I enjoy feeling like my money has been well spent and in this case, although I'm glad we had this experience, all in all, the experience is not equal to the price. Although some of the food kiosks were closed, there were still several open offering popcorn, soda, fried dough, hotdogs, chicken, fries, etc. Two locations had coffee available, one at the end (far right in our case) had DD's coffee available. The ladies room was quite large, and staff were keeping it clean, so that was nice. Seating is typical stadium seating. The area there was clean of debris and not sticky when we arrived. There are cup holds. Parking for our event was at the front of Patriots Place, nearest route 1. Entry is at the back of the stadium, near the pro-shop. It's a lot of walking, including stairs, to get into the stadium. Getting out, they divert you into the mall area and there are no signs pointing the way so several folks went to 'dead ends' and had to turn back. So exit, is not 'reversing' your entry route. Walk through the mall area, out the front, cross the street, and locate your vehicle. Then vie for position in the multiple lines that form in the parking area, onto the mall road out of the parking area, and then, only be allowed to turn in one direction. If you need to go the other way, find a side road or travel down to the highway interchange, and back track. read more

I was able to take my kids to their first concert here and it was an amazing day. We arrived fairly early and paid for parking to hopefully get out at a reasonable time. We walked to the venue and walked around Patriots Place to eat and look around. We easily walked through metal detectors because all we had were our phones. I would not bring a bag unless it is clear and meets their guidelines. They do have lockers for those that don't have purses or bags that meet the guidelines. We easily got in to our club seats and were beyond satisfied with how helpful the staff was. We had our own merch, concession stands and AC! If you are questioning going to a concert and unsure how your children will react than go with club seats. It allowed us to have normal seats but be able to be inside and see the concert from a quieter environment. The food here is definitely normal concession food nothing spectacular. Concessions are pretty standard (lots of food and drink choices) and as with most big stadiums, grossly overpriced. Lots of big parking lots at and around the stadium along route 1. Getting out can be a nightmare - hours of waiting if you end up in the wrong spot. Bring extra food and drinks for after the game or show - just in case. read more

Had to visit my team at their home. I couldn't imagine there being a bad seat in the stadium. I enjoyed the variety of food and beverages offerings. The sausage and peppers was a hit. read more

Came here to see Ed in July. It was great. Stadium staff and parking are all very organized. Food options are meh but it's a stadium. Views are preset food even at the poor people levels. I'm sure it's great here when the Pats play. read more

I am not a big concert or sports person (in fact, being in a massive crowd gives me the heebie-jeebies, where I'm constantly trying to find the nearest exit and envisioning scenarios of being trampled to death) so going to Gillette has never been in my wheelhouse. But then we got tickets for Metallica and I couldn't pass up a chance to see them possibly perform the Unforgiven live so off we went. The biggest issue for sure with Gillette is the parking situation, both in and out of the stadium. There is only one road for thousands of people, which is the best engineering idea since someone decided to build the rotary of death by Newton/Watertown. Parking falls into three buckets: 1) free general parking at the stadium; 2) prepaid parking at the stadium; and 3) offsite parking along Route 1 (cheers to the entrepreneurial businesses and homes nearby selling parking spots for less than the stadium). Do not do #1 - unless you're ok sleeping in your car or tailgating afterwards. You will more than pay for the time spent sitting there with everyone else trying to leave at the same time. #2 seems okay depending on which lot you pick and whether it's in the same direction as your way back home. We opted for #3, which meant walking in the rain and by the shoulder of Route 1 for about half an hour both ways but at least we were home by a sensible hour and the worst traffic was getting onto I-95. Be aware of the bag restrictions before you come - they lay out on their website you can bring a clear plastic bag or a small wristlet, or else you can either dump it or bring it back to your car. Signage was an issue. We were trying to figure out how to get to the Club level and we ended up basically walking all the way in before the snake pit area before someone pointed us the right way. I'd say Club level is worth it if you go on a day like we did where it was thunder storming right up to when the concert started - it's indoors, with restrooms, seats, and concession stands. Speaking of the latter, the food was slightly better than I expected, which I guess is a super low bar to meet. For a soft drink, veggies/hummus, and two sandwiches, it came out to less than $50 (so in other words, you will pay an arm and a leg for food). The sandwiches were good but my stomach started feeling a little off later on. It was a total zoo after the concert was over and people were scrambling for their cars. Crowd control was at a minimum. Felt like the beginning stages of a zombie apocalypse where everyone's just smashing into each other. PS depending on the artist or event, this isn't a particularly kid-friendly environment. For the Metallica concert, there was a lot of public intoxication where I thought we were one wrong look or snide comment from a fistfight. The couple next to us were drunkenly head banging and getting high and ... there was a little boy sitting right in front of them. Lots of guys with that dead thousand yard look in their eyes that can only mean blackout drunk. And please be careful walking around in the parking areas afterwards - the combo of heavy drinking and rushing home seems rife for a bad accident. read more
