For what we got, the price was by far the best compared to the other companies we contacted in the area and the package of everything that was included was much more than we had initially expected. It is a very in depth app and can seem overwhelming at first, but once we started going through we realized how thorough and helpful it all was. Anytime we had a question Alex was quick to answer and help. DJ Dom who we ended up working with on the day of the wedding was phenomenal!! He met with us after the ceremony and before the reception got started to see if we had any questions. When it came time to start introducing people (parents, wedding party, us) into the reception he got all the guests hyped up, and he made us even more excited to get out there and start the fun. I have been very unhappy with the service received by this company. Trying to contact the DJ was…read moredifficult at best. Calls and text messages were not returned. When we finally called to say we were going to seek out alternatives our call was finally returned. When we met for our final appointment the DJ was over an hour late for our appointment. When you have two weeks before a wedding there is no leeway with time, I found this a dreadful way to conduct business. Prices and short on time were the only reasons that we did not go with an alternative DJ. Prices are very reasonable and the DJ is very personable.
