They were extremely prompt responding to our emails, exceedingly personable (our wedding guests LOVED them) and they allowed us to customize every single thing about our photo booth - we chose the backdrop color and even the photo strip colors down to the wording and font. They came prepared with a TON of cool props and printed extra copies of each strip, putting together a scrapbook for us to keep as a memento. They decorated the book with adorable jewels and personalized it with each guest adding notes next to their picture. The scrapbook was given to us at the end of our wedding and it was so great to look through later that weekend to see all the fun our guests had and read their well wishes, especially because it'll take weeks to get our professional pictures back & we were able to see these right away! OH! AND they put all of the pictures on a Flash Drive for us to keep & also uploaded them to their online gallery (password protected if you'd prefer). Seriously - they were incredible & really thought of everything. We would highly recommend Snapshot Entertainment for any function you're planning. They are well worth the investment. Some might consider that a bit steep, but I think it's fair--especially since they provide props like hats and glasses. You can also decorate your photo strips at no extra cost and grab a protective sleeve. You can choose from three standard booths with solid backgrounds (brown, green, or red) or three themed rooms. In the booths with solid backgrounds, you're allowed to take the photos twice and then choose your best shots (which is great in case you mess up). After that, there are no retakes. You can also add filters and backgrounds to your photos. Overall, it's a really fun experience and well worth it.

I will say that when I was selecting my options on the screen, I don't recall them ever giving us pricing info... I think I selected for it to print out one photo strip, but they ended up printing 2 and it was about 8-9 dollars which is not too bad but I would've liked to have known the price before being charged. You take maybe 6-8 shots and we picked the 4 photo strip so we could pick 4 of them to include. You can download digital copies of the strips as well, and also decorate with stickers outside the booth and use protective sleeves. They have a lot of cute options for making photobooks, posters, bookmarks, magnets, keychains, etc. with your photos which we didn't opt for this time.

I rented a photo booth from City Picture Booth (used to be City Party Booth) as a present to my…read moresister on her wedding day on 10/29/2011 and I can't say enough about how great they were. There were a few things that went awry at the wedding... such as a Nor'easter during my sister's wedding, and a terrible wedding planner that for some awful reason put the picture booth outdoors on a covered patio. Even though there was a roof, it didn't stop the snow from blowing everywhere. This meant that the booth and the attendants were outside in the cold and snow during the wedding ceremony and reception. I don't know about anyone else, but I wouldn't want to be outside in those conditions, but the folks at City Picture Booth put smiles on their faces and stuck it out. Wearing gloves and shivering, they rocked it outside like it was warm out. The wedding planner also mismanaged the ceremony time and everything was pushed back including the time on the photo booth. I had rented the booth for 4 hours, but were only able to really utilize the booth for an hour. Seeing everything that had gone wrong, City Picture Booth stayed longer than needed to OUTSIDE in the COLD for an extra amount of time so that the guests at the wedding could enjoy the booth. And believe me, looking at the online album on City Picture Booth's website of our event... the guests had a great time. You'd never know it was snowing around them. Andrew and Charlotte, the photo booth attendants, were absolutely professional, gracious and understanding. The owner, Maily Mai, was great in the planning process. She got us the colors and logos we wanted for the photo booth and didn't have to go the extra mile and have the attendants stay longer to accommodate for the wedding planner's mismanagement of the wedding -but she and they did. I haven't seen customer service like this in a long time. They were worth every penny (which I might add their rates were lower than any others I saw). If you want a fun experience go with these guys. If I lived in Boston, they'd be my go-to photo booth folks!

I was looking to book a photo booth for my wedding and found this company and thought $500 for 2 hours was a great deal. If the company was legitimate it would have been. However, I was able to book a photo booth for the date that I wanted through the website and put down a $400 deposit. I then received various phone calls the next day saying that the date that I wanted was already booked. When I called back I got the run around and no one answered the phone or called me back. When someone finally called me back it was not the manager listed in this ad as Maily May but someone else. The person I spoke to said that they were having issues with the website and that I am the 15th person in the last couple of days that has had this issue. They offered my money back but said pretty much "good luck" if I want to take this any further. If you really want to rent a photo booth for your occasion, I suggest using one of the other "inexpensive" companies; Red Eye Photo Booth or Behind the Curtain Photo Booth (BTC photo booth if you don't mind seeing over the curtain in your pictures, which I unfortunately do). They are around $600 for 4 hours and had better customer service than these people at City Party Booth. Rent a photo booth from City Party Booth in Malden, MA at your own risk. 9 times out of 10, I am sure they will be more than happy to ruin your event.

We had the photographer (Steve) come to our two offices and set up in the conference room. He even traveled from Boston all the way down to one of our offices in the Cape at a minimal extra charge. Having them come directly to the office was cheaper than having everybody go to the studio on their own schedules, but, since not everybody was available on the day scheduled, some people made individual appointments as well at their studio in Brighton. Wayne and Steve's flexibility made organizing the "photo shoot" a breeze. As for the actual photos, they came out very nice. Steve was also extremely flexible in terms of working with each person to make sure they got what they wanted. Some people were in and out in less than 5 minutes, and others who were more particular about the final product could look through the photos with him, see what types of poses looked better, and re-take them if necessary. He lets you decide whether you want to go through and pick a few really good shots while he's there, or they can send you a contact sheet with all of them and you can pick later. They also will do minor touch-ups on request. We received a disc with all of the photos in several different formats the very next day. I would definitely recommend using Fayfoto for office or individual head shots.
